I got in line at the drive thru at 5:30pm. It is now 6:15pm. I just got to the window and they tell me they don't have the ingredients to make the drink I just sat in line for. Then I order a second drink after paying $8 for the one I originally wanted and I'm watching the staff dance around instead of making me my drink. I am now going to be late to work. This has to stop. I fight this Starbucks every single day! It's the worst designed parking lot, drive thru line, and even worse employees! read more

Everyone loves Starbucks, well at least I do. I've never really had any complaints about the products that are sold. This location receives 3 stars due to the customer service. If you go through the drive thru please have nothing to do within that time frame. The drive thru takes minimum of 10 minutes. I have never been to this location and been through the drive thru I less then 10 minutes. The longest I've waited was close to 30 minutes. This location also never has items on the menu. Half of the time the food items are supposedly all sold out. I've been here at 6:30am and they've been out of bananas for the smoothies as well as all breakfast items. read more

Ive been coming to this Starbucks for a long time, less so in the last few years. The original group that was here was awesome and knew peoples names. Since they left, the service has been incredibly inconsistent. Recently its been bordering on aweful. Yeah I dont care for overly bouncy cheery in the am before my first cup of coffee but I take that over someone taking my order who doesn't seem to give a damn. Again the person taking my order (drive through) sure sounded like she did not want to be there!! Didn't repeat my order to confirm either. Then when I got to the window my coffee wasnt even ready. I'm not sure whats going on at this location but its not good. Parking has always been a problem, but as more townhomes etc have gone in it has gotten worse. If I had a dollar for every time I have driven by and said forget it because of the congestion.....! Mostly It would be nice to see consistency, competency and mostly joy come back to the service at this Starbucks. read more

It was crazy how slow this Starbucks was. At first it seemed like the drive thru was moving pretty steadily, and then as I got closer to the window, it literally took forever. I waited at the window for my drink for what seems like forever. I then saw my drink from a distance and I can instantly tell that my drink was gonna be messed up. The drink probably had less than a centimeter width of coffee and the rest of it being milk. I didn't want to hold up the line any longer so I quickly took a sip as I pulled out of the drive thru and quickly parked my car. I went in and told them that my drink tasted watered down and just not enough coffee. The cash register made a huge of breath because I guess this happens often enough where he felt exhausted because of this. When they got ready to correct my order, the barista insisted me that nothing was wrong and showed me how much of an expresso shot would be added. Then he added an extra shot to my drink as an attempt to make it better. I then told him it still didn't taste right and he said maybe because he added too much ice. Then he corrected it and it still looked exactly the same. A giant cup of milk basically. I didn't want to make a fuss anymore so I just left in disgust. I can't believe I paid this much for a cup of coffee to get disappointment. And let me reassure you, this is not the first time I had a caramel machiatto... I won't be returning to this location unless its out of desperation. ONE star for effort in remaking my drink without spit! read more

This is by far, the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. Expect to spend at least 10 mins in line, no matter how busy they are. And don't try to skip the drive-thru by parking and going in, because you'll end up blocked in to their tiny parking lot by all the cars in the drive-thru line. This is the closest location to where I live, but I'll drive out of my way to stay away from this place. read more

This location has fewer tables & parking spaces than your average Starbuck's location. The overflow for the drive through could block some parked cars in the morning rush. I went to this location on a Thursday evening (around 6pm). The reaction time of the baristas seemed a bit slow. Will not go down as one of my favorite locations. read more

The people working here are very friendly. The coffee is always fresh and they have a drive-through. Parking lot is a little tight.

Service here is extremely slow. I went through the drive through and had to repeat my order several times. Waited at the drive through window for five minutes before anyone acknowledged me or take my money. When they finally did get to me the cashier did offer and apology and attempt small talk which was nice. However I go to Starbucks for efficiency and decent coffee- my experience today didn't live up to that expectation. read more

We just spent 20 minutes in the drive through for a soy vanilla latte and a peppermint mocha. Are you serious! It took 15 minutes to even get to the window, then they said our order was split into two separate orders (in which was wrong anyway), why? Nobody knows. Then, you'd have thought they had all the drinks made already and ready to go. Ha yeah right, we had wait for another 5 minutes for them to make the drink. As a former Starbucks partner, you're supposed to have people in and out in 3 minutes from the time of order, therefore, there is no reason it should have taken 5 minutes to make a peppermint mocha. This place is horrible and has VERY,VERY,VERY,VERY..... slow service. I went through drive thru and placed my order for Caramel Macchiato and it took about 35-40 mins to get to the window. Drive thru should never take that long. I had 1/2off coupon. When I see showed it to the cashier she won't accept it, and had a lame execuse. THIS COUPON is FROM STARBUCKS, NOT THIRD PARTY COUPON. Never going back again and I'm going to tell my friends and co-worker in my hospital to never go to this location. read more

Very bad experience here with the drive-thru service. The drive-thru employee miss one of my drink order and uses profanity to talk to other employee about how i didn't place the order, I can hear everything this employee said thru the drive-thru windows. read more

I've been to this Starbucks numerous times while visiting the area. It is standard practice for Starbucks: comfortable for doing some work while you enjoy your chai, friendly staff and clean restaurant. Difficult to find a hookup for your computer because it is a very busy place but you have to go during non-busy hours or be patient for your turn to plug into extension cords. the barista that took my order was super friendly, helpful, and patient! my order came out quickly as well. this starbucks is on the smaller side with fewer tables than some of the other starbucks i've been to, but its nice and quiet and of course has free wifi. the parking lot is also small and limited but there is a convenient drive-through if you're just looking to pick up a drink read more

I came here for a meeting and now that I think about it I am not sure why my friend suggested this place as the parking is absolutely horrible. Starbucks is starbucks so you know what to expect as far as ordering goes. The service wasn't slow for those ordering inside but the drive thru seemed to be very backed up. Had to ask for napkins - guess a messy drink does not deserve napkins - thus the deduction for one star. Would go back but not at these prices a little over $4 for a tall - eeeowzer! This Starbucks is lacking customer service. I ordered in the drive thru and didn't even get a hello or a thank you. One of the busiest location. Never really had a problem with the service until today. Will not be returning to this location. Quiet disappointing actually. Ordered a matcha green tea latte, light on ice, sweeten, in the drive through. received a matcha green tea. Questioned the drink before getting it in the car, took a sip and it was way too watery. Decided to drive back around and go inside to ask for a remake. The remake came back where the tea wasn't mix in with the drink, and it had all the tea clumps at the bottom of the drink. Requested it to be mixed more thorough. Was told that's not possible because they can't put dairy product in blender. Most bizarre reason. Left unhappy. Never had I ever had a problem w this drink in the history of drinking Starbucks. Worst 4 dollars I've ever spent at this location. Then the worker asked if I was in the store yesterday cause apparently they messed up on this drink yesterday as well. If I pay 4 dollars for a cup of green tea, I expect good quality. Starbucks standard clearly isn't uniform across town. read more
