I come in almost everyday with the same order. Usually the staff is very friendly and I've been able to make friends here. Christine, Sabrina, Kat, Jessica.. always have been super friendly. They get a 5 stars. I wish in would've gotten her name but she was just straight RUDE. My daughter and I was in line. A female in front and a gentleman behind us. Another customer walks in and then another and I look over at the cashier who is in a convo with the customer. So I wait and try to figure out is she ordering something, short on change, what's the hold up? I look at the other customers in line to see if it was just me or is this exchange taking forever?! I look at the other employees who's eyes keep going from cashier, to customer, to the line and back to cashier.. she then tells me "are you ordering your usual " I reply yes and she then tells me she would start it. Another customer leaves. That's 2. At this point I realize this is nothing to do with coffee they r CATCHING UP! Looking at pics in phone so I say hey, just wanted to let you know customers r walking out.. cashier responds with an eye roll and "we haven't been talking that long" and swooshes me away with her hand. So I back up and wait. Now it's my turn. I jokingly say (because I forgot that I still need to tell her my Order even though they already started it) oh yeah I still have to tell you my order. She replies with "yeah you do Need to tell me cause i don't know it" with attitude and more eye rolls. So I told the person who was starting my order to cancel it and I walked out. I spend a lot of money at Starbucks.. not just coffee but tumblers as well, it's a problem. I'm not the most chattiest but I'm also not rude. I understand times are stressful but without us customers Starbucks wouldn't be where it is today. So take pride in that company that pays I to do your job and use ur paid breaks to catch up with people.. I looooove Starbucks and all their products and usually their service but this Starbucks is another story. A few of the girls at this location were very rude. I am very nice when ordering at food establishments because I know how demanding the job could be however the girls here do not care if you are nice or not. The girls that helped me looked miserable and you could tell they didn't want to be there. I ordered a mobile order and when I did not see the bread I ordered next to my drink which was waiting for me at the counter I waited patiently until someone could assist me. Of course no-one came to see if I needed help after waiting for several minutes so I waited until a worker came near my direction and politely asked if I had a bread with my order. The girl then looked at me with the stinkiest face and without saying anything pointed to another girl who was doing something with the register, then went back to what she was doing. After finishing changing out the register the other girl then got my bread and put it in a bag, and of course did not heat it or ask if I wanted it heated. She put it on the counter, didn't say anything and walked away. I came back in a few minutes later to get a cup for water, again waiting patiently but no-one would come to assist me. I again waited until someone came near my direction and quickly asked for a water cup so she could go back to what she was doing. She turned to me and again gave me the rudest face ever, sighed and replied "what?" in a miserable tone. I'll continue to go to Starbucks however I will only do mobile orders and hopefully will never have to interact with these girls again. read more

We ordered two Bacon Goudas's, a blueberry muffin, cashews and a Venti Strawberry Lemonade. She filled the whole entire cup with ice after I clearly said "Light Ice". I also said "half lemonade, half strawberry" when I received the drink it barely had any red color in it. I didn't really notice it and until after, and I didn't want to go back up and make a scene. We sat down and drank it, planning to get a refill. I walked over to get a refill and she tried to charge me for a whole new drink, after explaining to her that I only received a small portion of my drink. She said "oh ok, here" she pointed to the scanner for me to scan my card. It still said the $3, I said "it says $3 still..."So" she replied. I walked away in disgust. Straight up assholes whenever I come in. While you wait by the mobile order area they just stare at you. You literally have to get there attention for them just to say "your name"? Then they just ignore you when you ask for other things for your drink. The manager of Kailua really needs to have a talk with staff. This isn't the first time that this has happened to me at this location. Rude rude rude!! I think they are racist honestly. I usually don't come here and thank goodness I don't. The bathroom is so stinky, it smells like poop. The baby station has brown drops on it as well as the floor. The napkins on the floor had brown stains on them. I'm baffled, so dirty. read more
