I don't usually get caramel drizzle but once in a while, I'm feeling it. Do you see any caramel drizzle? It is on my order, but it is not in my cup. As a person that also tips with every order, I would like my order to be correct. I know Starbucks doesn't read reviews and they can give a crap if your order was correct or not, but it's happened more than once at this location.

On 5/11/26 at around 1:45 pm someone working drew a hello kitty drawing on my cup and wrote "Have a berry nice day" on my yummy raspberry drink and it made my day. So stinkin cute! Ty =^*^=

This Starbucks definitely deserves more than 3-1/2 stars due to the wonderful crew, shout out to Alex, Daisy, Melissa, Dani, Shania, Savanna, Natalie, Ariel, Devin! They welcome everyone upon entering, similar to Shin-Sen-Gumi ramen restaurants. They also do a great job knowing their regulars by name. That didn't happen in Burbank or DTLA. Ambiance is cookie-cutter Starbucks, but you won't find a cleaner location. More kudos to the entire staff - they're always on the move! When it's slow, they're cleaning, restocking, taking inventory, hauling out the garbage, and servicing the restroom. Food is also typical Starbucks. Kinda expensive for small portions. Melissa turned me onto the Truff green and red hot sauces, so that's a big improvement. Pictured is the Bacon, Sausage & Egg Wrap which is fairly big but not much meat. The pockets are tasty, but small, so I usually go for a sandwich. Turkey, Provolone & Pesto on Ciabatta is still on the website but unavailable according to a barista, who said it was her favorite. Reviews here that say orders were wrong probably got the wrong location. I already had Yelp remove one because there's no drive-thru here. My orders have been correct and very consistent (granted I don't make it complicated like Steve Martin in LA Story).

Ordered a venti drink without ice and upon pickup I noticed that it was not full. I asked the barista if she could top it off with lemonade and she said that since I asked for no ice, that's how much I would get in the drink. Fast forward, I contacted Starbucks customer service to see if that's a new policy and they clarified that it is NOT a new policy and that the barista should've topped it off.

Love this spot! Definitely a 5/5 for me…read more The late hours originally brought us in--we were looking for coffee around 8 p.m., and finding a shop open until 11 p.m. was such a win. It's in a plaza with plenty of other shops nearby, but parking has always been easy and accessible when we've gone. I got the Cream Top Biscoff Latte and loved it! Smooth, flavorful, and not overly sweet or milky. My partner got an Iced Vanilla Latte with Vanilla Cream Top and really enjoyed his too. The shop itself has a cozy atmosphere with a good variety of seating, whether you want to work, study, or just hang out. Service has always been friendly, and I like that you can order with the barista or use the self-service kiosks when things get busier. Great drinks, comfortable atmosphere, convenient hours, and an easy place to keep coming back to!

The service was still not too bad, they're still trying their best when it gets very busy, They are still kind & helpful as best as they can be. However, everytime I came by recently, it felt like the people who are there to study, hang out, etc. Are very rude. - I opened the door for a couple walking out as I walked in, they glared at me, and passed. I was just like "....ok?". - The lines for the Kiosk/Register is very unorganized, I couldn't tell which one was which, everytime I go there are groups that just like go from behind to squeeze in next to me for their group, even pushing me and not saying excuse me, and they continue being loud. Besides that, just the vibe of the place now is very uncomfortable. If anything, I'll just start ordering online/pick up from now on. I'll still have to deal with those type of people and can't change it, but it's better than waiting and being around those type of individuals

I ordered a banana latte and asked the cashier about food options. She let me know that the kitchen is closed on Sundays! If you do happen to go when the kitchen is open, let me know how their croffles are! Their coffee was quite good. It had a balance of sweetness and coffee. I hope to be back at a time their kitchen is open!

This is really just a friendly note to management. The only thing that turned a great experience into an uncomfortable one was the tipping screen. The suggested options started at 22% and climbed from there. I'm all for tipping, and I appreciate when businesses make it easy with reasonable options. But when the lowest suggested tip starts above and beyond a "normal" amount, it feels less like a suggestion and more like pressure. At 35%, I half expected someone to be outside washing my car while my espresso was pulling. I'd definitely recommend this place for the coffee and pastries. I just hope they reconsider the default tip suggestions. I think that small change would make the experience as enjoyable at the register as it is everywhere else.

If you ever signed up for their rewards program before downloading the app, they import your points from your phone number account :). My only mild complaint is that the timed order- for-later request did not seem to make too big a difference, as my drink was probably ready 25 minutes early. Better early than late, though! Staff were friendly and informative as always. Shop had a few customers seated inside and outside, so there was plenty of room to study or sit a while. It was a bit cold for me, so probably a good place if you want some strong AC. Music seemed like a millenial-pleasing alternative-y mix: good for nondistracting background sound. Honey Bori Latte is one of my favorite seasonals anywhere! Loved it as intended at full sweetness (not too sweet) and still loved it at less sweet (recommend if enjoying with a bread or pastry imo). I like most specialty barley drinks. Default is dairy, so I assume there would still be some even if made with oat milk ($1 extra). I love the crunchy wheat snack topping, and it kind of reminds me of the cocoa puff topping in that black caf latte in Dland/Galaxy's edge. Will be back!
