He was a very very big fan of the salad on top and said it played a huge role in making the dish cohesive and feel much lighter. I also tried the corn pasta which was delicious. I stopped in and decided to try a chocolate croissant with Isigny chocolate which apparently is a special regional chocolate that is only made in Normandy, France.
