Still a great Starbucks location! I come here with friends after having lunch at the nearby Oswego Grill. The coffee shop is always clean, including the two restrooms inside. There's a nice seating area inside by the windows. There are about 4-5 tables there. In addition, there is seating outside in the courtyard area, which is paved and has plenty of trees for shade. Like most Starbucks locations, they offer merchandise and bags of coffee for sale. The employees here are always welcoming, helpful and accommodating. You never feel rushed. They are located in a busy strip mall, so parking can be a challenge on the weekends. Would definitely recommend this location! read more

I love this location because it's close to home. We can walk from our place, catch fresh air and get coffee. It's a win win situation. Also, I use this location if I need to use a restroom during my run. Their restroom is very clean. They have a lot of outside seating, which is perfect during great weather. I went to this Starbucks on 10/10/2019 at about 1:19pm. Very incompetent staff. I ordered a blueberry muffin and told the cashier I did NOT want it warmed up. The cashier asked a female coworker standing by the pastries to get a blueberry muffin. The female coworker said she didn't know where to find the muffin. While waiting on the cashier to show her, she starts pulling out random scones asking the cashier if that was what she was looking for. The cashier says no, a muffin. The female coworker finally finds the muffin and takes it to the counter. The cashier told her to throw it in a bag and put it on the bar. The female coworker then couldn't find a bag. After someone gave her a bag she seemed very confused as to what to do with the muffin. Finally she puts it in the oven even though I originally stated I did NOT want it warmed up and then puts it in a bag and sets it on the bar. This took 15 minutes just to get a blueberry muffin and made me late to work. It should have taken less than five minutes. This female employee should be fired. read more

This Starbucks is the best ever for the Starbucks brand. I got here at 5:15 AM and could not help but notice what happened next. The next 20 people who came in were greeted like no other Starbucks I have ever seen. It was warm, personal and the staff knew almost everyone's order before they spoke. My work Starbucks is literally 100 feet from my office door! So, really makes no sense to come to this Starbucks on work days! Plus this place is a corporate zoo during business hours! Super Rude!! I went in to pick up my order and my egg bites completely fell out of the bag I told the person at the counter and they just said oh, no apology, nothing! Then I ask for a napkin because my hands were gross from picking up the egg bites off the floor and the lady says they're over there. Can even give me a napkin to clean my hands. Rude! read more

They have been repeatedly slow beyond explanation, with 30min waits and lines out the door. Even still it's no wonder, once you get your drink and it's wrong! Specifying the order multiple times would lead you to believe it'd be right but it's a prime example of the "telephone" game despite the sticker or writing on the cup. They regularly charge me wrong, and definitely do not encompass the Starbucks demeanor. I completely stopped coming to this branch as a result. There are a couple anywhere from blocks to a mile away with much better turn around and product. The parking alone is horrendous and are only 30min spots so don't anticipate using the coffee shop for long where there is seating. They also do have out door seating for the summer which is nice but the location overlooks a busy road. read more

This is my regular morning stop when traveling to Portland. Located in the strip mall next to Oswego grill and near the business park, this is a busy store. For all that, the staff is friendly and efficient and kept things moving so there is rarely much of a wait. It's a pretty standard Starbucks experience, but the location makes this my go to place on the road. read more

After more than a year, I made another trip to this Starbucks location - for the only reason the one nearby was packed. Unbelievably, the people that work at this location are just as obnoxiously inappropriate as my visit last year. I order two drip coffees, and ask the person taking my order to please put them on a drink carrier, since I don't see any out. And I asked very nicely. This other troll of a girl brings my drinks back to the register area, no carrier. I once again ask, very kindly, that I needed my drinks in a carrier please (since I was taking them to go). The Starbucks troll mumbled something unintelligible and proceeded to just walk away. I thought for a moment she was going to find a carrier, but no - back to her duties as the Centerpointe Starbucks troll of the day. I left, beating myself up for being so stupid to return to this location. Starbucks - this location is in *SERIOUS* need of major help. I've been a Starbucks customer for years and with all my traveling, I've been to many stores in many states. The coffee has always been consistently good. However, in my travels, I have yet to find a better Starbucks experience than Centerpointe Dr. Best outdoor seating bar none. Where. To. Begin. I can usually rely on Starbucks to be pretty consistent with their coffee. Unfortunately, not with their staff. The kiddos working in this shop have no customer service skills. Waited 26 minutes for a clover press coffee. Ordered online while driving there and after waiting for 10 minutes after ordering, I asked someone named Ben about my order. He did not acknowledge me, just asked his coworker if there was an order waiting. Then Hayley/Hailey/Hayleigh/Heyleigh proceeded to get the wrong size on one cup and as I was asking if I ordered one of each size she replied, "l know" and just turned around to get another cup. Hmm. Ok. So one coffee was made. Whew. I needed a break. I went to restroom and came out to Hayley/Hailey/Hayleigh/Heyleigh nowhere to be seen. I waited a few minutes to see if anyone would notice a coffee sitting on the clover press completely finished, but nothing. So I finally asked someone to finish making my coffee (put the dang lid on it and hand it to me). As we are leaving, I see our dear barista, Hayley/Hailey/Hayleigh/Heyleigh, outside taking out trash. She LEFT in the middle of making an order to do a task that would make a customer WAIT for a significant period of time if no one else was going to finish that order. What in the. WORLD. To put the icing on the cake, BOTH drinks' lids leaked. Stopped at the Starbucks in Safeway to replace. I don't frequent Starbucks on the regular, but when I do it's because I know it's consistent. I know it's the McDonalds of coffee and aficionados snub their noses up at it but damn are they convenient. Seems like there is one on literally every street corner. I counted and I have like 6 of them within a mile of me. The only beef I have with this location is the crowds. It can be so ridiculously busy that the line is at the door if not out it. Choose your time wisely or you'll be standing pressed against the door waiting for your drink. read more

With friendly staff and abnormally copious indoor and outdoor seating, this particular Starbucks location ranks high on my list of corporate coffee shops. It's not worth going out of your way, but if you're near I-5's exit 292, stop by, grab a latte, sit outside, and enjoy the beautiful Oregon trees for a while. Line is not moving because only one person is addressing the customers. Eventually I get to the front to discover they don't have any coffee brewed mid-morning... at a coffee shop. The cashier was absolutely terrible. I normally order off the secret menu and I have it simplified on my phone so that it is easy to read. I put the phone in front of her and asked nicely if she could put it in and she looks at me all snarky and says "I can't read that. What do you want me to do with that?". The attitude was astoundingly terrible. I've had maybe 50 different baristas read fine from my *6S iPhone* which is pretty big and easy to read things on. On the contrary, the person making my drink did phenomenal and made it very well. That's why this place got 2 stars not 1. read more

Barista's are very friendly and excellent at what they do. The store manager, Erica, is fabulous and it is apparent all the employees enjoy working under her guidance. We went here this AM, stood in line for a couple of Americano's. My wife got her drink and proceeded to add half and half, she comes back seconds later to where I was standing, still waiting for my drink and placed an empty cream container on the counter for a refill, Jazzi the barista sees her and ignores it. Around 45 secs later Jazzi calls my name for my drink, an Americano with room for cream. jASSi glances at the cream container and ignores it, i mentioned to her that we need more cream, jASSi acknowledges by saying "just a second", and continues to focus her attention on making the other drinks, ~30 secs later she opens the fridge which was directly in front of her and retrieves a full cream container. It probably took ~2 secs to open door - get cream- place on counter. I commend nasty bitchy evil ASSi for asserting her power and control over the poor Starbucks customer such as I, who are waiting to get their early AM coffee fix. ASSi has been handed A big fat ZERO for customer service. Needless to say if I'm coming back to this location. read more
