The folks behind the counter are moving and before I know it I'm standing at the counter. Normally I'm bad with names, but Clair is my two year old's name, and now Clair stands in front of me ready to take my order, and I was so stressed about the interview I hadn't thought about what to get at all! She asks me what I would like and I just look at her like a idiot. Normally I get something super hot, but I won't have time to drink it before the interview if I get my normal drink. Almost instantly I start to panic. I don't have time to stand here and debate and I'm pretty sure if I don't move the line behind me is going to turn into a riot in the next ten seconds. So, I take the cowards route and ask her to give me a whatever she likes iced. I also mention that I have an interview and that I'm in a hurry. She makes a suggestion, I don't even hear what she said and agree. I pay and move over to the side. Still panicking that I'm going to be late. But, again the folks behind the counter are moving, the group that was waiting for drinks when I came in... They've all disappeared. A moment later, Clair is calling my name, handing me a drink and wishing me a good day. I swear the entire thing from the time I entered to when I left took less than 2 minutes. I think maybe Clair is a witch and had my drink ready before I got here. I normally don't leave reviews, but the speed, service and drink were all amazing! 6/5 gold stars! Would come again! They have someone out taking orders and the line seems to be moving. I order a medium blue lagoon whipped lemonade for my husband and a medium soy, blended blueberry cobbler frozen latte for myself, and a sandwich. By the time I got to the window, it was only about ten minutes later. Again, with the size of the line, totally fine. But now it all goes wrong - I'm barely greeted, the staff is more concerned with saying goodbye to their teammate departing for the day than giving customer service or focusing on the actual orders. I had just signed up for the app (we just moved and I was planning on coming here more) and there had been a free drink in the app, I ask if I can apply it or if it's app only and the guy helping me doesn't respond, just tells me my new total, okay great it does work. I finally get my drink and I'm disappointed to see there's no blueberry drizzle like in the photos and taste it, it's weak flavored but whatever I'll live. They hand me the other drink and I leave, not realizing it's not a whipped lemonade. My husband tries it, and we realize there's bubbles, meaning they made it with Fuel.....for my husband who can't have caffeine. So frustrating. Be rude or be inaccurate, but don't be both. I am grateful we shared it because it was scalding hot and flavorless. I always preach a good latte cannot be heated above 160 degrees it ruins it. Any respectable coffee shop should know what temperature a latte should be served at. The customer can't hold a latte served at 160 degrees without a sleeve. Also, scalding breaks down the proteins burns the lactose, turning natural sweetness into bitter flavors. I am not sure if it's a training issue or a lack of desire!? Anyway don't go here for a proper latte go for the food maybe drip coffee.
