A nice selection of pastries is also offered. I was informed that the baked goods are sourced from Purple Potato Bakery. They use 'Southern Weather' brand coffee, and they sell bags of beans as well. Never heard of this brand before. It was good. There's no baby changing table station or purse hook in the restroom. I ordered the Breakfast Burrito and an iced Americano breve. The exterior of the burrito looked very good. I didn't care for the interior visual and mouth feel of the burrito (grainy looking but not dry), but the flavor was good. It's not very obvious, but I happened to notice that the espresso machine has dark transparent side panels, which is interesting as it allows a view of some of the inner mechanics. Nearby patio offers extra seating options. Very good customer service. It was a very good experience overall.

After a year I came back and the customer service becomes bad and very rude especially the guy in a beard wearing a hat making coffee is the rudest. 1) Its happens twice now that every time I order coffee at the counter the customer service is not really listening very well when I told her I want a lavender latte and chaggacino both 12 oz with almond milk. Instead she only ring me with one coffee which is lavender and she adds chagaccino. I specifically say two separate coffee lavender and chagacino. 2) I went to the guy with a beard wearing a hat who is making coffee and I told him that this was the second time that the lady in the cashier is not listening and paying attention well to my order. Instead of him apologizing he made a very rude comment saying that I had a very heavy accent which I find it offending and I felt being discriminated. He even told me DO NOT COME BACK in this coffee shop. I told him to just refund me since I did not get my coffee as because of his rudeness I just prefer to walk away rather than stay there wait for them to make my coffee. . He then said that's what his doing refunding me. 3) After few days I found out a charge in my account and I called the coffee shop and i ask politely to speak to a Manager. I explain to a rude lady in the phone what happens and she said that's they will NOT GIVE ME A REFUND and that the customer service has probably a reason to tell me not to come back. She then hang up on me. 4) Nowadays they had a very dirty and smelly bathroom when unlike before when I used to come here almost everyday they had a very clean bathroom. I regret coming back here. I DO NOT RECOMMEND coming here as the customer service becomes RUDE and BAD.Instead of them giving apology to a customer they much rather lost a customer than to retain their regular ones that gives them business all the time. And now I can see because of their rudeness and inconsiderate attitude they prefer to keep their RUDE Staffs. I can now wander why it use to be even when they almost closing time they still had a lot of people going in but now lthey had nothing at all. Instead of leaving with a SMILE on your FACE you will had a BAD or WORST day than what they call themselves better days. I think they should change their name to WORST DAY.

Infinitely surpasses the quality of chains like Crumbl. Great stop in Centennial Hills amongst several businesses. Even relatively walkable for Las Vegas. Sweet find!

We waited in line ordered our drinks it took her 12 minutes to bring out one drink that was completely wrong had to get down because she was such a moron she had a attitude and kept on telling me that they are overly busy one day wasn't a person in the Starbucks there was a walking around not knowing what to do and it took me 17 minutes to get three drinks and when I walked in she was holding my dream not knowing what to do with it so she was going to drink it in the garbage and then when the manager called me she was more stupid than them she kept telling me that they are overwhelmed because the other Starbucks wasn't working because their AC went out when there was nobody in there Starbucks and offered me four dollars I threw the four dollars back on them I would definitely not recommend going to their Starbucks and on top of that it was extremely dirty read more

I love Starbucks, in general. The reason for two stars is that my hope is that management/ corporate will see the poor review and actually take action. This Starbucks location is very close to my house, I'm there frequently and can say that 80% of the time, my order is wrong: one or all of the following: Too much ice, too many pumps, whipped cream, not stirred. While I do get special order drinks, I don't understand why all the mistakes!?! You do little other than make drinks- this should be pretty straight forward. The staff is always friendly but just can't seem to get the orders right. When we decide to take timeout and sit inside and have a bite to eat, the place is always dirty. It could really use and deep cleaning or better yet, a makeover. read more

Watered down lemonade!! The store is quick and friendly but I just cannot pay $7 for a lemonade that tastes like water anymore. There is barely a hint of flavor in the drink. At first it only happened once in a while but now it's always. I gotta find another location. read more
