I normally don't like to complain, but I was disappointed by my experience tonight. We stopped at Starbucks shortly before closing, purchased our drinks, and had an issue with one of the drinks--which was handled kindly and quickly by the gentleman who helped us. The frustrating part was when my child and I asked to use the restroom before leaving. We were told the restrooms were already closed because they were behind, even though the store itself was still open. I explained that we both had a long drive ahead of us and politely asked if we could please use it really quickly, but we were still turned away. I understand employees have a lot to do before closing, but I would have appreciated a little more compassion and consideration, especially toward paying customers who were simply asking to use the restroom before a long drive home. read more

(Whoever the other girl was) Came here after my long shift at work to grab coffee and Kris made sure to be a little smart ass with rolling eyes and smrk on her face when asking for my name. And then all jolly and laughing in the back. Little too fake and trying hard to fit up front when help customers. I come here often but after today, I almost cancelled the order. Choosing which customers you want to interact with! Seems like this job doesn't show interest to you. Check yourself before acting like customer service is blissful, it's not honey! Your smrk towards customers is not worth me coming to this location. Let alone drive thru yelling when ordering. Girls here need more training. Bathroom dirty, urine on the floor, could use some attention, since this location gets a lot of stops near gas station. Gentlemen was trying to use a restroom, someone was in there. The employee was making a big deal about it how long she had to knock and come to register to share with everyone. Even if someone is handicap, you would do the same?? Beyond unprofessional how they act and treat people. I Sure won't come here again like I have, but will share this with your upper management. And file a complaint with corporate. Truck driver friendly and parking across the street for 18 wheelers!!!! Easy access to get back on the Altamont!! This Starbucks and employees are amazing! Drinks are always spot on. My coworkers and I are truck drivers and this Starbucks is always there for us even though the pandemic. There's times we roll in 6 sometimes 7 trucks just before closing and they are always ready to help us. The bathrooms are always clean (very important for us girl truck drivers) and the store is beautiful. The employees are always nice.. our drinks are always made perfect. Starbucks finally opened up right across the street from my work. This starbucks had a wide variety of some limited edition tumblers, which I love. They also have a lot of available products for purchase. The inside of the store is very clean and wide. The staff was very welcoming despite the fact that we took forever ordering. Bathrooms are clean. Overall, this Starbucks is very neat and nice, with glass windows to welcome the sun. Masks are still required, no more social distancing inside and outside of the store, bathrooms available, dine-in is open, outdoor seating also available, and drive thru accessible. read more

This started as a doordash order . I was excited Starbucks yearly red cup day was today! . I doordashed my order and it was delicious and delivered on time. However, I was missing my red starbucks cup and figured maybe they were out or I would have to take a little trip to my nearest starbucks which either it was fine. I called the location where my doordasher picked up my order and the manager of this location picked up. I want to give him this one star! He was really nice during my inquiry about if my doordash came with my cup and etc. He went above and beyond for me and apologized said they were super busy (which im sure! All the holiday fav's are back on the menu) and found a few and put one away in the back office for me. So I decided to go in to get my cup since I was in the area and I live rather close to this location . I have never been inside this store but when I doordash it typically comes from here , so I was familiar with the store. I went in and it's gorgeous inside! Clean , and the ambiance was nice. However, I went in and typically I get a welcome to SB even its a quick greeting ! Which I dont mind the staff was really busy I got no greeting/acknowledgment whatsoever. I stood over in the pick up area because I didnt want to bother the baristas they were busy . I did notice one staff member behind the counter so I figured I would go towards her she looked free and I went to the cash register where she walked to. She didnt greet me at all So I said Hi! I spoke to the manager this morning and he told me to stop by whenever to get my red cup , he put one in an office for me ..she looked at me like I was crazy and like I sounded crazy and looked over at her manager which I did not see over at one of the tables . The staff member leaned over and confirmed the info and he said yea! Looked over and saw me and Greeted me even remembered my name! Which says a lot . He made my morning and because of him my very first time inside , he made it a bit better. I will not be back inside though, as I felt invisible and the staff was VERY RUDE. Starbucks is very convenient while traveling out of Livermore. It's the last exit on the right side of the freeway before you go up the Altamonte. Friendly customer service. Adorable flower arrangements on the table. The reason I gave this review three stars was for the customer service and the flowers on the table. Bautista made my mocha wrong and gave me a hot chocolate instead. When we asked for them to remake it, he acted as if was our fault for the mistake. He re-made the mocha but added chocolate syrup. We didn't ask for it. We had to settle for the drink, we didn't want any issues with having it remade. Can I ask for the tip back that I gave before the coffee was made? read more

They are very friendly here, but they consistently don't fill my venti drink to the top and today was the worst yet. Perhaps better training is needed?
