If you can avoid this Starbucks location then I would highly recommend it. I came to this Starbucks tonight since it was one of the store still open after 9pm. I placed my mobile for my birthday reward so I got the Venti Dragonfruit with light ice. I got my wife her Venti Peach Green Tea with light ice as well. It said my order would be ready in like 10 minutes for dine in pickup. When I arrived to the store a little earlier, the drive thru line was pack and there was no parking in the front so I parked in the back. When I walked to the store, I saw all the chairs were up so that means they were closed inside. I had to get back into my car and get into the drive thru line. For like 10 minutes, the drive thru line did not move. We were just stuck there for whatever reason. So I was finally able to pick up my order 20 minutes after my pickup time since the drive thru was busy. I would not come back to this location.

Absolutely ridiculous and a complete rip off. I ordered a tall drink and paid $5.95, only to receive a cup that was about 90% ice. I took around 3 sips and it was gone. There was barely any actual drink in the cup. Charging almost $6 for a cup of ice with a splash of coffee is insulting. Prices keep going up while portions keep shrinking. This was a total waste of money and very disappointing.

    This drink was made perfect!

This review is for the Orange Cream Cake Pop! I saw this on the menu and I knew I had to buy it. Starbucks, what is really going on? Did you guys secretly work with Hostess? because this cake pop is absolutely delicious! As soon as I bit into it, I was transported back to the early eighties when my grandfather used to take me and my brothers to the Hostess store! You guys remember when Hostess had a store filled with Webber bread and Hostess cupcakes and pies and zingers etc.? and you could also purchase the expired foods for like $.25-50 a package? Those were the good ole days! But yea, you got a winner right here. Whoever is responsible, thank you! My drink was good too! Had one of those Refresher Lemonade with Pineapple Passionfruit. I will be back! Soon!

I think they put expired milk in my latte. Literally taste disgusting. I rarely get hot coffees from stores but i wanted to today and it was disgusting and a waste of money. My home coffee is better. It tasted like expired milk inside

When this Starbucks location first opened several years ago, it was the bomb. I would go almost every morning after my daily workout! Once Covid hit I noticed that the service and quality went down a bit. I am that girl who orders only on the app so that my drink is ready when I head over. No wait time is a plus! Unfortunately, your drink order isn't always made correctly and when you are half way home, who wants to turn around and go back...? Not me!!! I have lost count on how many times my drink was incorrect. So, this girl stopped going to this location. Until the other day. Friendly service and my drink was good. Especially on a wet, rainy day. Plenty of parking in the back lot but not an easy in and out on Sherman Way and Woodman. Plenty of indoor seating with free wifi. No outdoor seating at this location which is a definite downside. Drive thru can get long but runs smoothly.

Being a huge matcha fan, I was all set to order one, but then I spotted a unique drink on the menu called "Fluffy Hojicha." I got curious and asked a staff member what hijocha was. They told me it has a distinct roasted flavor, which really intrigued me. Not knowing what to expect from a roasted tea, I decided to give it a try. The wait for my sister's drink, along with a crème brûlée donut and a strawberry donut, was just a quick 3-5 minutes. The first sip of the Hojicha caught me off guard; it wasn't my favorite right away. But with each sip, I started to appreciate and eventually really enjoy the unique roasted flavor of the tea. The crème brûlée donut was a lovely addition - just the right amount of sweetness without being too much. ELNO is located in a building with other small vendors, and there's a seating area that fits only two to three people. I found parking easily since I went on a weekday around 4 PM. My sister mentioned that on weekends, parking is a real hassle. It's definitely worth stopping by if you're in the neighborhood.

I came when it was not busy and got my drink in under two minutes. However, the person sitting next to me (with the cutest doggie! They're dog friendly, I think ) waited longer than 10 minutes for her drink. However, this was during a rush and when it was probably the busiest in the morning (?) AMBIANCE AND ENVIRONMENT: The music volume was pretty good. It was low level when the place got busy due to people chatting, machines, ice scooping etc., but when it wasn't so busy, the level was about medium due to the atmosphere being more quiet. The vibes were Mumford and sons, Oasis, Of Monsters and Men, the Head and the Heart, and some classical sprinkled here and there. It is smaller than a chain, but cozy with quite a few seats and table options. I think they did a great job at making the best of the space. The space also encourages community as half of the seating options are shared/shareable. All within an arms reach, which in my personal opinion, is plenty of space. Because of this, it encourages you to acknowledge your fellow human being sitting across, or beside you. The environment was clean, bright, and comfortable. The environment feedback I woukd give is perhaps a stronger sun shade in the windows that the bar and stools face. I first sat here but within minutes decide to move because the heat was a bit too much for me. Again! A personal preference. Coffee shops can also naturally get warm due to the energy being used for the machines and refrigerators, so something to consider. The air-conditioning kicked in a little later which helped make it more comfortable. Another thing I noticed is the outlet near the corner table and lounge chairs has a an outlet extender plugged into the wall outlet, but the wall outlet is extremely loose with no faceplate. This can cause electric shock, wiring damage and possible fires. I know from personal experience. It's a real easy and cheap fix that I highlyyy recommend they do ASAP. Just trying to be helpful because I really, really like this spot. FOOD AND DRINKS: I ordered a Hibiscus Berry Blend, as is, iced. It was $5.00 even. It is served in a14 Oz. cup. With ice, it's probably about 12-13 Oz. of drink you're getting. I think it was worth it. The flavor was equal and very nice. Not too fruity, not too watery. It wasn't sweet, due to me not asking for any additional sweetener. As I sat and worked, I heard a lot of other orders and some were very creative. So they do have all those fun drinks people love to indulge in occasionally. They also have classic drip coffee and loose leaf tea. THE REASON WHY I TRIED INICIO: The biggest thing I noticed, being an activist myself involved in many efforts for social justice through my work and personal life, was their mission to erase modern day slavery. Human trafficking is a horrible thing that unfortunately is haooening right before out very eyes. They donate a portion of all food, drink, and catering sales to Justice 180. That is honestly, the reason why I came. I would love to partner with them and invite them to come cater at my center. I plan to spread the word about this place and continue to support them.
