The drinks are fine. However, the service is terrible. The workers dont talk at all and their body language is rude. They just look at you and expect you to start talking, they dont call out names or nothing and its just awkward. I get that there are political things going on with starbucks right now, but starbucks should consider hiring people who wont be petty to their customers. read more

I only go here in desperate times, but I ALWAYS regret my decision to. This is the 4th chance I've given these employees to make a nitro cold brew with sweet cream correctly. Last time, they filled it with ice and it was the color white. This time, it's 100% black coffee with foam on top. Apparently you can't have your drink the way you want it at this location. I will say the first time they didn't even listen to my order they at least re-made it. For that reason only I'll give the 2 star. Three weekends in a row I order the same thing. 3 weekend in a row they made it different which was nothing close to how I ordered. I hate leaving bad reviews but this one is deserved. The guy at the window said the next time we will make it right. I explained that it's the third week in a row and third time my order was incorrect. He shrugged his shoulders and said oh well he's sorry. Come to this Starbucks 3 plus times a week, last few weeks seems to have an taken a turn in the wrong direction, quality, speed etc.. that's cool turnover happens I get it. However I get the same thing every time either a triple shot or quad shot straight up. Today I def got a single shot in the drive-thru, when I parked and brought it in and said I think this is just a single. I was told no, that's a triple. Been spending $60 a month here since January, this btw is the first drink I've ever brought back. Hope telling me I was wrong over a couple espresso shots was worth loosing the repeat business. read more

Every time I try to give this location another try, not wanting to drive out of the way to another one I regret it. $6 for a coffee that you have to wait 15 minutes for, they NEVER make right. Never. I saw two people in front of me upset their orders were messed up (and like me don't say anything), shaking their heads and walking out. How hard is it to check the label on the cup???? I would not recommend this place. I stopped in this morning for a medium Chai Tea Latte with Almond milk. What the hell people are you cutting back on the Chai? No, flavor, and it was watered down. I asked for almond milk, not water. GROSS! I spent just under $13 for this and a sandwich, never again. This is why I prefer Dunkin Donuts! I have been coming to this starbucks pretty regularly (4+ hours 2-3x a week) and i adore all the staff here! everyone is exceptionally friendly and many staff members have gone out of their way to learn my name and memorize my order (which is not on the menu!). i usually get a ton of work done because the store is reasonably quite and they have great playlists- definitely a great study space if you don't have access to ASU or your school campus. Bummer to see all these negative reviews, especially considering people were complaining about product shortages during the pandemic when everywhere was out of stock :( read more

I will not be returning to Starbucks. I am very disappointed I ordered 2 coffees and paid for a tall and a grande. They did not even come close to even trying to fill the cup up. The tall will now fill my Grande up. I work hard for my money and wanted to treat myself and a friend but Starbucks instead stole my money and hardly filled the cups up. 10 dollars to complete one coffee is not ok. My drink was watered down and to top it off it taste nothing from what i ordered. My drink came out fast assuming they didn't really take their time to read what i wanted in it. Asked for extra sweet cream foam and caramel drizzle, had none. Sorry to be THAT person but i pay for it and for it to come out and taste disgusting and watered down is unacceptable. Good location, fast and friendly. Been here quite a few times have yet to get my order wrong. Always done right no matter what I order or how I switch it up. Was hoping to get the new color change disposable cups but they said they aren't getting any new shipments. Bummer! Today I went with the green tea, nothing fancy but was delish! Bestie got his regular iced white mocha with soy no whip and only complaint was that they never put enough ice. Told him next time to specify because Starbucks is notorious for making it right every time! This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations to go to because of the friendly staff, great drinks, and clean indoor seating. This is one of the larger locations so there is always plenty of seating to sit down. On this visit i ended up getting a grande toasted white mocha and it is now one of my favorite seasonal drinks that Starbucks offers! The initial taste is very toasty which is really nice because then you get hit with the sweet taste of white chocolate. My go to seasonal drink is the peppermint mocha which always tastes great but I wanted to try this new drink and was not disappointed at all! Talking with the barista definitely solidified my choice too because she gave me good options. The staff is always friendly at this locations and makes you feel so welcomed. read more

We go to this location frequently and for the most part they are very efficient but I am forever fighting the baristas to get light cream in my drink. I'm not sure if it's just the people there don't drink coffee or just careless and in a rush. My boyfriend and I just don't want a lot of sweetener/creamer in our drinks and 9/10 times it comes out looking tan rather than the usual brown color we want. Whenever I ask them to remake it with less creamer like I originally asked I am left with excuses or felt like I'm being a burden. I genuinely have asked how else I can explain to them I just want a splash of creamer but it appears light sweet cream is the only way to go about it, then I get to play the creamer lottery. As someone who used to be a barista at Starbucks its very disappointing to have this experience so often on a simple customization on my drink. read more

I go here on a regular basis on my way to work. Rarely mess up my order. But when they do I walk inside and they apologize and correct my drink. I've gotten some else's drink, asked for caramel but got vanilla, asked for extra shot of expresso but only got a single. But they fixed my drink fast and with no attitude. Employees are awesome! I get the same coffee very morning, in fact the early morning crew know me so well they say Hi Kathy and automatically start making my coffee. However in the past 2-3 month I have been disappointed at times. I understand prices go up and the crew has no control.....but when I came in this morning I got a Grande after asking for a venti and was charged the price for a venti...I did not overly complain since it was the drive thru...My complaint is primarily with the mid-morning group...these people are the ones making for a "bitter" experience. The employee, Kevin, at this store 1003 N Dobson (on Dobson and 202 loop close to the Bass Outdoor Pro shop), offered to stay open late to be sure we got our mobile order since we were leaving town for a long, late night/early morning drive. (We called before placing the order because we weren't sure we could get to the store before their posted closing time. Since it was 10:30 pm on a Sat night, there weren't a lot of other options).
