This is my favorite Starbucks I go here a few times a week and most of the baristas know me by name and remember my drink. My all time favorite person is the manger Michelle she is the best. I used to frequent this location as it is on my way to work, but after my last experience, I doubt I will ever set foot here again! I was shocked with the horrible service I received at this location. After church, I always pick up drinks for my family including a venti mocha split into two cups (for my parents who cannot finish a whole drink on their own). I normally go to the location next to Noah's Bagels, and I LOVE it there. Not only do they know me by name (and start making my complicated drink right when I walk in), they never say no to simple requests (can you put plugs on my drinks, can you make my drink kid's temp, etc) Imagine my surprise when the barista told me that they cannot do that, but he can give me two cups and I can split it myself. I don't understand the point of wasting an extra cup (and irritating a long time customer) instead of just pouring the drinks into two cups like I had asked. I then had to open the drink, push the whipped cream onto the lid, pour the drink into the two cups, scoop the whipped cream BACK onto the drinks, and then go BACK to the counter to ask for 2 lids since he didn't give me any earlier. I go to other Starbucks on an almost daily basis and I've never received as horrible service as I received that day. I later found out that this was the store manager, someone who I would have expected better service from! Thank you for ruining my Christmas morning, I won't be back. read more

I decided to get a cup of coffee here at night. Maybe because i usually buy in the early morning ive never seen this cashier but she looked like she needed a cup herself!! She didnt even ask if i needed a receipt or say thank you after my transaction. Which is fine because i can understand its almost the end of her shift and maybe shes just pooped out! BUT i dont think she rinsed my personal coffee cup which added to the bitter taste of my regular vanilla americano. I don't know why but this Starbucks has the worst customer service. Doesn't matter when I go, 4pm or 5am. I live about 5 minutes away from this Starbucks and it's on the way to work. So it's very convenient. My last visit will be my last visit at this location. I came here on a Saturday evening around 6pm and there was 1 other customer in the store. I was the only customer in line. I saw 3 employees having a conversation and they proceed to have the conversation although I was waiting to order. When they finished their conversation, there was still no one at register. All in all I waited 5 minutes for someone to take my order. But there was no customer in line. The employees are not friendly at all. If I'm paying over $5 for a drink, I think I should get some decent customer service. read more

Having been a Starbucks barista in the past. I gotta say, they are doing a pretty good job. The service is always nice and friendly and pretty speedy since I'm always in a rush to get to work. This is my "other" regular starbucks when i sleep at my boyfriends house. Im always greeted when i walk in the door and sometimes the line is AT the door. But they always get through it fairly quickly. There are certain points in the day where there are just so many people in there but i dont mind it much...its starbucks. The only thing i dont like is that they arent consistent when charging me with soy. (i would rather NOT be charged for soy but whatever). Other than that, Im still a regular there. read more

I came here on the way to 680 thinking I will be in and out even though I've had two other bad experiences here before, I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt (3rd time). There were 3 people in front of me when I placed my order (tall iced coffee w milk, unsweetened) doesn't take no more than 30 seconds to make. Everyone gets their drink and leaves, I get mine w no milk. I tell the barista I ordered it w milk and instead of correcting my drink she tells me it's not mine and that my drink was coming. She serves 3 more customers and still no drink for me and the iced coffee w no milk is still sitting on the counter. I finally tell her to add milk to the one sitting on the counter cause I knew no drink was coming for me and I was out! I was disappointed w the bad service and long wait! This Starbucks is down the road from us, so when we moved here we thought "awesome, local yocal." WRONG! This Starbucks is always dirty, have they not heard of a rag? Nothing like sitting outside while slurping on your poorly made drink, watching the staff members take the trash, have a cigarette on their way, after discarding the trash wipe their dirty hands across their work uniform, then go inside to serve customers and make drinks, mmmmm sanitary delishessness. We've been to this location 3 times and although Starbucks is not the best tasting coffee, each time we have been to this location our drinks taste like crap, after the 3rd time we were done. Found better locations up the road. Sucks we have to drive instead of a quick walk down the road. read more

Just got my Caramel Ribbon frab here at 9:57pm. Seem to be the time they close the store so they dont even care the quality of the drink. It was very watery, the cream melted. Also, The men gave me the attitude when he is writting on the large cup & I want to change to medium. This is the second time I had bad experience with this store. Last time , I was standing 10 minutes and left with nothing coz noone there to serve. Recommend dont come to this store especially night time. read more

I come here once in a while for either a banana-chocolate smoothie or iced green tea (both always tasting satisfactory). The staff is always very friendly every time I stop by, and the wait times are reasonable (considering how busy this location always seems to be). Indoor and outdoor seating can fill up quick depending on the time of day, which is why I never stick around. Aside from the positive factors, I probably go to this location the most strictly out of convenience (closest one to my house). read more

Gotta have my starbucks every morning kinda person...... This is the closest location to stop by before work. So I do like coming here but over the years there's no real improvement but just the GREAT remodel. There is always a super long line and the barista is slow!!!! I usually order the espresso shots with white mocha, so she forgot to pump the white mocha and guess what she did???? NOTHING.... just pumped some white mocha in the cup, which never melted cuz its on ice. So, I have now moved on to a new location and they are awesome!!!!!!! read more

These guys are awesome! I work right across the street and stop in almost every morning before heading into work, so they basically all know my name and my drink. Almost everyone is very friendly and have great customer service skills, for my standards. They great you when you get in; if they line is backing up, someone will apologize for the wait and/or get your drink started for you; or in my case, make my drink and have it ready by the time I get to the register. This is by far my favorite Starbucks to go to because its not awkwardly cramped in there and the staff is just great. read more

The service is pretty quick and efficient. All the baristas are nice and friendly. One of them even uses this funny trill on the 'r' when taking/making your order so that's cool. The whipped cream here is amazing too (yes, there are differences). It's perfectly smooth and usually goes right up to the top so your drink is really creamy and sweet at the end. I love it. Came in on a Tuesday night to get some studying done before an important meeting and just needed to get a regular cup of black coffee. I ordered with the nice gentleman who then informed me that they just ran out and he was going to brew me a fresh batch and it should be ready in three minutes. No problem. I go back down to my little section to read and a few minutes go by...then a few more...then some more. Literally ten minutes go by and I finish reading a section before I realize that I never got my coffee. I went back up to the barista and stated that I have yet to receive my coffee. He was extremely apologetic and grabbed me a cup instantaneously. Not only that but he even offered me a free drink voucher for the future because of the inconvenience. This was not necessary for a $2 cup of coffee and a 10 minute wait that I would have dealt with anyways since I was reading. But I took it as an excellent example of service recovery. I work in the hospitality industry and keeping customers and guests happy is my sole priority. This young gentlemen definitely took the extra step to assure I was completely satisfied with my service and for that I am thankful. This will definitely be my Starbucks of choice. read more

Being someone who once worked at starbucks in so cal, a year ago I actually know the rules and know what makes a good store. This location is by far the most cheerful and welcoming of all the ones I've been to. I even seen the lady before me ask if they can split their drinks into two cups. (Starbucks is not allowed to do that. A store can get in trouble if they are allowing it. Besides its just people being cheap. If you want to share a venti buy two talls its the same amount of liquid) They let the lady know that it was not allowed, but this time they would do it for them but next time they would need to buy two.
