This is probably my favorite Starbucks around the milpitas area. Their service is always quick and the staff are friendly. They do sometimes make mistakes on our orders but that's okay because we all make mistakes. This location always has the double smoked bacon sandwiches in stock. The one by Wingstop would always run out of it in the mornings. This location has not failed me. I come here all the time. read more

9/10 times I come here service is great and the drinks are on point. Today I tried the frozen mango dragonfruit lemonade, it was delicious. It was a little less icy than other Starbucks but still good. read more

This review is solely for when I visited yesterday in search of the ugly sweater Frappuccino cozy Starbucks was advertising on Facebook. I got here around 7AM, and there was no line. I was quickly greeted by friendly baristas and when I asked them about the cozy for the frappuccino, they smiled and immediately asked the manager. They were almost willing to give it to me with any order, but I followed the rules and ordered a coffee frap! I really enjoy the cozy and this was one of the friendliest Starbucks I've ever been to. I have seen this place busy on weekends, but it was pretty empty when I visited early morning on a weekday. A solid 3.5. read more

I can't afford a meal but I do have a few bucks in cash to help get me through today. I got a quad espresso over ice w/ 2 Splendas. If I could afford it and afford the calories, I would have opted for 2 pumps of white mocha w/ my espresso instead of Splendas. BTW- if you do the espresso and white mocha combination (not the white mocha drink but the white mocha pumps itself), your coffee will taste almost like ca phe sua da. Starbucks isn't strong. Peet's isn't strong. I like Vietnamese and Turkish coffee... but I am not going to drive all the way to Philz for one nor will I go to a Vietnamese deli to get one since I had to drop the boy at the sitter and Starbucks was right there. I normally don't review chains just because they're just standard-a time a dozen. But this particular Starbucks deserves some mentions: 1. Seating availability is subpar. The layout of the store can't be helped due to its odd rectangular shape, but I think you can add at least two more tables. I've been pretty lucky about finding a table to set up shop-either solo or I'll hop along with my technie nomad homies who've been hogging one of the TWO power outlets in the entire table section. AWESOME. I always catch someone walking away from the shop because there are no tables, and I'm always pissed at myself for forgetting to charge my laptop. 2. Customer service is pretty good. I like the cast here, it's always interesting. I get the cheery curly haired girl who never skips a beat. Then sometimes, the guy who loves to roll his RrrrRRRrrrrs, such a show off (I'm just mad that I can't). I like to call him Roberto (not his real name... I think) 3. Drinks? Are you really here for coffee? I'm not much of a drinker, but I do like to get the bottled Tazo iced teas. I mean, I will need to quench my thirst after hogging all their wi-fi. The least I can do is patronize the store. 4. Please don't be the guy/ gal who hogs up the power outlet FOR TWO HOURS, or at least don't be suprised when you find me sitting next to you when you come back from your bathroom break. They are pretty Friendly here and to my surprise; they were open on Christmas. The place is in a small strip mall on East Calaveras, but easily accessible. The place was packed assuming all of the other Java joints were already closed for the Holiday. I ordered my usual Holiday drink when I noticed something I have not seen before. I saw the table tops had charging mats and a charging pods. I noticed that you can place your device on mats with the corresponding charger and recharge your device. Another innovative way to keep coming back to recharge their devices( power mats) , and their bodies (caffeine) in one stop. read more

Friendly service and a good size for a cafe. There are a lot of tables, chairs, and a few sofas, so it is a great place to chill and catch up with a group of friends. There's also outdoor seating, but only a table or two out there. Whenever I come here, I always run into some friends and other people I know from my high school. (Note: I am a college student, so it's kind of nice because chances are, I haven't seen them in a while.) The parking lot is pretty big and normally it shouldn't be too hard to find parking even on a busy day. The plaza that it is in has a a few stores nearby like pho, donuts, and pizza. Drinks are okay. I'm not a big fan of Starbucks Coffee, but I always find myself going there anyway. It's just easier to locate. read more

I was at this location on January 27th at 12 noon. It wasn't busy, very mellow, no line. I ordered a Venti Caramel Frap with extra caramel for my free drink reward and what I got was just a caramel frap with a splash of caramel inside the cup. I too work at starbucks and when guests ask for extra caramel, it's a given to put extra caramel drizzle in the cup... This was the first time I've been to this location so I'd say, customer service was fast but my drink was not satisfied. I would've said something right when i got my drink but i was already running late for work (i work in sunnyvale). I decided to call to speak to the manager after work but got a hold of the supervisor in charge instead. I spoke to her and told her of the matter.. not asking for a refund or a free drink but to just give her a heads up. Her response was poor, the least she could've done was to act like she was really concerned. Maybe next time, I will be a snobby annoying customer and demand a refund instead. read more

This Starbucks is seriously 2 block away from my house. It's very convenient for me to get my morning coffee when I need my caffeine. I used to get caramel macchiato, Matcha green tea latte, white chocolate mocha... etc, but now I usually just get a grande drip coffee because I don't need the extra sugar or milk in my drinks. The service is good. They greet people that come in and when there's a line they take peoples order while they wait in line.The people that work here is friendly and nice. For me, it's good because usually come in, get my coffee and be out very quick. The place isn't that big but it still has a decent number of chairs and tables inside and outside. read more

My absolute favorite Starbucks! I have been coming to this particular store for the past 12 years. I have gotten to know quite well both the management and the baristas. The manager is friendly and knowledgeable. The team working here is always willing to help. More often than not some of my friends were messed up due to various reasons and no questions asked, they made me another; they really uphold the Starbucks standard. The baristas know my drinks because I have been coming here for so long and they also know the variations of how I prefer them tweaked. I've always felt like part of the family here. Before Covid, I spent two years coming into this Starbucks 2-3 evenings a week to study for my exam during grad school and also to work on my books. I've written 2 books here! This store has a special place in my heart. Throughout the years, even with changes in management, the consistency in quality service has remained unchanged. Thank you all for everything you do! Your hard work is seen and appreciated by me. Damn, I feel tears coming looking back at everything I've lived in this store, so I shall take that as my cue to stop the review here . If your looking for the best coffee with the BEST baristas the SB on Park Victoria and Calaveras is #1 from the moment you walk in they know you by name or are quick to great you with a warm hello and smile. Ashley writes a message or drawing on my cup everytime she is there she is a total sweetheart. Then there is James cant say enough about how he just makes you feel special. Then there is Rachelle/Manager. She is so sweet as she will also put special messages on our drinks. Her smile and warm welcome is what brings us back. We miss this group of talented Baristas we consider FAMILY. We miss coming into our daily stop every morning but your continued quality service has made up for this SIP by this New order rules. Horrible Starbucks place! I asked to fill my own bottle with ice tea, the staff filled it up to about 80% of the bottle with mostly ice. But the most annoying thing is that they don't have a single plug-in, thus not a spot to get anything done if you're a student. Won't ever be back. read more

This is a pretty typical Starbucks, but oh my goodness, there are way too many people here on a Saturday afternoon. If you're looking to get some work done, look for another coffee shop! The heavy stream of people in line plus the constant noise will be very distracting. Their tables do have those charging pods, so that's convenient if your phone is low on battery! read more

Don't know how they messed up all three of my mobile order drinks- couldn't turn around to get them fixed but one drink specifically could not contain dairy and instead of having my drink made w/the correct non dairy milk, I had to throw it away. Sad to see how careless this location is to detail. Would've given maybe 3 stars if someone in the store actually acknowledged us the whole time we were there since the place is neat, clean and conveniently right off the main road but that wasn't the case here. Just went to get a coffee real quick and the staff was very friendly and my drink was good. Went to wash my hands and this bathroom was the worst bathroom I have ever seen. Seriously. It was so dirty. The toilet seat was lifted and looked like someone explosed in their toilet. The sink had build up dust, dirt and hair all on it. And it's only 10am so you can tell it hasn't been clean in a while. So gross. I mean I rather go to a gas station restroom. Please do better. read more

This is a fine Starbucks when you're by yourself. I'd give it 2.5 because there are a lot of folks hanging outside skate boarding and spitting. Not necessarily the same folks. I just noticed a lot of spit. But that's not Starbucks fault. I'm just saying. The baristas were nice. The flat white good. Not a ton of seating for meetings. My go-to coffee place since it's soo close to my church and the baristas here are really nice and friendly. Compared to some other Starbucks, this one is pretty spacious and has ample seating every time I'm here. Parking can be a pain, especially because drivers never seem to check their mirrors here when they back up ... but hey. That's not really Starbuck's fault. I love getting my custom made drinks here because the baristas make it fun and flavorful! Last time I got some sort of green tea / apple juice blend made by a barista here and it was really good! This is my favorite Starbucks in Milpitas, just because of their prompt service and cleanliness. Pros: Convenience: This particular Starbucks is located near Safeway and to other great eateries. Service: Staff is always friendly and helpful and I have had anyone mess up on beverage order. Atmosphere: They have a cozy area for you to enjoy your drinks and snacks. Cons: Crowd: Since this particular Starbucks is centered near many other businesses, there tend to be a line, but they are usually fast with orders. Noise: During rush hours, I wouldn't recommend coming here to study. Also seating can be hard to find especially if you come in groups. read more

Anyone who reads my reviews already knows that I kinda like Starbucks. (Yeah, I know. Get over it.) Well, my parents were visiting, and after spending an hour today in the wind and cold at a dog park in Milpitas, we needed to warm up. We decided to stop at this Starbucks for warm drinks, as I hadn't been to this one in the area yet. My dad got a venti drip coffee, and I got a chai tea latte. Service was prompt, and everyone there was friendly. Here's the fun part: We got to the car, and my dad tried to put his coffee in the holder in the back seat area. I put my bag where it usually goes between the seats on the divider area. Little did I know, my dad perched his hot coffee on top of the divider, and I promptly knocked it over with my bag. Of course the coffee spilled EVERYWHERE in the back seat. Fun, fun. I ran back into Starbucks, grabbed a bunch of napkins and asked for water. They provided water, and one of the employees insisted on giving me a stack of clean cloth towels so that I could clean up. He said it's fine as long as I bring them back. I can't help but applaud the great customer service, especially since it wasn't their fault that my car became a coffee container. After I returned the towels, they also asked if I would like a new coffee for my dad. Of course I accepted, and my dad appreciated the gesture. Next time I'm passing by this location, I'll certainly make it a point to stop by if I'm in the mood for some caffeine. read more

Out of the 3.5 (the Safeway one doesn't really count) locations in Milpitas, this one is probably my Starbucks of choice. It's not as crowded as the Great Mall one... where you can never find a seat or it's filled with mall rats. It's more relaxing and spacious and I love that about it! My Secret Menu Drinks: Dirty Chai Snickers Captain Crunch Regular Favs: Caramel Macchiato White Chocolate Mocha Passionfruit with Apple Juice Caramel Apple Spice Cider Chai Tea Latte Green Tea Frap But the reason for this trip was the HOLIDAY drinks! My drink for this holiday is the CARAMEL BRULEE!! Yum :D The baristas are fast... it's the customers who don't know what they want that hold up the line. read more

Here for a late night drink after dinner at Shabu House since its a cold night. Surprised at 8:30p there's still quite a bit of people here. Wait is quite long, I feel the guys here could speed it up a bit. As for environment here, inside is clean but the outside there's quite a bit of hooligans at night due to its location. But it doesn't seem unsafe since its still Milpitas after all and I come here for foot massage every now and then. read more

This is the only Starbucks I go to for all my coffee fixes. It's literally less than 5 miles from my house and its always there when I'm on my way to work or school. I love how spacious it is. They also have incredible customer service! Every time I walk in I am greeted by almost all of the employees, it kind of makes me feel like a queen.. hahaha. I've been going to this SBUX for a couple years now so I think a review is overdue. Most of the staff members are great. They're friendly, remember me, remember my drink... half the time the drink is ready for me even before I get to the register if there's a line. Props to Marcie, Sara, Jasmine, Tram, Jessica for starting my days off right. The place is clean, it's close to my house and on my way to work, and there's usually not a horrendous line out the door like the SBUX by work. The point of going to a Starbucks is for its consistency, right? I can order a drink from a store in San Francisco and it should be the same as if I ordered it from someplace like Omaha, Nebraska. The customer service should be consistent as well. Starbucks prides themselves of this fact. Usually, I wouldn't bother writing a review for a Starbucks, but this location is bad. I've been here a couple times, and it's safe to say that I won't be returning any time soon. Here's why... There's no consistency in the drinks here, perhaps it's because there is inadequate training or maybe its because the baristas here tend to rush make the drinks. Either way, when you're paying close to 4 bucks for a mocha (McCafe, anyone?), you shouldn't have to worry about resentful workers doing a sloppy job on your drink. My GF feels the same way, and she only orders an ice tea (and if you can't even get that right, then there's no hope) Sanitation seems to be an issue as well, one of the girls who helped me went from cleaning the floor, and then straight to the beverage bar without washing her hands. Don't even get me started on customer service at this one. Bottom Line: There are probably 6 or 7 other locations in Milpitas, you're better off going to one of those other ones, instead. Heck, you will probably have a much better experience at the 7-11 across the street. read more

A Starbucks is a Starbucks for the most part, and this one wasn't really better or worse than others. However, it did seem a bit dim inside. I would have the say the worst thing about this location is the barista who likes to roll his "R's" when shouting out a word with an "R" in it, such as "guhrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrande frrrrrrrrrrrrrappacino". I honestly don't know how his colleagues deal with it, because I was annoyed after 3 minutes of listening to it. I honestly would not return to this Starbucks if I knew that guy was working. I was just here 7/21/14. I ask for soy milk because I'm lactose. Well unfortunately the barista didn't look at the cup correctly because he didn't add soy milk. Is it because I paid with one of those cards that said they'll make me a free drink because they didn't give me soy last time? (Different location) Now I'm paying the price in the rest room at home. Would you believe this place was open on Christmas day? The line was out the door. This is probably because most other coffee shops were closed, including other Starbucks locations. When I finally got to the counter, I was greeted by a friendly employee with no indication at all that she was upset about working Christmas morning. I ordered a standard drip Christmas blend, which I enjoy during the holiday season. No complaints regarding drink quality or service, especially given the long line. Store is decent-sized with plenty of tables. I would go back to this location if in the area, but I would probably try a smaller non-chain coffee shop first. But, you can bet that your coffee will be good here. read more

This Starbucks started off as a very well Operated store but my guess is they went through a staff change. Because for the last few months this Store has been going downhill. This Store seems to struggle with mobile orders I typically put my mobile order in 10 to 15 minutes in advance. The past few times I have arrived it has not been ready and I have been waiting for another 15 minutes. This store is completely defeats the purpose of having a mobile order I do hope one day they get back on track. read more
