Always better to go thru the drive thru, but at this Starbucks walk in are just as fast. They always have plenty of help behind the counter. When I go in I am always assisted by more than one clerk. Ordering ahead is my favorite and I feel safe walking in anytime of the day or night. Plenty of parking away from the drive thru line. Can't wait for when stores open up for sitting-in service. Slow drive thru and DANGEROUS entrance on Lassen. Many near accidents, as a result of hazardous traffic entry/exit and slow drive thru service. They even had to put out orange cones to try to correct and funnel traffic. Either way, customers are exposed to high speed collisions at Lassen entrance and exit. If you can, avoid this location and go elsewhere. read more

This is a very busy Starbucks but the workers are on top of it. Wait time is minimal. There must be 10-15 workers working and they're all so friendly. There's a lot of seating inside and but the only bad thing is that there's no power outlets, that's why I'm putting only 4 stars. read more

Welcome to the first Solar-powered Starbucks! I've waited for this drive-thru to open since I learned that it was going to be a Starbucks. The line was pretty busy on a Sunday afternoon and we proceeded to wait. Staff was very friendly and lively. It really makes a difference when they converse with you aside from just taking your drinks. Got my Green Tea Frap in Soy and it was great. Also, the lady in front of us paid for mine and my sister's drinks. We were so blessed to have our drinks paid for. The only comment I have is that their drive-thru speaker is loud. Like it can scare you loud. I can literally hear the orders before and after my car. Aside from that, so excited to have a nearby drive-thru! read more

Al I can say is ANTHONY, ANTHONY, ANTHONY!!!! He is BY FAR, the BEST batista I've ever encountered in all my 62 years! ALWAYS goes out of his way to make everyone feel welcome! Always says "HI", and remembers my name (and no, not by looking at the cup)! He goes out of his way to help, and make sure your drink is perfect. He's also recommended some really cool drinks and products, that I never would have tried! And....he always apologizes when they're out of something. If God forbid he ever leaves, that location will never be the same, so ya'll better make him a manager Pronto, or he at LEAST he deserves a raise. My girl friend & I got yelled at by the store manager because my girl friend had car issues & said we were there for 2 hours. We waited for aaa for 20 mins. She was so rude it made my girlfriend cry. This Starbucks opened during the quarantine orders, but that hasn't stopped the residents to fill up on their cup of coffee/tea. The morning I went there was a decent line of cars for the drive-through. This location does allow for pickup outside of its main entrance. I believe customers are not allowed to enter the shop at this time. The staff is friendly and trying its best to fulfill the orders. I had two terrible experiences with a Starbucks out of the area in the same day, it is not near my work so I called this one hoping that they can replace my drink if they knew the correct recipe. Calvin was amazing and so was the entire stuff, they took care of, but another Starbucks location messed up, and I have never been so impressed by Starbucks. Sometimes they would run out of fruit pieces for my dragonfruit lemonade refresher and they claim it still tastes the same without it since the fruits purpose was to only make the drink pink, but it actually does make a difference. I come here often because I go to school up the street and I always ask for sugar free vanilla for health purposes, however I get my americano today and had to come inside cause I didn't get any vanilla I ask for sf vanilla on the side and he gives me regular vanilla I asked if it was sf cause the smell was immediately normal vanilla, I'm a partner and a different Starbucks and know the difference he says yes and sends me on my way...It's not the first time they have given me regular vanilla.. Efficient! This location is THE BEST! I live by the Nordhoff & Tampa and Shirley & Plummer locations. I still drive all the way here for their service, speed, accuracy and efficiency! Chris and the morning crew are the best! After reading some of the reviews, I have to say, yes, the line can seem long at times, but keeps moving. You don't stay waiting for long, like some other locations. When the lines do merge, just practice common courtesy. They have 3 outdoor, socially distanced seating areas on their outdoor patio.
