I was really surprised at how short the line was at this location. Especially on a busy holiday Saturday. I Walked in and my drink was waiting thanks to ordering in the app. The tables and chairs were full, but no one was in line to order. The staff seemed very friendly. Happy to help with a small request. Big smiles. The location looks pretty new. It was very clean and sparkling. Everybody seemed happy. I only got a drink. No food this time. Every time I come in, the workers are SO kind and positive. It's a guarantee I stop here when in the area. They also make REALLY good coffee. Parked and walked by, it was around 5pm. The door had a sign that said the lobby was closed. Went into 5 Below, World Market, Nordstrom Rack, and walked by AppleBees to come back and see if they reopened the lobby. They did not. Came back at 7:18pm and got in the drive thru since their hours are late. 1 car is in front of us and we get to the speaker and they say they're closing early for to a store emergency. Which is fine, but the car in front got to order. And it's just us, a car behind us, and a car behind them. I have been coming to this location for years and I finally feel the staff is great! Very friendly and welcoming. I used to never be greeted or helped with trying to get my mobile orders that they store behind the counter. Now this is not the case. Everyone is friendly, drinks are made quickly and accurately, and the mood in the store seems happier. They definitely were short staffed during COVID so that left a lasting effect. Store is usually clean and plenty of tables indoor and outside. They still had some holiday drinks left which made my day as well. This location used to be my go-to location, but I ran into so many issues with trying to order from this location I actually stopped ordering here all together, which was a bummer the staff (during COVID) was so great. However, since mid 2021, it feels like everytime I check if they're accepting mobile orders (let alone open) they never are, which really just isn't something I can fit into my morning before I get to work. it's a bummer for sure. I've been there one time since, when I was on a work break and the staff they had messed up my order, my drink was basically undrinkable which is always a bummer. So heads up I wouldn't count on this location for mobile orders, or honestly to be open for all their normal hours anymore. read more

From the recent reviews I was expecting the unexpected. Fortunately I was served my drink quickly and the barista got it right. $7 for a drink that is missing almost half of the drink.. this is crazy besides going through the drive through they had me park to get my drink. Never had an issue until I realize my cup didn't feel normal and I normally always have a Starbucks every other day or almost everyday and it wasn't so heavy so I decided to open it and I never open my hot drinks. I get that hot drinks tend to go down because of the steam/foam but to be missing almost half is outrageous especially with the prices. These days I rarely go to Starbucks. There's so many amazing options out there... I decided to make a quick stop because yesterday was the beginning of fall, and I thought my boy and I could take a minute and hang out. As we went to the bathroom an employee came out. I was shocked at the state of it, let alone the fact that an employee would leave the bathroom so messy. I thought I'd be a little sassy and order a pour-over, but was basically talked out of it. I've been to this location a few times. Today, I put in a mobile order and service was TERRIBLY slow. My first drink came within about 5 minutes of ordering and the second drink about 10 mins later. There were a lot of people standing by the drink counter waiting for their drinks, so you know something was off. My hubby didn't like his mocha frap- said it tasted off. Mine was same old same old just took way too long to get. They might have been short staffed (2 girls working) but looking at the reviews, it seems like a trend. I have been coming to this Starbucks location from time to time for years, and it used to be one of my favorites to stop in at, but over the past few months I have noticed a complete 180, particularly in the staff at this store. Today's visit was the straw that broke the camel's back, and unfortunately likely my last visit. When I walked in I already noticed a weird vibe - there were about 8-10 other patrons inside, either standing or sitting around waiting (I assumed) on their drinks, as they all had their eyes glued to the small bar where drinks get passed off. I stood in line behind one other person, and waited my turn. As soon as I stepped up to the register, the girl stationed there kept her eyes down, continuing to write on several cups. No greeting or acknowledgement was offered, so I browsed the snacks and fall-themed reusable cups while I waited. When she finally raised her gaze, she immediately said, "I'll be right back," and disappeared to the back, returning less than 30 seconds later with a large cube container of something liquid for the bar. I asked to please load my card first, and then placed my order for two iced teas. She didn't ask my name, ask whether I wanted a receipt or even thanked me to end the transaction, but just immediately went back to writing cups so I awkwardly moved aside to wait by the bar. The vibe got even more weird as I watched everyone side-eyeing each other, probably trying to gauge their further wait by attempting to figure out who ordered before who, because drinks were trickling out at a sluggish pace despite there being two baristas behind the bar. Eventually once about 10 minutes of waiting had passed, I was about to just give up and go ask for a refund, but the "friendly" girl at the register was tending to a line of about 4-5 new customers at this point. Thankfully, I finally saw one of the baristas reach for an iced tea shaker so I decided to wait while she worked at a sloth's pace to add the tea, then water, ice and shake x2. Finally, after about 15 minutes of waiting I was out the door with two iced teas that cost me $7.50 and most of my sanity. Unless and until they clean up their staff, I will avoid this location like the plague. read more

Placed a mobile order for (2) Grande hot chocolates. When I picked them up, I thought they felt a little light to me but I didn't really give it a second thought as I just wanted to get out of there since the store was starting to get crowded with people. When I got home, I took the lid off (and we hadn't taken a sip of our drinks yet since we had drink stoppers on them) and noticed they were halfway full! I pretty much got ripped off. If I wanted a child size hot chocolate, I would've ordered it. My husband's drink was halfway full as well. I've never had a problem with my drinks here in the past so I'm not sure if they have someone new making the drinks but I'll avoid this store for a bit until they get baristas that know how to make the proper size drinks. read more
