I brought my own cup like I normally do and they knocked ten cents off, which is nice because not all locations do this anymore. But I bring my own cup because of environmental concerns. Claudia took my order and was friendly and helpful. The barista gave me a generous portion with lots of excellent foam so I was a happy drinker. One of the employees in the Drive-thru shouldn't work with the public. When they couldn't hear my order at the speaker over my engine, I pulled forward to the window to better assist. I was met with a very nasty attitude and before I could say anything, the employee told me next time I would have to park and come inside and that it was Starbucks POLICY to not to take an order at the window. In the past, OTHER stores would just ask me to please pull forward so they can help. The employee at the window disappeared for quite a while only to return with the wrong order, showed me the tip button to pay and turned their back on me. Classy ;-) I parked my car, walked inside and nicely asked for my order to be made again. The employee at the counter looked at the sticker and confirmed it was not made correctly. Coincidence.....I think not. I guess the employee in the window not only has an ATTITUDE problem but a COMPREHENSION problem as well. This Starbucks has the sweetest employees who always make me feel so welcome. They remember my name, which in hindsight, might be apart of their job I can't remember. However this Starbucks is always spotless, they have AMAZING costumer service, they make great conversation, overall just the most thoughtful people ever! They are also great problem solvers and always have a solution too. I've been coming here since the location was switched over from the plaza, this place is just so amazing. This Starbucks is clean, had all tumblers in stock, are able to order quickly, and park at a pick up parking. Only odd thing was that the drive through was closed off with chairs. Parking is a bit small so be careful if you pull in and there is no more parking, pulling out will be a bit of a feat. read more

The senior lady cashier needs training before being allowed to take drink orders. I ordered a Venti iced coffee, three pumps of sugar, and a splash of oat milk - Easy right. She was so confused that I had to repeat the one order three times and it still was wrong because I ended up with a Grande size. They have ONE job to do, making coffee. HOW can they get it so wrong. I have been twice and each time the coffee was TERRIBLE, one iced one hot. So bitter. Coffee is great and on par with other locations. Current management regularly closes the lobby outside of posted hours and foc a you to pick up orders through the drive thru. In addition the posted lobby hours do not reflect lobby closures in the app. Better communication by leadership would raise this rating by two stars. Service and recognition of a 24 minute drive thru wait would have given another star for a full five star rating. I will avoid this location and pursue non drive thru locations in the future. read more

Umm kinda disappointing immediately when I walked in to pick up my order from the girl that was at the counter had a pair of headphones on and she wasn't wearing any gloves and proceeded to sweep her hair back over her ears and then or around her ears and then grab my straw and put it in my drink and her hair kind of greasy and dirty and it just didn't seem right that she would not have a pair of gloves on and touch your hair and your face and then touch my straw and put it in my coffee very unprofessional but other than that the car and the caramel macchiato I got was good read more

I'm in Ojai for a getaway and have gotten my morning coffee 2x each morning at this location. My oat milk vanilla latte has been great and consistent with each visit. They open nice and early- 5am which is great for me. They have a drive thru so you can go on your robe but there is plenty of parking if you prefer to go in.
