The drive-thru is the slowest I've ever been in. For people preparing cups of coffee, you'd figure it'd go by much faster. But hey if you need to take a 15 minute power nap, might as well do it in the drive-thru because you'll still be in the same spot when you wake up. read more

I agree that it's a beautiful store but the parking is much too limited. I've tried three times to park and go inside but had to leave because the lot was full. It's so small that you can barely turn around to leave. I'm just not a drive-thru fan and I guess that is the emphasis here. When this Starbucks first opened, I was excited and knew I would be a regular as it has a drive thru and is close to work. I have visited this one over a dozen times and have really loved the customer service it has provided. However, the last three times has been pretty bad. I've come to love Starbucks London Fog latte and I typically get it with soy milk. I've gotten it here a few times and at other Starbucks locations and it has been delicious. However, the last three times I've ordered it at this Starbucks location it has been wrong. And because I use the drive thru, I don't see that it's wrong until I'm too far away to bring it back. Well every Morning I drive through to get my coffee. Today was the second time they messed up my order. First time i ordered they gave me dark roast coffee instead of non fat latte. Which i found out at work. Next day i went i told the girl she said did u call . Well she never said sorry but the guy was nice he gave my money back gave another card. Today same thing but i checked before driving. So i rather go and stand on the line ordering my coffee than drive trough and get wrong coffee from the same person that messes my orders. read more

Just went thorough the drive through and ordered a short coffee. I agreed to a little bit of half and half in my coffee. What I got was an order of half and half with some coffee instead of coffee with some cream. Disgusting! I went to this Starbucks to review with my friend. There were a few tables which was okay. There were enough plugs but no shared study table since the store is relatively small. Parking lot was also small. Menu is the same as every other Starbucks. My issue is the temperature inside the store. It was ridiculously cold. My friend and I who were both wearing a hoodies over our long sleeved shirts were freezing. Because of that we couldn't really do what we went there to do. We only stayed a couple of hours. When we went out, the temperature outside is almost as cold as the inside of the store. read more

This is a review for the customer service. I witness a staff member completely belittle an older Asian lady. Apparently she was not using the appropriate wording for "lid". She asked for a "cap", and he kept messing with her asking her what she meant when clearly she was pointing at her cup gesturing she needed a lid. So last week on Monday April 9th ( 9:30amis ) i hopped in my car grabbed my credit card and id and went to the Starbucks drive thru. As i sat in the LONG line (approx 7-10 mins) which i didn't mind i finally get to order. One Venti skinny vanilla latte and one venti ice water.. Get to window to pay and i noticed that i grabbed my movie pass instead of my credit card (they are both red..) i knew i had an emergency $100 bill in my car for emergencies and this was one.. i needed my wake up.. i let the girl know this is all i have and she said nope... She wouldn't even ask a manager... she wouldn't even give me my free water...She just stated there's a long line behind me and sorry... ugh.... total fail on both ends.. not a good morning for me.. read more

Not sure where to start with this place. I ordered 2 Chai Lattes. One Grande, one Tall. I pull up and this woman hands me a caramel frappacinno. I tell her its not what I ordered, she agreed. She then hands me a soy latte. I didn't order that either. She agreed. She finally hands me two chai tea lattes, but both are grande when only one should be grande. I figure, maybe shes upping the size from tall to grande for free. I check the receipt and she charged me for two grande chai lattes instead of one grande and one tall as I ordered. For such a busy Starbucks in the mornings the customer service is amazing. You walk in and get greater by several employees by name, which always makes you feel better. Your drink is ready and waiting for you, and if they see your politely waiting behind the mob of people who won't let you pick up your preordered drink they will go out of their way to bring it to you. All the employees are great, never had a problem here, but Leo especially really starts my day off right with his great energy, excellent customer service and his amazing attitude. I was so disappointed with the service here:( Me and my sister were so excited because they were finally opening a drive-thru Starbucks here in Pasadena but when we finally got a chance to go they guy that helped us was awful. Half of my drink was on the cup and it spilled on my pants and when the guy saw it he just laughed and gave me some napkins, no sorry nothing. So, I periodically come back to this location to see if they've improved at all because quite frankly it's convenient and close to my house. However, since the very first time I've gone there the employee staff is extremely rude and act like they don't want to be working. today, I went in and the drive-through line was all the way out to the street- stacked out about 12 cars long. I looked inside and saw that there was nobody in line inside the store, so I parked and went inside.
