I've been to a lot of Starbucks, and I have to say that I like this one (and not just because it's the only one in town). But let me clarify, this is a great place on a weekday when they have their "A" staff that makes everything quick and gets it right. On the weekends, you get the kids that only work 1 or 2 days a week and thus are less focused on what they are doing. On a weekday they always get my order right, on a weekend it's about 50/50. But this being my closest location to our town 20 minutes away I have used this one quite a bit and as far as service goes they deserve some credit! Filthiest Starbucks ever! We stopped to get drinks and use the restroom. Trash on the floor. Trash overflowing the only trash can. The restroom was the worst. I am a local and have been going to this store, since day one. The last year or so, it has really gone DOWN HILL:((( the Baristas (most of them) are great, but the store, especially on the weekends is SLOW AND DIRTY! If a large party comes in, you can be sure you will wait. One Saturday I waited 17 minutes JUST to get my drink. I don't enjoy going up there anymore to mingle. I make my own Lattes at home now. I mobile ordered 3 chai lattes with whip got to my work and i realize their was no whip cuz i took a sip and the flavor was not the same like all the other times i get it this way. I call "supervisor " Isaac answers and argues with me that the whip cram melts with the heat which yes its true but u would see residue of the whip in the cup and the taste is just so different. When i ask for whip the liquid is not all the way to the top because they leave space for the whip cream. When you are an everyday customer here you get too familiar with flavor combinations. While the service was quick the pastry tasted like it was a day old and it was almost as if they forgot a shot in the coffee.

I went in and ordered a tall hot coffee and i waited where you normally wait by counter. and i was standing there for over ten minutes and a man came out of the break room and asked me if i was waiting on any drinks and i said "yes a tall hot coffee" and he asked this rude women with short hair that took my order. "did you make the tall hot coffee" and she said "yes i've called you're name like 8 times". So rude if you see me waiting for a drink and i obviously don't hear you come over and say something next time rather then my coffee getting cold. and she was talking to like these teen girls and was ignoring the other people in line and not doing her job! Do not go through the drive thru , you will be there for a minimum of 15 min! With a max of 30 minutes and no apology what so ever. most of the time the service and drinks/food are excellent. but sometimes service is kinda sucky. i have called a few times to complain about this starbucks, once because there was a piece of plastic in my drink, another because i got a mouth full of coffee grounds, etc. sometimes if your drink doesnt taste right and you ask if they can remake it they will give you attitude. but as i said, there are a few great starbucks employees there that know what theyre doing. i just think they need to train their staff a little better. read more

I go to Starbucks for my husband's coffee addiction. I actually don't like any sort of coffee. So I can't comment on the coffee itself..... But the service is terrible! I waited for 15 minutes in the drive through w/ only 2- TWO cars in front of us, but that wasn't the worst; the next week my husband waited 25 minutes in the drive through. Going inside doesn't save any time either. Ugh! Very frustrating. I can see if the line is unusually long but almost a half an hour for an over priced coffee is frustrating! Once your in line you are stuck, so it's not like we could have left. The manager needs to step up customer service. read more

I have been overlooking the bad experinces I been having at this Starbucks location for a while cause we're all humans and we make mistakes. But on 7/5 Friday night at exactly 9:54 pm we pulled to the drive thru and were behind 3 cars, when we got to the window/speaker at 10:00 to place our order Andrea from Starbucks came on and said they were closed and could not take my order. I explained to her wehad been waiting on line since 9:54 pm. She completely ignored what I told her. At that time I asked her for her name which she hesitated and asked why than finally told me her name was Andrea. It surprised me and shocked me how cold Andrea was and how she had no customer service at all and rude. I feel so horrible about this Starbucks location and violated since I considered my self a LOYAL customer of the Starbucks brand. I hope this location dont start going down because of careless employees. I also want to give credit that has been overdue to one employee that is always so helpfull and goes above and beyond, even when its a simple question. Great, employee by the name of Isabel. As a partner, I'm pretty understanding with most thing at other locations, as I put myself in their shoes, especially given everything going on with COVID changes, but today was ridiculous. My partner and I, who is also a Starbucks partner, pull into the drive thru, hoping to get our weekly bean mark outs and some goodies, and sit there for about 20 minutes until we're two cars away from the order screen. A barista comes out at 2 pm, when the website and the app both state 8 pm, and starts ushering people away starting with the car in front of me. Once he comes to my car, he just comes to my car and says that they're closed and walks away, not giving me a chance to ask any questions. Given that our stores are closed, this is the closest store to home where we can get any of our mark outs. They absolutely need to figure out a different way to close down for the drive thru for the night so people don't get stuck waiting 20+ minutes, only to be turned away. read more

This Starbucks sucks. They got my drink order wrong. It was just a cold brew with white mocha when I ordered inside the store and repeated myself 3 times. Didn't give me a personal cup discount. Then forgot to use my personal cup even though I handed it to the cashier. So I transferred my drink to my cup and the lady got an attitude asking if I dumped the drink. read more
