There are three things that make a great Starbucks experience. Service, quality, and atmosphere. The Starbucks on 75th and McDowell does an excellent and consistent job of doing this. This store does have the tendency to be fairly busy, and the baristas are great at keeping orders rolling. I've been coming to this location consistently for around a year now, and see the same baristas on a regular basis. Norma, Arin, Ben, and Sam are great with making recommendations, being personable and friendly, and I have never gotten a bad drink from this store. If you want a quality Starbucks experience, this is the store to visit. read more

If Yelp offered zero stars I would have selected it. Every time I come to this Starbucks I am more disappointed than the time before. The coffee is terrible, employees are rude and unhappy and the overall service is poor. It took 15 minutes to get a tall latte. I seen people who came in after me get their orders before I did! When you come to this location expect to wait in a long line to order and then another long line for your coffee. If this wasn't I a convenient location for work I would NEVER come here. The morning drive thru is ridiculously slow. I know it's a morning rush time, and they make breakfast foods that aren't just grab and go, but I sat in the line for 13 minutes. It really is faster to find parking, go in and order, than it is to hit the drive thru. The staff is always very friendly and cheerful in the morning. read more

I was worried that I'd be late to work if I stopped by to get a quick bite/drink but to my surprise I was able to order and got my food in under 4 minutes! The customer service was excellent. This is the slowest drive through ever.... if youre in a hurry get off instead. The lady at the window messed up the drinks for the car in-front of me and my order as well. I visited this location twice. The first time was awesome! We went through the drive-thru and the woman at the window was super nice and friendly. She went above and beyond! She was like a hawaiian or samoan descent. She was awesome!! Drinks came out perfect! No complaints. The next day however we came across a caucasian brunette female. She messed up our order, overcharged us and then we proceeded to inform her NICELY, then she copped major attitude. She 'literally' rolled her eyes. Who the hell does that???? lol. Placed an order through the mobile app for pick up when I got there I was told I needed to get in line for drive through to pick up order. Waited 40 minutes in line when my order only took 10 minutes to make so I tried to cancel my order online because I didn't want melted drinks and it didn't allow me to cancel my order. Why have a big sign outside your door saying "Pick up mobile order here" but then suggest to get in line for drive thru and wait 30-50 min. Couldn't even get the hold of you guys through the phone, store employee had me on hold for 15 minutes. Better your services. read more

Went to Starbucks this morning the baristas do not listen while they take your order. Very rude having side conversation. I ordered my drink with extra sweet cream expecting to be charged extra. Barista did not add extra sweet cream to my drink and let me know that I would be charged extra when I already knew that I would be charged extra. Drink was made incorrectly. This location has 24/7 drive through window service. Needed coffee today since I had to be up way before my normal time, so I stopped here. Maybe the short line should have tipped me off, but I waited to order anyways. Order was difficult- Wanted my favorite flavor coffee: salted caramel. The person taking order my wasn't sure what I said exactly, having to repeat my order. Was told there was no salt for my drink. Was not given amount due after order. Getting drink wasn't any better- Waiting at the open window to be acknowledged while cashier was busy talking to another employee at the register. Terrible service. Their store does not notify that you still have to wait in line when placing orders online. Unlike other Starbucks that allow you to place online orders and skip the line. I came here to have a meeting and discuss business. While I waited for them to show, I ordered a green tea Frappuccino... it was great and they were pretty quick. Only one star because the app won't let me put no stars and rate it. I used the app to order and picked up my drink it was overcrowded inside the door and cars all the way around the building going through the drive-through. When I got my drink and left to get out of that building it tasted disgusting. I knew if I try to have them remake it would be worse or I would never get it remade because there were so many people there. I'm very disappointed with every Starbucks as of late because every time I order an Americano with white chocolate mocha and it turns out disgusting like they never even added the syrup. I did call them when I got home and they said they could remake the drink today sometime or tomorrow but what are the chances it will taste any different. I have come here at least a dozen times since this Starbucks is directly on my way to work. I have given up on trying to give them another chance. I always place a mobile order so that it is ready when I arrive. It is never ready and waiting for me. Upon entering the store, no one ever greets or acknowledges me. I usually have to ask for my order. 90% of the time it isn't ready, despite being well after the time it should have been ready. I usually order my drink 10-15 minutes before arriving at the store and they still don't have it ready. Today, for example, I ordered my drink at 6:23. I arrived at the store at 6:34. No one greeted me so I waited two minutes before asking for my drink. No one could find it. Finally when I told the barista what I ordered she "found" it in the drive thru window. I'm not sure why the first two times she looked there she didn't see it, or why it was even there in the first place, but it was 6:41 by the time I left the store. Nearly twenty minutes for a cup of coffee is just ridiculous and completely defeats the purpose of mobile ordering. I would rather go out of my way to a Starbucks that can make drinks in a reasonable amount of time than go here again. read more

I've had a couple great experiences here with certain employees but other than that I am overall not happy. I like to mobile order here for lunch since I work close but they NEVER have my food items correct, prepared, or ready. This has happened to me over 6 times in a row. I waited AN HOUR in the drive thru, I wasn't too bothered until I tasted my drinks and they were completely bad. & after I went back in there the second time they tasted the same. We stopped here for some coffee before heading back on the freeway for the long road home. When I walked in the staff behind the counter were busy making drinks. I went to the register and the girl there just looked at me and then walked away, rude. Stood there for a few minutes and then finally another employees came to the register to help. I ordered a venti iced coffee, a tall green tea frappachino and a venti water. I received my drinks fairly quickly, the frappachino didn't taste like anything. Worst Starbucks I've ever been to. The drive thru line was moving at snail pace and when I finally got up to order, the guy disappeared or something. I waited for about 5 minutes and even said "hello?" A few times and nothing. I gave up and pulled forward and that's when Mr. Barista decides to return.
