Mobile ordered so I didn't have any interaction with the staff really. Review mostly for the drink I ordered. Boyfriend and I's drink orders were done when we got there in about 5-7 minutes (so quick)! I ordered my usual venti pink drink but what I was most surprised and loved about the whole experience was that this Starbucks (or at least the barista who made our drinks) seems to understand what "less ice" means. It was almost borderline no ice. LOL. But NBD, more drink for me! I was just thrilled that there was light ice so that I didn't spend half my time fidding through ice to get to my drink. I was going through the drive through and was greeted by this wonderful human being as I ordered who was so kind! Then as I drove to the window I randomly got a really bad nosebleed and was so embarrassed to grab the coffee I just ordered. Thank the Lord for the kind gentleman named Justin who greeted me at the window and made sure I was okay. He was so sweet and sympathetic for my pathetic nosebleed and kept asking if I needed anything. What a waste of time and money. Ordered a Trenta Passion Tea Lemonade Sweetened, which I order regularly and had to throw my drink out. It tasted horrible. How could they mess this up so badly. It seems every time I come to a Starbucks all the girls seem to have attitudes...it never fails that they always fuck up and when you ask them to fix it they seem to always have a problem it. When I tell you no whip because my little sister can't have whip I meant don't put whip on it. I don't mean put whip on it and then scoop it off...how would you like it I have you something you couldn't have. And I'm not so sure what is so funny when they close the window after because If I was the person I was 3 months ago someone would have came through the window because that's how fucked us they got me. They have a drive through, which is nice when I'm really feeling my music. I gotta turn the volume down to place my order but that's a small price to pay to stay in my zone. If I'm in a hurry, I like to order through the Starbucks app and pick up. If I order far enough ahead I'm in n out no prob and no lines. I have gone here twice this last week and both experiences were not good and up to the usual Starbucks standards. The first time I drove through, the employee at the window was very slow at charging me, while taking an order. She had my drink ready for about 5 minutes until she could finally charge me. This morning, the service was great at the window. But while I was drinking my drink, I felt something hard for through the straw and into my mouth. As the starbucks closest to me i go here quite often, and out of the many times ive gone there has been so little times that they have made the drinks correctly, and seem to not pay attention to the little details about extra ingredients or stuff like that. They care more about getting you out of the door/ drive thru than giving you good customer service or your order being made correctly! Today was the worst incident by the many terrible experiences there, i order my coffee at the drive thru as they made my drink wrong the first time I asked if they can remake it for me politely, and they give me another drink that was super watered down, I go inside the store to get it remade again and the manager said " it seems we always have this problem with you" but in reality the problem is that the baristas don't know how to pay attention to detail or don't know how to make a simple drink! She (store manager) remakes the drink and it's still wrong I tell her "I'll just take it like that" since I was so tired of getting the drink remade three times and still being wrong! They believe that they seem to never be the issue. as an old Starbucks partner, and as a person who knows how the drink is made, its not difficult to understand how to make the drink since other Starbucks locations can get it correct or figure out whats wrong with it. She then proceeds to say "well what is wrong with the drink because I followed what the sticker says...." And I reply with saying " I am not trying to be rude about it because I know what you guys go through, but every time I come, it seems you guys never make my drink correctly and there's honestly no point to even explaining what's wrong with it still because you guys will still get it wrong.." and I simply got my drink and left. Out of the other many locations, i will HIGHLY recommend going down the street to the other Starbucks and getting a better customer service and at least your order made correctly than to be putting up with frustration, stress, rude people, and basically telling them how to do their job and them getting mad about it because they don't know how to do it themselves.... read more

If she takes your order, run the other way or go through drive thru! Not only did she mess up in order twice, but chuckled and giggled that she was untouchable because her district manager loves her! Very condescending, rude, and obviously hates her job specially on a Sunday. I came here a few days ago and ordered a mango dragon fruit. As usual I grab a seat and wait for them to make it. When the drink was ready they didn't bother to say anything they just put it on the stand where doordash drivers come to pick up orders. Finally I got tired of waiting when they saw me coming the lady making the drinks tried acting like it just finished she said my name. I didn't say anything because I come here every day to buy drinks from this particular location. When I started drinking the lid came off and spilled all over me and my seat. I called them up and made a complaint they guy which claims he is the "manager" which is highly unlikely due to his lack of understanding, started to say oh we've been having this issue all day, well okay you couldn't at least tell me? I typically never leave reviews but I was just so shocked today by the cashiers attitude and straight up mean remarks. It was me and my two friends ordering today for a fall buy one get one deal, we get up to the register to order and we didn't get her name but she was an older lady about 5'2". I'm not sure if she was the manager or what. But we get up to the register and my friend starts to order , once he was done , since me and my other friend were going to be sharing a drink, I go up to order and QUICKLY confirm with my friend about the drink we were going to share. Not even 2 seconds go by and the cashier very rudely goes "you need to know what you want" or something along those lines. I brush it off and we continue with our order and I had a few questions about the Fall Promotion/deal and she was very displeased that she had to answer my questions. Kept on rolling her eyes and speaking to me like as if it's already expected of me to know all of the answers. The whole time i was being nice and just curious about the deal and how it works. The attitude and rude comments were just so unnecessary and had caught me off guard when my party was being nothing but nice. I have been at this Starbucks establishment, several times, while being a student at Cal Poly Pomona. It is located on the other side of the train tracks. On the right side of the street from Carl's Jr. The meals are quite delicious. While the coffee is tasty. The wait time for meals and coffee is not long. Furthermore, the place is quite clean. Prices, at the same time, are the same as in any other Starbucks establishment. I have been here during the U-Hour, when the wait lines on campus were long. Definitely, I would recommend to come to this Starbucks, when campus eateries are full. Also, the lines are not long, and they are quite short around 2 PM. read more

The baristas here make terrible drinks. I order a hazelnut latte with almond milk every time and I can barely taste the coffee at all. They pour more milk than espresso each time! When I ordered a caramel macchiato with extra caramel its like the same amount caramel in a regular macchiato. This is a brand new Starbucks on the corner of Temple Ave. and Pomona Blvd. near Cal Poly Pomona. It's a pretty large location and since it just opened on Friday, and Cal Poly is out for the summer, it's still fairly empty. It's a spacious location with indoor and outdoor seating and free Google wifi. It's located right next to Jinza Teriyaki so you can get your food there and buy a drink at Starbucks. I think this location will be pretty busy and business will definitely pick up because it's a busy intersection and close to a college campus, this location does also has a drive thru if you need you're in a hurry and can't park and go inside to order. Remember that you can now also use your Starbucks app on your smartphone to place and order for pick up if that is convenient for you. ! read more

I was just in Starbux. I go EVERY day. Venti caramel macchiato, add shot. And a breakfast sandwich. I get my coffee- still waiting for the girl to hand me my sandwich. I wait while she helps the next client put $ on a bunch of cards. My sandwich is still not even been pulled. I have my coffee. So after she finishes with the client behind me- I ask for my money back. Then the other coworker pulls out a sandwich and sets it near the micro. Shes helping yet another customer. Again I ask for my money back- Im trying to get to work here. Finally I get my money refunded. Terrible terrible customer service. After 20 min I leave with only my coffee.
