I'll be honest--my expectations for Starbucks have been pretty low lately. This was my first time at this location, and I wasn't expecting much. But Taylor, the barista, completely changed that. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a genuine smile and a level of helpfulness that really stood out. Sitting here enjoying my croissant and tea, I couldn't help but notice how Taylor interacted with other customers too--it created a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere that made this place genuinely enjoyable to be in. That's something I haven't experienced at a Starbucks in years. If Taylor is any indication, maybe Starbucks is finding its way back to being that cool, comfortable place to hang out again. read more

Always friendly and efficient service. When I'm out at Cascade Station shopping, I often need a pick-me-up at the end of the day. It's easy to pull up in front of this Starbucks and pop in for a hot or cold beverage. Today I went for the ever popular Pumpkin Spice Latte, but a skinnier version with non fat milk, and sugar-free vanilla, plus 2 pumps of pumpkin. The baristas don't judge at all when you make these unusual request and even make suggestions. The only thing that would make it better is a drive through! There is plenty of room to build a Starbucks Drive-through near the Target parking lot. read more

Extremely crowded when I came in, but the staff was fast and the lines moved quickly. I have a current obsession with their Chocolate cream cold brew and they made it exactly how I liked skipping the vanilla in the brew . The premises was neat and clean and the restrooms were also adequate considering the high traffic they get . There is plenty of seating but with the large number of people , I don't see this as being the best place for having a conversation or working . There is also some seats outside which felt like a much better spot to sit down with your beverage . read more

Plenty of varied seating. Large table has comfy chairs and hooks underneath tabletops to hang bags or whatever you don't want on the floor. Decent wifi. Staff are friendly. Space doesn't seem stuffy or too crowded. Only downside is the baristas didn't shake/stir/mix our drinks well and we had to uncapped our lids to stir our drinks a long time to mix evenly. read more

This Starbucks is conveniently located in Cascade Station just across the street from the MAX station. This is a good sized location with plenty of seating inside. There is also plenty of seating on their outdoor patio when the weather is pleasant. I visit Cascade Station often to shop and after the long MAX ride from Hillsboro, this Starbucks is always my first stop. The people working here have always been cordial and my order has always been made correctly. This location is often quite busy with shoppers visiting Cascade Station especially on weekends. read more

The staff are so kind! I purchased an iced coffee and proceeded to misplace it in Homegoods. Stopped here on our way to the airport. They were much busier than I expected, being a little out of the way this early in the morning. The staff seemed a little busy and distracted today, and with this being my first visit I don't know if that's normal. We had a small issue with using my stars to pay for a drink and another small issue with not getting vanilla in my wife's drink. It wasn't a big deal at all, but made me wonder how normal this might be for this shop. They have a few nice tables outside since there is no inside seating available. The lady that waiting in line in front of me for more than 10 minutes got to the counter and asked if she could have a replacement drink as hers was gross. They said she would have to wait in line for the drinks, and she didn't have time as she already waited. They did nothing to help. They aren't personable. The service was friendly and the place was clean but it took a long time for my frap...just one little frap...to be prepared. Just had a pretty cool experience. I don t usually go to Starbucks, or write reviews but I'll most likely go more often after today. I was bopping around early am in Target and decided I'd need some breakfast. Walked over and asked about the new bacon egg thingy. Not only did she know about it she was really into it. Offered and alternative if I didn't like it,AND gave me water, which I forgot to ask for, but definitely needed! It was such a wow, what great service in such a weird, rough world! I was killing time in the area and since I had a parking spot, decided to stop in for a small coffee. The place was packed so it took a little while to get my basic drink. Baristas were friendly despite the throngs of folk and made small talk with the customers waiting on their beverages. While I waited, I noticed that the dining areas were clean and the condiments area was well-stocked. I washed my hands in their bathrooms before departing and found the facilities to be well-kept. SBUX coffee isn't my favourite but as far as a SBUX goes, this one was easily a 4-star joint. read more

Lots of tables and places to sit, although we didn't end up staying. Place is super clean. Parking can be difficult until you realize you can access the building from the Cascade Station parking lot side and you don't have to park on the street. read more

This place is terrible in service. First, their system is always down. They couldn't reload my card then they could not take $100 bill. After they got my drink wrong. I would not recommend this Starbucks and if I was corporate I would close it down or hire new crew. This is the third time I've been here and always the same.
