I come irregularly around 6:30am through the week and on weekends for work. I do online orders and I have never had a bad experience. The workers are always polite and prompt. Patty helped me this morning and was a delight! Super convenient location right off capital but not in a great part of town. If they didn't have the drive-thru with a safe in and out option I wouldn't go there alone. read more

If I could give zero stars.....this is the 3rd mocha Frappuccino I have ordered in the span of 30 mins The first order on Hinton Oaks the next on New Bern and now Capital Blvd/Huntleigh. My gawd can anyone get it right?? Watery bitter and there is absolutely no way that there was 6 pumps of mocha sauce. I doubt that they followed the request of my mobile order at all. I know what my drink is supposed to look and taste like. Is the staff? The old staff is sorely missed. These young folks aint cutting it. Roomy interior and good service. Found along my drive today. Busy drive through but the inside orders steadily come. Indoor seating is a few tables and three good sized community tables. Patio has seven tables. Good location and easy to enter on two sides of this corner placement. read more

This Starbucks is forever out of something. They always have that gone for the season sign out. How can pineapple be gone for the season? It's a tropical fruit! I went to the Falls of neuse location and they had it. They said its not out of season. They are so close I can walk there but they never have any of the featured drinks. Before I get into the review, just want to share: *** There is no official Starbucks Secret Menu. *** The "secret" recipes you see online are customer creations. You can ask Starbucks baristas to make whatever you want IF you have the recipe, but they will not know what you're talking about if you come in and request a "secret menu" item. Just bring the recipe and you can get whatever you want! Anyway -- onto this specific location. It's right off Capital Blvd so it's pretty convenient. They have a drive thru but it's a little awkward. They have a few tables outside but not a huge amount of outside seating. Inside, it's clear they recently remodeled the place so it's pretty nice. A good amount of seating considering it's not a huge place inside. Plus, there were only a couple people in here so I didn't have any trouble finding a seat. The service was fine enough, though the guy tried to charge me for soy milk in my iced coffee (you shouldn't be charged for other milks in iced coffee -- only when you're getting soy/almond/etc. in something like a latte). I said nevermind on the soy milk, and they ended up giving it to me, so it all ended up being fine. It seems like they might just need some more training. Also, the person who handed out the drinks wasn't rude, but they didn't smile or anything. Food-wise, I got a spinach feta wrap (my favorite Starbucks item) and it was sadly a little cold in the middle. I'll still stop in here if I'm nearby out of convenience, but it's not my favorite Starbucks location in the area. read more

The "Impossible" (vegan sausage patty, cheese, egg white on a ciabatta bun) is the yummmmm breakfast sandwich to pick!!!! Constant horrible customer service. I am appalled. Gave me wrong size in drink. My mother was looking for one of the purple mystery cups for my grandma for her birthday and the worker said "Whatever we have out it was we have" without telling my mother exactly "Where" they were. He was implying to me as a customer he didn't care about his job at all. The attitude of a male worker there was nothing like what Starbucks should represent. previously this business was also very rude to my grandma about the mystery cups as well for no reason. They are cups and we are paying customers, I don't see how this should've been an issue. read more

Met a friend for coffee. The parking lot is busy so I had to park a little far away. Walked in and we were waiting for a while longer than expected before a cashier came out. There were other employees but we were not greeted which is unlike a Starbucks. We placed the order and cashier was efficient but not friendly. I got a black iced coffee and she had a green matcha tea. They drinks were fine. The place was clean. Not sure if I'd go back to this location though... read more

I absolutely love this Starbucks! My favorite drink (Caramel Ribbon Crunch) is normally sold out at the branch near my job, so I stop at this location on the way to work. The staff is SO FRIENDLY and are always happy, which is very uplifting, especially first thing on a Monday morning. They're always so pleasant and make my drink perfect. I highly recommend this location- they're quick, good drinks and cheerful employees! read more

This is my go to Starbucks when I want something quickly and have my pup in the car with me. Overall the service/speed here can be hit or miss. Sometimes you whip through in no time and sometimes you get stuck waiting awhile. On my last visit I was given the wrong drink in the drive-thru and had to go in to rectify the situation. Of course it was the one time they didn't repeat to me what I was receiving. When I explained I got the wrong drink I didn't even get an I'm sorry which was really all I was looking for. Other than my last visit everything has been correct in the past. This location is fairly convenient for me so I will keep on popping by when I am in need of some tasty lattes and a drive-thru. read more

Worst customer service I've ever experienced at a Starbucks! If I could rate 0 stars, believe me, I would. My simple drink order that I get at several other locations was incorrect after explaining what I wanted for about 2 minutes at the drive thru. When ordering, the barista said "I can try to make that but but I can't guarantee it'll taste the same." When I literally said "I'm sorry but this is not what I wanted at all", at the window, the barista said "I told you it probably wouldn't taste right" and I got a few eye rolls and sighs of frustration along with that. Here to redeem my birthday reward: a free drink of your choice. I googled to see what was some of the tasty options on Starbucks secret menu. I found one called Banana Split Frappacino. I went thru the drive thru but perhaps I should have went inside as the person taking the order dodnt know what I was talking about and said "we dont have a banana split frappacino". I think there should have been a better customer service response to my request . So, I gave her the recipe courtesy of starbuckssecretmenu.com and Voila I had my birthday drink to enjoy. Although it did not look like the picture seen online( it was more strawberry colored, mine was more chocolate shake looking) it still was pretty good! This is not my Starbucks of choice just because of how it is set up (it is not the most easiest drive thru to navigate because its small) but when I am on that side of Capital Blvd, I will go here. read more

This location was rather out of the norm. I do like that they were all decorative and the employees were nice enough to replace my coffee with another after I tried something they said was selling like crazy (eggnog latte, what was I thinking?) If there are two things you don't mix, it's eggnog and coffee folks. Very busy this location is. Parking is a little difficult at certain times considering that this is right in the middle of the madness of Capital Blvd and in a shopping center with lots of businesses in it. Outdoor seating is not really outdoor considering that there is only 2 tables with a few chairs and no real space. read more

I do love a Starbucks, however, this one on Capital near Trawick is not fun. Sometimes when traffic is really bad coming from Wake Forest, I will take a different route which led me to this locale. I had frequented this Starbucks a few years ago when I worked up the street and it was not the best location then so I figured I would give it a try hoping that it would be different. Not so much. The staff are VERY rushed. I know they are busy but other 'bucks are able to make it OK without having to seem frustrated. They also almost always used to mess up my order, this time was no different. After I waited for about 10 minutes in line, then another 5-7 minutes waiting for my coffee, I tasted it and it was bad. Not sure if they didn't know how to make a skim, no whip, white mocha or if it was just something else all together but I let them know that I thought it was wrong and I got a quick I'm sorry and a new one after waiting another 5 minutes. I won't be wasting my time with this one again unless it is 2pm in the afternoon when I know they won't be rushed. Then again, I probably won't be needing a coffee at that time. read more

I never thought i'd go somewhere often enough that they would learn my name, but alas it seems I have! Every time I come in (drive thru or walk-in) the baristas greet me and ask for my order. I have no clue how they remember me out of everyone else, but it's a nice little welcome on those early mornings I have to go into work. Most of my drinks are made very well, and only on one or two occasions I have to send something back (and on both of those occasions I was given a free coffee voucher as an apology along with my corrected drink). Everyone here seems very good at their jobs, and very professional without seeming stuffy or pretentious! The one thing to watch out for though is it gets VERY crowded here in the mornings and if you go through the drive thru you are liable to get stuck in a one way line of cars for more than 20 minutes. Don't go through the drive thru with only 5 minutes until you need to be at work. I've learned that the hard way. All in all great coffee fast! I can't help but to love it! read more

This Starbucks definitely has great presence in a shabby part of Capital Blvd. Its next to an IHOP, Gamestop, and Marina store. Never the less, it still was a great place to sit and relax during the holiday rush in December. The staff were friendly and the place clean and quite. I'm a fan!! read more

I almost never come to this area but this store is AWESOME! I have had to make a few pit stops at Capital and these guys are really fast. The store has an odd lay yet the baristas notice every customer that walks in. The smile and say hello! Honestly they are very genuine and actually chat with customers. I jumped at the end of a long line this Saturday and I barley noticed my wait time. You get a "vibe" when you visit a Starbucks and Capital is very inviting. The DT line is scary but go inside the baristas are really nice and their accuracy is on point! read more

A very berry drink is not very berry if it doesn't have berries in it. I just went to the drive-thru at Starbucks very disappointed in the service never had an issue at this location but I've never come to the drive thru with this one girl in the Drive-Thru. she cared more about socializing with the guy making the drinks then helping me at the window then I get my drinks which are supposed to be very berry and there's no berries in them. she's never bothered to tell me that we're out of berries. I might have selected something else. A very berry drink doesn't taste like a very berry drink if it doesn't have berries in it. These drinks are not cheap to get half of what you order. I come to this Starbucks just about every day and buy a coffee or a very berry drink ... I hope they take this review to Heart and pay attention to their customers or I can take my business somewhere else read more

Despite it's incredibly crummy location I do declare this is my favorite Starbucks in town. Normally, I'm not a huge fan of Starbucks but their friendly staff and proximity to 440 keep me coming back for more. The guy working the cash register couldn't figure out how to refill my Starbucks card with my credit card and that took a very long time too.
