This is a very spacious coffee house and when we walked in they weren't that busy but they only had one barista making several drinks. This was a slow process but we finally got our iced mocha drinks and they were just perfect. read more

Horrible service. Barista started arguing with my friend and I for no apparent reason. We were just talking waiting for our drinks for the third time.. and the barista looked at us and said "are you ok?!" With such attitude. My friend then told her "yes are you ok?" And she grabbed her drink threw it aggressively in the trash and asked another barista to make it. We asked Nick the supervisor what her name was and he proceeded to say "it's cool" 3 times and kept walking away. Overall this location is so unprofessional, dirty & problematic. I was given a very pleasant & understandable answer Anessa, the other lady barista! They remove the sockets, remove the comfortable chairs and decorate their walls with Ross clearance art. I order a hazelnut frappe chino decaf! Why does it look and taste like vanilla bean? I don't believe they got the order right and when we told them they said it's right there's no coffee.... Um am I crazy or is the hazelnut frappe decaf suppose to be brown not white? It's not what we order and overall service is slow. I'm surprised this was 3 star. Not what we paid for. I am not normally one to post reviews about chain businesses, but i must say i was so taken aback by how stellar the service was and how friendly the staff were. I don't live in the area so i just went to the closest starbucks to our hotel and ordered mine and my boyfriend's usuals. At first my drink didn't arrive with his, and after a little bit when i went to inquire they realized the ticket hadn't printed and remade both parts of our order. Cesar, Desiree, and Quinn are a magnificent trio and deserve the highest of accolades. I will be coming back here every time i'm in the area now :) read more

This location has gone extremely downhill since they remodeled. It is now a grab and go location, no seats and no restroom. I have been to this location 3 times since the remodel and 2 out of 3 times has they lost or forgot about my drink. First time I mobile ordered and when I arrived I noticed it was crowded. I stood in there for over 15 minutes waiting for my drink after mobile order 10 minutes prior. So waiting a total of 25 minutes. When I asked about my drink, they said they lost the ticket. The second occasion, I mobile ordered again and waited a total of 20 minutes to get my drink. It was not crowded and people that were ordering in store were getting their drinks fast. I went up and asked and they just said they're a little backed up. Even though I saw my cup with my sticker on it sitting there for 10 minutes unmade. I understand they get busy. However, they get annoyed when I ask about my drink, and if I never asked I would have been standing there for hours. This location was 1000xs better before the remodel. read more

All the electric sockets are covered with a plate so you cannot plug a laptop in. The place also looks a bit rundown. They charge enough but apparently; they aren't friendly to having people with like most coffee places. They weren't crowded. They are just greedy and want you to pay and leave.
