I'm a shift supervisor with Starbucks, and I recently visited this location as a customer, coming through the drive-thru after a trip and ordering a simple cup of coffee. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of the level of service we strive to provide. The partner at the window, Cruz, came across as rude and unwelcoming. There was no greeting or acknowledgment at the window, and even after I provided my partner numbers, there was no effort to engage or create a positive interaction. Additionally, my cup was not written on, and my sticker did not include a name. As partners, we know how important customer connection and basic service standards are. Experiencing this level of service firsthand was disappointing. I would strongly encourage a refresher on customer connection and service expectations at this store, particularly for Cruz. This is my favorite Starbucks in the area. I order a custom drink and they seem to be the only location that does it the way I like every time. I always use their drive thru option as well. The line is always really long but they seem to be pretty quick and efficient. I always pick up some egg bites with my beverage and I'm still bummed that Starbucks discontinued the ham and cheddar as they were the best ones. read more
