This Starbucks is definitely my go-to. They are welcoming and always get my order right! I've had business meetings here and have never felt like it was an issue. Solid Starbucks. My orders are typically very simple and straight pour (AKA Black Iced Coffee and Black Iced Tea ). These people know that if it's simple, BOOM do it and get it out of the chain. I don't have to wait for everyone else to filter through with their complicated drinks. It's not as busy as other starbucks in the mornings which is reaaaaal nice. This location is nearby work, this is why I choose to come here. They have a great selection of mugs, I often find unique ones here compared to other locations. The baristas don't quite get it right when I ask for room for cream. Leaving me but no choice to pour some out. They are friendly so that's good. Parking can be very tight, so be careful. This is the only Starbucks I've ever reviewed like this, but the service here is really poor. The guy (shorter, brown hair) is rude! They'll let customers come in and touch everything in the store but not use the bathroom!! (Starbucks is better than that to it's fans!) Also, there is very poor communication in a friendly way. This starbucks located in San Dimas has a shared parking lot with Boston market. Has 10-14 tables but close to another. Price is a little higher than orange county it seem. It does have a powermat but some doesn't work. Loud area good for conversation but not so much for studying. read more

For anyone who is a first timer going to this location. Dont even go here!! Had the worst experience at this location. They discriminate against people who have medical conditions and are restricted from wearing a regular face covering. I have a doctors note stating I can only wear face shield apparently they don't allow you here to wear that. The lady was super rude to me told me I had to get out when I was explaining my situation. She started getting hostile on me when im telling her im pregnant getting me upset. They discriminate big time here!!!! I also go to other Starbucks with my other facial covering and never had an issue but this one apparently does. They even said it is because it is la County rules but I have been to other places in la County and they never treated me like this. Also she said I could have done another option which there isn't a drive thru so how. Not right how they treat people who are medically exempt and especially getting crazy on a pregnant lady. Very friendly staff!! I don't mind looking for parking to come here (they don't have a drive-thru). They treat me as if I'm buying diamonds instead of just a regular latte. This is a nice little Starbucks but the parking can be tough. Oh and look out for the delivery truck or you will be trapped for a while.
