Had great help with mobile ordering from the app for a SF vanilla latte. The ladies explained how to do what I wanted and how to save it to my favorites. I visit this Starbucks more than any other one. I don't visit every day, but it is pretty often according to me. It seems like the turnover there is pretty high because I never see the same people stay there for more than 3 months or maybe I just visit at the wrong hours. My favorite Starbucks! the staff is amazing and bubbly, while quick and responsive. They always make my beverage the right way every time. Venti iced tea half Passion half black 4 pumps vanilla, light ice, no water added. For a tea, that's a lot, and they still get it right, and smile. Truly service with a smile. read more

My regular place to grab last chance coffee and meal before work. They have a clean store, friendly staff, and understand the meaning of satisfaction guaranteed. They don't have a drive through which isn't always convenient and they close early pretty offten. It says they close a 10pm online and on the door I got there at 930pm ad door was open I went inside and was told they were closed after waiting several months. It is not acceptable to pass 3 other locations to come to this one only for them to be closed early. read more

Typical Starbucks but kind of on the small side in terms of seating. One of the things I didn't like much about it was the noise level. This is not a good place to study. Of course you will always have people talking in a place like this but for me the store's music was pretty loud compared to other Starbucks I've been to. read more

Those who know me well know that I love Starbucks and am a recovering addict. I've cut back to twice a week from every day :) I was sad about leaving the Starbucks in La Verne across from where I used to work because they knew me so well there and I never even had to say what I wanted. They just knew. Now that I have a new job, I'm breaking into this Starbucks. I love that it never seems to be crowded and it's much cleaner and neater than others I've been to. I was afraid that the customer service was not going to be as good as my previous Starbucks location but let me tell you!! Negative Five STARS !! CAUTION! Stay away From this location! The assistant manager, AMBER, Is HORRID & HORRIFIC when it comes to custom service. They Close at 9:30 and at 9:30, while i was standing up, preparing my bagel to exit out, she told me, "we are closed, you have to leave!" And her Tone and manner WAS INAPPROPRIATE I told her, but, you still Have two guests here Waiting for their Orders, but again She insisted i leave I asked- isn't there Like a 3-min window To get ready to leave? She replied, "No". I told her - I walked in at 9:24, you Should have made an An announcement at 9:25 and advise all three of us of your store policy that no guests can remain in the store After 9:30 !! She made me very Agitated as well as the other two guests I tried to exit on the South door which was Locked, and made me wait whilw she preparwd items. She never told me the North door was unlocked. After a few Minutes is waiting, the Male guest was kind Enough to let me know The other door was Unlocked. Amber Saw me waiting her And she intentionally Left me standing there!!! Again, Beware, stay away And patronize other Nearby coffee shops I called customer Service in Seattle And it is very difficult To communicate With thw vice president Customer relations! I always get caramel macchiatos at Starbucks. This one doesn't make it sweet enough. I couldn't even taste the caramel. Wouldn't go back.

This review is only because the charges aren't consistent when I go to Starbucks I usually order a grande Iced coffee with Soy and a flavor syrup usually vanilla. I will occasionally get a specialty drink but rarely. Anyway when I order the soy milk most Starbucks don't charge me because there is an option for milk with the ice coffee BUT there is always a random starbucks that actually charges the extra 60cents. Also, I don't like how this Starbucks doesn't have many outlets available. If I didn't need soy for health reasons I'd feel better about paying for it plus they rarely give me enough. Yes I do judge by how dark my coffee is. I usually frequent the starbucks with drive thoughs lately...Glendora, Irwindale and Long Beach but I was in San Dimas so I came not the best one read more

This location is actually a 5-Star, but today's service gives them 3 stars. The cashier was snarky when I ordered a classic decaf-iced coffee, stating they don't make decaf coffee because nobody orders them...umm I'm ordering it, no need to be condescending. With that said maybe this and other Starbucks might consider having some decaf coffee for those customers who like to drink it after 12PM. read more

Ordered a grande skinny Carmel macchiato with soy and it was very bitter and tasted like burnt coffee. Plus it was only 3/4 full at the most, including the foam. The barista did offer to remake it for me, but I didn't have time and felt guilty for having to dump it out. The barista commented to me, "that it didn't matter to her". This Starbucks is not very consistent in their quality. It's hit and miss with how your drink is going to taste. You are better off going about 100 yards down the road to the one inside Target. They are always pleasant and my drink tastes the same every time. read more

Service is awful. I just waited 20 minutes for a tall drink that takes 5 minutes to make. I sat there watching the one person in line before me get her drink, and then proceeded to watch as four people who ordered after me recieve their drinks before me. At first, I thought they forgot place my cup for the person to make, buy when I went to investigate, I saw my cup sitting in plain sight. I wish I had a picture of the girl who "helped" me at this location. Just overall rude. In all my years of frequenting Starbucks I have never felt more stupid than she made me feel. One, Starbucks is intimidating enough - and I was just doing my friend a favor? He wanted me to fill his starbucks thermos cup with Non-fat latte. Ok? You say, so? Well I order my own drink pretty simple and then say "I've never done this before but i'd like to refill this for my friend." The girl about bit my ahead off and in the most condescending way replied "we don't do refills!" I'm like "ok? Thinking to myself (Obviously I'm not speaking in Starbucks terms here), I'd like to purchase a non-fat latte and put it in this cup (that I brought). She was like ok what size? And I was like ???? (In my head) and I calmly reply "whatever size would fill the cup." Really now? She asked if I wanted a receipt and I said no thanks. I walked away. While waiting for my drinking I think about how she made me feel. Maybe it was just me, I mean I thought I was in a good mood, and I very rarely ever complain about anything, but she obviously wasn't very nice and that made me mad. I thought she could have been more informative and polite in how she corrected me. Simply letting me know "oh sorry we don't do refills I think what you mean is..." Etc.. Clearly, A different approach would have been better. I decide to go back to her and ask "I'm sorry can I actually have that receipt now?" Her response "is there a problem? that's the manager over there!" She's smarter than she looks actually..what if all I wanted was a receipt? But she's right I want the address and store number so that when I mention this to corporate they will know exactly who she (you) is! Of course before leaving I go to the store manager and ask for the employees name. Oh and I have it now and won't ever forget it, thanks ??? Aka "Rude Starbucks Lady!" is it possible to never want to go to Starbucks again because of one poor experience? No problem not but I really hope she learns that she is a server, serving people, and should have a bit more patience, and maybe a kinder approach when dealing with customers? Yes? Thanks! I live in San Diego, but work in San Dimas area. This Starbucks is unique to this area. Why? Consistent excellent customer service. I am sensitized to how people are treated and this team knows customer service! The remodel fits well within the San Dimas enviornment. I especially like the long table with electrical hooks - great for meetings. Pass the others - come to this Starbucks - you won't regret it! read more
