Nice and clean location! The associates were polite and professional. This location moved across the street to a nicer and bigger place with a drive thru. There is plenty of seating inside and plenty of parking outside. This cafe is located near TJ Maxx, Target, Trader Joe's and a smart and final. First and last time here. This place sucks. With the new variant, there's constant change in how things are operating; I get that. I tried ordering ahead, but the app wasn't giving me the option to. Just had a disturbing interaction at this Starbucks. My girlfriend and myself went in for a coffee, as we walked in I saw that there was a few people eating and others being served. When we got to the front of the line AUSTIN, told us he couldn't serve us and we had to go through the drive thru. What bothered me is that everyone who was served were white, my girlfriend and myself are not. I thought it was odd but we went through the drive thru anyway. When we were leaving the drive thru we realized that they actually were serving people in store even after us, but they were all white. This is the craziest thing that has ever happened to me at a Starbucks. Upset, my girlfriend went in to confurm that people were being served and sure enough everyone was being treated like normal customers except for us. I was in the area and wanted to find a Starbucks for their Happy Hour, it was more convenient than heading home to my usual Starbucks. Using the app to order, I ordered a few minutes prior to heading over and voila, the drinks were ready when I approached the "mobile order". I like that they place the "mobile order" drinks behind the counter and not on the counter where anybody can come and grab their drink. It just gives me more peace of mind knowing that it is behind the counter, away from the public. Coming from Arrow Highway, this is one narrow driveway! Be careful if there are other cars coming out of the driveway onto Arrow. Parking spaces are also very narrow. The car next to me was already on the line, so I had to park more to the right to compensate. Service was great, even though the only interaction was to pick up my drink from the barista. The 1st time I was almost refused service because I didn't place my order on the mobile app, but she agreed to take my order as a walk up,, then 2nd time I didn't have no issues... I thought this was the best Starbucks around, truth being told, I probably will go back, but we didn't realize they closed at 9:00pm, rolled up at 9:08pm, all lit up, no answer on the menu board. Pull up to the window, there's a woman with the headset on, wiping down the area, glances at us, can't wave us on or indicate in any way that they are closed. We wave, say "excuse me", still wont look and she's wiping down the window area! I probably spend way more than I should at Starbucks, but in the end I know I'm paying for the customer experience and the convenience. The Starbucks on lone hill provide neither of those two categories. I've gone there a few times now, and they can never get it together. They've given me the incorrect orders, I've received what I can assume was burnt coffee. I normally ask for their blonde coffee. Sometimes it is unavailable, which is fine. But this last time they gave me Pike coffee and it was so bitter and burnt. I couldn't even drink it. A lot of the times I head to this Starbucks because it's convenient close to my work less than 15 minutes away. I do tend to go on my break. So unfortunately for me if my order is not correct or if my coffee is burnt, I don't have the time to sit there and wait for it to be remade . Super inconvenient. Now I tend to work really early in the morning. The last time I went, not only was my coffee burnt, and and sugar forgotten, but when I went to use the restroom, it was so dirty.?I'm talking about 530 or 6 AM in the morning. Floor was dirty with ack foot prints and toilet paper on the floor. I'm not sure how that could be possible so early in the morning, unless they really have that much foot traffic as soon as they open. Or it wasn't cleaned the night before. read more
