Their display didnt show all the items they had and i had to ask if there was a certain item (bacon egg bites). I went in to order and use the restroom and they didn't allow customers to use it. No seats for sitting either and i have a disability. Not even to wait for your drink in or outdoors. Edit: After I left I realized they didn't put a fork in for my egg bite after I drove away. My home starbucks. Also happens to be one of the few open until 10. They always get my customized drinks right and tasty, versus other starbucks that will forget the same modifications it seems consistently. The drive-through can get insanely packed at times, so do yourself a favor, and order pick up ahead in the app. The team is extremely nice there, and will frequently welcome you into the store if they aren't too busy. I've been to this Starbucks once to work on a group project, and it was alright. There's more seating than the usual location but like others have complained about, it's not really setup to be conducive for working anyway. There is however, a drive-thru at this location, which seems convenient, but I have always found it faster to walk inside and order. The staff was polite enough, but the drinks could do with some more work... I ordered a cloud macchiato, which I know does melt and deflate a bit after some time, but the one I got here literally flattened out as soon as they handed me the drink, so my cup was only half full when I was walking out of the store... I've ordered that drink numerous times before from other locations and they never fell flat that quickly. The interior of the store was also pretty messy and dirty despite plenty of staff on hand to bus tables and empty out trash cans. I wouldn't chose this Starbucks location unless I happened to be in the area. There is plenty of parking though, since it's located inside a big plaza. read more

How to avoid confused line of people waiting for their drinks and other items? Don't cut corners - how about ask name at the time of order or at least give a number? People standing around waiting for their order not knowing if that's mine or someone else's didn't feel like the best use of time. Maybe next time, should order through mobile app before arrival... WOW! This Starbucks is opened until 11:30 AND there's ample seats and tables= automatic 5 stars. This Starbucks was for sure designed for people - students and professionals - to get their work done late in the night and that is MUCH APPRECIATED. There really needs to be more Starbucks similar to this one because the space is HUGE. As for the tables, there's individual tables for people working alone and there's a long table in the middle made for groups to come and get some group studying done. My go-to drink is a grande inside a large iced caramel macchiato with extra ice. Grande and a venti have the same amount of shots, so i like to have extra ice and usually have an add shot if I need that extra boost when I study. I went today to order a drink through the drive through and right away the women on the other side was so rude. I told her my order and she rudely with a loud tone of voice said "could you repeat that louder" I felt so disrespected. And the whole time she spoke with rudeness in her voice which made me feel uncomfortable I couldn't order my drink I usually order. I have work in the service industry since I was 14 and that is NO way to talk to someone IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. Every third Friday of the month, this Starbucks location has a Deaf Community gathering, where a mix of Deaf people, hearing people who know ASL, and ASL students come to chat. Something is very wrong. I was going to go to the drive-thru but there was about 10 cars in the drive thru. So I decided to go inside because there was only one person ahead of me. I should have stayed in the Drive-Thru with the 10 cars rather than going in the store I was so disappointed. Was it because the person that took my order left right after? As I was waiting outside for my order I watch the line of cars ahead of me originally and then some get their orders and be gone I was still there after about 15 minutes. I know Starbucks was working on offering drinks with some room from the cup and the lid... but this was not just some room, it was almost like I got a grande in a venti cup when that is not what I asked for. This location is always way too crowded. They close the outdoor seating area ( which has about a dozen tables and nine total chairs to share between then) at 11 but they don't post that information anywhere that I saw, so 5 minutes after we finally had our coffees and two chairs to use outside we got kicked off the patio and told to go inside or GTFO. The fact that this location is busy at night should clue in the corporation that more locations need to be open late. Also, my coffee (pour over) was full of grinds. If you don't know how to make a drink, it's okay to ask for help from a co-worker. Last night everyone at this location was rude and not very good at their job. Which is kind of sad because even though this one is normally very crowded the employees tend to be on the ball and friendly. I know off night's can happen, but after the wait for service the, wait for chairs, the wait for product...ground filled coffee and getting kicked off the patio were too much. read more

This used to be a great Starbucks. Late hours, study room, relatively convenient, friendly baristas. When I come here, I'm usually here for a couple hours at least-- and I buy coffee to "pay for" my time here. When I say this, I mean-- if my coffee is empty I go buy another. I find after the first hour and a half or so I'm typing faster and faster so it eventually pays off. The coffee is just OK-- the baristas here seem to screw up a lot but they've always been willing to re-make it if it's *really* horrible, and I'm pretty tolerant... Now the thing that has TOTALLY pissed me off: In a decidedly un-customer-friendly move, they have removed all the outlets from the study room. Nothing says "don't stay here" than a move like that. There are better places to get coffee if the management is gonna treat me like that. Goodbye, Starbucks. I guess you didn't want my $25 in coffee purchases. Love this location! The staff are always super friendly and patient, especially the ones at the drive thru window. The frappuccinos are always smooth and taste just right. They're well-staffed, speedy, and on the rare occasions mistakes happen they are super quick to rectify it. Even though this location can get really busy sometimes, the service is always stellar. This place is like a mad house. No, I take that back. This place *is* a mad house. They might have a study room, but this is not what you think it is at all. I come here often because I like to study in environments containing some amount of noise so I can drown out my own ADD-thoughts and focus on what I'm supposed to do. This Starbucks is open until 1AM in the morning and has a lot more seating than the usual starbucks. They even have a nice "study room" which is supposed to be a quiet area where you can focus. However, this doesn't always work out well when a lot of people come here to advertise, sell, preach and ask for money. As a result, this isn't really the most distraction free room you will find. The outside area though, is nice because there is one gigantic long table, like a communal dining room where you can sit and sprawl about all your books and things and not have to worry about bothering other people, for the most part. You can also have conversations outside of the study room, and they even have a nice outdoor patio area for sunnier days. Lots of different and interesting people hang out here. Lots. read more

This place is a great place to study...if you can find a table. I came here to study for boards, and there are just WAY too many people for anybody to study. Plus the people who study here are here for hours on end, and hog up all the tables from open to close. I was lucky enough to snatch up a table outside, but being outside was quite distracting with the number of kids screaming, the number of smokers smoking outside near the patio, and obnoxious teenagers talking loudly and yelling profanity. I would not recommend this place to study, unless you get here right when it opens and you hog your table/chair for the entire day. I came after lunch, and it was jam packed. Inside and outside were both noisy and bustling. All in all, this place isn't very conducive to studying. Bring earplugs if you do decide to come here. read more

Probably the best place to study. There's a study room that is surprisingly very very quiet and they're open pretty late! There's usually a line but it's never too long. They push the drinks out quickly and they're great. I'd highly recommend this place for students who want to be alone to study there aren't many "group" tables. There's a long table in the middle of the shop, other than that it's more single person oriented. This is my #1 place to go to study because there's free wifi, coffee, and a quiet place to study! read more

100th REVIEW! It would be for a Starbucks because yes, I am an addict. Boyfriend and I rolled across the underpass looking for some coffee since Paris Baguette ran out of sweet iced coffee. The starbucks caught us by surprise but hey more the reason to check it out. We pulled into the parking lot, lots of space since it was in an outdoor mall. First thing we noticed, it was a drive through Starbucks! I don't see a lot of those around, so that definitely makes me want to come back if I'm ever in the area and don't feel like getting out the car. There's two entrances, glad we took the back one one the opposite side of the freeway. WHY? There's a secret .. not so secret study room! There are twin doors that open to another room for studying with LOTS OF OUTLETS, a rare and hard to find object at Starbucks. The interior was huge. There's too much room for everybody to study, with tables and then a bar like table in the center of the room with stools. There's also a lot of outside seating that overlooks the freeway entrance and the incoming traffic! The SB was beautifully decorated for the holiday season, more so than I've seen at any Starbucks, with books, tumblers, coffee options, toys, so much to name. But the actual bar and waiting area, seems smaller than a regular Starbucks and less roomy. There are bar stools and tables alongside the wall for people to sit and wait. The customer service was quick and friendly. The bartisa called out drinks by the customizing and the name. Those taking orders were careful to make sure to spell your name correctly. It's a wealthy starbucks, no more holiday giftcards for sale and some guy just walks in and orders three $100.00 dollar giftcards. WHO DOES THAT?! I was shocked.l Got our drinks. It came out the way it's supposed to taste and we headed on our way. It's actually hard to get out of the parking lot, a lot of incoming traffic and rude drivers. This starbucks has two bathrooms, indoor outdoor secret seating, lots of accessories and well decorated. And the wifi works, which is important for a lot of people. read more

They redid the whole place - come check it out. The interior is like a lounge/cafe - simple dark wood and more modern. There are more windows to the study room but they got rid of the communal desks. They have an actual patio barrier in the front so people will stop getting the corner of the metal chair sunken into the bark where the plants are (if you have been here you know what I'm talking about!). The baristas seem to have less space and there is a whole mess of space in front of the barista bar and cashier, but not enough stools. You can't tell this place was a bank since they got rid of the vault door next to the bathrooms. Love it! And the late hours. Also, no more smoking at this location. read more

I tried out the Youthberry tea and really didn't like it. I drank it anyway and asked for a different tea. They said I had to pay full price for a different tea...ummm I just paid more than $2 for this one tea bag, and I didn't like it. You can't just charge the refill price (50 cents) and give me a different tea? Nope. The manager said nope. I have to pay another $2.40 for another tea bag (they cost maybe 15 cents for Starbucks). It's not that I can't afford it, it's just terrible customer service. The cup says that you'll 'make it again' if I don't like it, and I said I don't like Youthberry. I wanted green tea. Oh, no? Love how they hand you the drink nested in a ceramic cup, so truly a contactless service since the cashier isn't even touching your drink while handling payments etc. I also use the app so definitely no touch which is great. Seems they take extra precautions compared to other Starbucks I've seen. Love the drive through too, very convenient especially during this time. read more
