This is neighborhood Starbucks and I always enjoy coming here. Everyone is so kind, especially when we go through the drive thru! This visit I came to work to get out of the house. Connecting to the internet is always easy. I ordered at the counter (usually a mobile gal) but since I was staying in house, it made more sense. I ordered an iced nonfat latte with sugar cookie foam. They're out (totally get it- the world is experiencing shortages everywhere) so I got sweet cream foam. My order came quick. I sat by the window and was able to get my work done. Thanks for being a great neighborhood go to Starbucks!

The lady was very nice via the drive thru. I pulled up and she provided really nice service. She greeted by saying good morning and i thought that was really nice. I then asked for sauce for my sandwich she recommended siracha which is one of my fav sauce. I'm a spicy girl I love a good spicy sauce. The drive thru was very quick and easy and they even have free wifi for everyone. I found parking and ate my sandwich and drank some of my drink so it was very good way to start my day very peaceful and the ambiance was very eccentric and I like it a lot. I will be back to see them and grab some breakfast next time i am Maryland heights.

U can see the chunks of garlic in there!

They were VERY SLOW even though I was the only person there! It was also very cold in there, dark, and they played depressing music. And they put way too much garlic on my sandwich.

Always great service! They have a nice outdoor seating area. Although it could use a trash can out there. The inside has good seating options too. Biggest drawback is the way the drive thru lane is situated. It's really hard to get into the drive thru and if it's crowded, drive thru customers spill out onto the street causing traffic problems. But I've experienced good coffee and friendly workers every time I've been there!

    Finally!

It's a Starbucks. What makes this one different from all the other Starbucks, is that they are slow as molasses that has been kept in the ice box. I don't even get complicated drinks. I order cold brew, black and it still takes forever. However, they do provide me with a laugh. They can't spell my name right. I could understand if they spelled it with a ph instead of the v, but here they spell it with a b. The last poor barista who tried to call my name out had no idea how to pronounce Steben. I give him credit, he politely asked how to pronounce it. Since the v & b are next to each other on the keyboard, I just smiled and told him it was a typo. This Starbucks is in my hood, so I'll continue to support them. I'll just take a deep breath before walking in and make sure my patience switch is flipped to the on position.

This is my favorite Starbucks on this side of town! The Barristas are friendly. The place is always packed with friendly people who are ready to offer you a smile and a seat. The outlets are easily accessible. SOUTHSIDE ALL HEART!!!

Anything Starbucks makes my heart skip a beat. Love the vibe, love the atmosphere love the drinks. Always good and always relaxing. Don't have time guess what there is a drive through. Also a free parking lot. Getting on the lot is a struggle but it's worth it.

Like it was said in another review, it's a Starbucks. Drinks are usually good they're very nice when I ask for puppicinos for my dogs in the drive thru! It is quite small on the Inside, not a ton of places to sit so if you're coming here to work or study, I would check it out before hand. The employees don't seem super thrilled about working, not completely off putting but not warm. VERY limited parking and it's hard as hell to get into if you're coming from the west. You HAVE to enter through the lions choice parking lot or the tiny little entrance next to the drive thru..or you can wait at the light that's always red and turn right BUT sometimes the line blocks getting in so I wouldn't suggest that option There is quite a bit of outdoor seating Overall, it serves its purpose but I wouldn't say it's spectacular

Love the atmosphere, plus that glorious pastry case!

The man wants coffee, when all the coffee places are closed, and I want actual food, not carbs. This is how we stumbled up on Mountain House. He was happy with his order, so I want to tell you about mine. I was so pleasantly surprised with the generous portion of my sandwich and I did not realize my order came with chips too. I was even more pleasantly surprised to see MUD\WTR on the menu, I recently quit drinking caffeine, and of course I have seen a lot of ads for mushroom coffee, I very much appreciated the opportunity to order it here as opposed to having to buy it online to try it. Personally, I liked the mushroom coffee, I have always drank coffee black and I appreciated the flavor of the mushroom, turmeric and additional spices.

I'd just done a training run that began and ended at the shoe store across the street. At the conclusion, I was given a Paloma-flavored non-alcoholic beer, courtesy of one of my running group's sponsors, but what was I supposed to do with that? It was decided that we needed coffee. (How ironic, by the way. Receiving a free beer from your sponsor.) We seem to have gotten there just in time. There was already a healthy crowd of people who apparently weren't runners, based on their physique (lol jk), and several people from our running group arrived after we did. People apparently like this place. The vibe is quirky and independent, with a lot of random decor, including a Blues Brothers poster and a sign declaring that the Teletubbies are welcome, and a lot of local-interest signage and artwork. People in the City love to remind themselves that they're in St. Louis. You never see anything like that in my native West County. Truth be told, I wouldn't even go into a coffee shop unless someone else suggested it. It costs less at QT. But I figured when in Rome. I wasn't about to get a sandwich, in part because I wasn't hungry, and in part because I'm always wary of food from places that specialize in coffee, but I figured I'd try one of their fancy coffee drinks instead of just a regular coffee. I went with something called a Zippity Do Da, or something to that effect. It was a latte, served hot or cold (I of course went with hot), with... if I'm not mistaken, peanut butter, honey and mocha. I liked the idea that there was a peanut butter element, in part because I couldn't imagine what that would be like. Peanut butter, even the welfare version you get at Aldi, is at least somewhat viscous. Was this going to be more like a milkshake? That could be gross, and grossly caloric, canceling out any benefit of my training run. Of course I was going to drink it anyway. Turns out that the peanut butter was the element that was least prominent in the overall taste of this drink, though you could in fact taste it. I found it impressive that, if you concentrated hard enough, you could detect elements of peanut butter, honey and mocha. It's like when you purchase a fancy bottle of wine, from, perhaps, the aforementioned Aldi, and you really can taste bits of oak, vanilla, campfire and a slight nuttiness. No Diddy. These people are true coffee artists, the cafe equivalent of people who work at Subway. I'm at the nearby shoe store every once in a while, so maybe I'll return. I might even cop a bagel.
