This location sucks. Read the other low reviews. Cheap-ass staff who skimp out on orders. There's a Karen who works there who won't bother to give you some extra almond milk because it has to be exactly 1/2" even though I paid for overpriced coffee and pastries. Skip to this one. You just lost a regular customer here Don't know what her name was. Latina with Karen bob wavy hair and glasses. Took 15 minutes to get a coffee through the drive-through and the girl that took the pain was extremely rude and dismissive.

I stop by here damn near everyday and hit the drive through up. No lie, the people that work here are always so chill and courteous. Haven't messed my order up one single time and get my morning started the right way. read more

This location is decent and pretty spacious. I believe the inside closes at 8:30pm Pros: - Spacious - Friendly staff - Decent wifi connection, it doesn't disconnect. Cons: - My biggest complaint is how LOUD the music is. I would come here more often since I live very close but the music is unbearable for people who need to study, in my opinion. I have come by multiple times hoping for a change, but I guess they just like it loud here. - (possible con) There's a some locals who are homeless that frequently hang, but that's typical for Starbucks locations. But they don't bother anyone. read more

Went to get a Matcha Green Tea in the drive through and ended up running outta gas ! The ladies from Starbucks immediately rushed into action!! They helped me along with a guy behind me pushed my very large SUV out of the drive through I had to play traffic control for about 20-30min because my vehicle was partially in the way but for the most part the people was cool and I only cussed out one person!! I waited around 15 minutes in the drive thru and the girl at the window with bright red hair and glasses who took my payment was very rude, she messed up my drink and said I didn't order it correctly when I ordered an iced white mocha. I come back a few days later I got a black tea with lemonade, she made my drink. One sip from my tea I had to spit it out. It was coffee and not tea, not sure if she did that one purpose but safe to say I am not ordering anything if she is working. I never had any issues with any of the staff here, not sure where tee went but she made my drink perfectly always bring her back instead of this new hire. read more

This review is long overdue. I work close by and come here regularly, as do my coworkers. Staff is always friendly. They get pretty busy but keep a friendly demeanor. I love reading the little notes they write on our coffee cups. My shaken expresso is always AMAZING, I've obviously gone to other Starbucks but they are not quite as good as the ones I get here. i love this location! ambiance is great, the staff are always so nice and pleasant and seem like they want to be there there are about 4 other locations that are closer to me but i rather drive here to get my fix even tho there's more lights and turns and u turns i have to make LOL the baristas always make my drink right, i can always tell it is gonna be a good day by the color of my coffee whether it is the DT or cafe, the service is always the same always quick and efficient on this day i ordered the iced caramel brûlée latte and it was just what i needed parking: the lot is a bit small and if you park in a space during peak times, you may get blocked in from the DT line. try backing in :) read more

Avoid this Starbucks @182nd location, simple request from this location are met with resistant from staff vs. other locations. I rather go home to make my own coffee drink than go here. Asking for cream on the side for a "VENTI" vs in cup was met with "additional charge" not written on any corporate site. Staff here has tendency to make up rules. Very little parking and once you're in the drive thru you're stuck from leaving until you're done with drive through. It's also a small starbucks compared to others, but staff seem to not have time to make a "SIMPLE" coffee drink the way a customer wants and RELY on an ingredient list. read more

Visited this location in the afternoon to take my toddler to use the restroom, I was told by the staff there that I needed to make a purchase first, I told them that I frequent this location every weekend before my kids soccer games and they didn't give a crap about that.. despite me spending thousands of dollars every year at multiple locations. He said that the policy and there's nothing they can do about it. I was forced to buy something against my will just to receive a "VERBAL" passcode. never again am i purchasing anything from Starbucks. These policies should apply to the homeless who take advantage of these situations not to loyal customers who actually spend TONS of money on their subpar coffee and service. read more

Great location! This place has nice drive thru layout and nice interior. I came inside to study and it has several seatings which is nice. Great place to study. I've been going to Starbucks for years.always getting the Macha green tea frap.today I ordered a venti size with 2 extra scoops of Macha as always.but noticed it's not green in color as I'm use to it was pale.and very bitter.was told they had changed the Macha powder.The new powder is horrible please go back to what you were using.If it wasn't broke why try and change it I'm pissed and very disappointed in Starbucks right now my whole morning has been ruined.Please Change the Macha back how it was. read more

Spent over $30 dollars only to receive RUDE Service by employee named BOBBY. He was VERY RUDE and yelled at me and my two kids to go inside to get Pastry and Drinks after the person taking orders failed to take our order! I ended up going to the window and place my order! Long wait in the drive thru. There was only 1 car ahead of me, the car ahead of me took a long time at the pick up window and when it was time for me to pick up my order it took a long time for them to give me my drink. She did offer me water while I waited. When she tried to hand me my drink the top popped off (my drink was hot so this could have ended badly) and there was caramel on the outside of the cup, she says oops let me go wipe this up for you. I don't know where she went to but it took a while for her to come back, to top this visit off when I finally started drinking my drink it was not made the way that I requested and the cup was sticky. It's Starbucks! And while one may believe that they are all created equal; they are not! I particularly enjoy this one because they always seem to get my drinks exactly perfect- it doesn't even matter who is working... it's always great. My husband gives me a hard time because I am "that person" with the little bit of this and a half of pump of that, with an extra something, and a cherry on top. Came in early in the morning to grab some coffee for a study group and the baristas taking my order were absolutely fantastic. I came in to place my order and everyone was super friendly and they took my order and gave me my stuff with speed and precision to make sure I was satisfied. While waiting for my coffee one of the baristas asked me about how my morning was going and my plans for this Saturday. All in all, very friendly people in the morning and of course the coffee was roasted right in front of me and it was absolutely a perfect start to my morning. I was so glad to see Starbucks was being built here to replace the Big 5 Store which burned down prior. We didn't have a Starbucks near this corner yet! If you are headed North on Hawthorne Blvd, it is right before Chick-Fil-A. I am thrilled that this is a drive-thru because it is convenient! There is a sign asking you to be respectful of the neighbors, so I guess you need to keep your music at a reasonable level. Be careful as you exit the drive-thru as you will have to be watchful of the traffic from the parking lot as well as on Hawthorne Blvd. You must take a right turn out of the Starbucks. I have been here three times and only went to the drive-thru. The first time, the cashier didn't process my payment as I requested and so my friend went inside and cleared it up. A different cashier inside corrected the misunderstanding and I actually ended up with a free drink (as in refunding my stars for one drink because I was trying to redeem 2 free drinks). I can't let my free drinks expire, so I was trying to use them up. Excellent customer service! Thank you! The other times, my transactions went smoothly! My drinks came out just as expected & quickly, and that's always a plus! They are only open until 10PM, which is fairly early for a bunch of people. I'm thinking it is because they're located really close to homes. It might be a city ordinance. The other Starbucks which are open later are located in business areas. I don't really go out and get coffee or socialize at Starbucks much late at night, so it doesn't affect me. However, I'm sure there are some who would take advantage of this new location! I count on being a somewhat frequent customer at this location. Not that they'll recognize me as a regular because I will be driving thru! read more

I have always liked this location as it's one of the few that's always consistent when it comes to drinks but it has been a hassle lately since they don't open the doors earlier anymore and mobile orders still have to go thru the the drive thru line which can be extremely long. It surely defits the purpose of ordering ahead. They might as well cancel mobile orders and just stick to drive thru and walk ins. Not very convenient . read more

This is a shiny new location, so it's pretty on the inside. The staff was super friendly - probably the friendliest Starbucks employees within a 2 mile circle which encompasses at least 3 other locations. It does have a drive thru, but the parking lot wasn't thought out. I understand why you can't put another driveway in so people don't cut in the driveway line, but on the day when I went, the drive thru was closed so people had to go make 3 point turns while other people are coming in and out of spots and the driveway. It was a nightmare. I would imagine it'd be an issue on a day where the drive thru backs up as well. If I drive by and see the drive thru working then I may consider this location, otherwise, I'll probably avoid based on parking alone. read more

Every time we come to this Starbucks it is a pleasant experience. We usually order at the Drive Thru because it is super convenient and the person who greeted us was friendly and got our order right. I ordered a Venti Iced Chai Tea Latte and my daughter ordered a Venti Pink Drink. The drinks were refreshing in this hot Summer weather. I really like this Starbucks. I'm glad to have a drive-thru location so close to home. It makes grabbing my soy iced caramel macchiato so easy on my way to work during the week. My orders are usually pretty straightforward so I haven't had any issues with incorrect orders. Even though the drive-thru line can get pretty lengthy in the mornings, it moves fast and you're never waiting long. Every interaction I've had with the staff here has been great. They always greet you with a smile. Customer service seems to be a very high priority at this location and that's refreshing! read more

I just stop by to my local Starbucks and ordered a vanilla latte with cinnamon and a breakfast sandwich. When the young lady gave me my order, she said we have no more cinnamon and they don't have napkins it's 10:30 in the morning how can you not have napkins? Very very disappointed.
