Great seating inside & outside. This location is excellent for enjoying some good Caramel Apple Spice. It's right on the hill so you can see all of Walnut and Pomona; and its even great during sunset because its so peaceful and relaxing. The seats outside really makes this location popular for me, and the service is good as well. They aren't ever crowded but I can tell they get a nice flow of customers in the afternoon. It's a bit small inside, and can probably only seat about 15 people, but who would want to sit inside at this location. read more

I come here every morning for coffee before a long drive. Service is always quick and great! My coffee always comes out delicious, hot or cold, and my bagels are always toasted just right! If you come after 7AM though, it is flooding with people and it would take some time to get your coffee. So don't get caught up in it or you may be late to wherever you are trying to go! read more

This Starbucks is great! The location is perfect (Grand and Valley), well-lit, and has ample parking. The place is always alive all the time, unlike some Starbucks that are dead on odd hours. They make my hot mocha tall without cream just right all the time. The only thing I don't like is that they have a small space relative to the number of customers that they have. read more

The barista basically wanted to fight me as I said to her that something was wrong with my drink! I told her that my caramel frappuccino had tasted too much like an espresso shot, keep in mind this frap had extra caramel so it is supposed to be sweet not bitter like an espresso shot. As soon as I told her, she gave me an attitude telling me "I do it how I usually do" I felt bothered by that as a simple, "yeah sure" would've been fine. I have Starbucks at least 3 times a week and this is a location I mostly go. The workers here are very nice and friendly. I always get my drink quick and its always the right order. Place an order for two drinks and the woman forgot to even write on the cups in regards to our orders. Been waiting almost an hour watch people that were behind us get their orders. Inform the woman and on top of that she didn't even look reproachful. I do hope they improve themselves. Worst Starbucks Ever! Staff are rude and lack customer service skills. You place your order and if you're lucky, you'll get your drink 20 minutes later. Why do they look so flustered and out of it. Management needs to train the staff better and not give attitude to the customers. I've been to this new location twice since it has opened and every time they have been disappointing. I ordered a Latte which isn't the hardest drink to make but apparently it took over 15 minutes to be ready. Then the "Barista" (I put quotes because she has not earned this title with the attitude and rude persona that she exemplified) did not fill up my drink completely. I told her that I paid for a full cup and I would appreciate getting a full cup. So instead of apologizing and fixing the problem, she actually boiled some water and filled the Latte up with boiling water while thinking that I didn't see this. Can you believe it? UNACCEPTABLE!!! Get your act together Starbucks, this is not a fifty cent cup of coffee. Corporate needs to get involved. read more

Decided to try out this Starbucks location today on a whim. From the street it looked like it might have a drive thru, but it doesn't. I will admit I was a little disappointed, but that didn't stop me. The parking lot was a little busy but I found a spot within a few minutes. Once I got inside it wasn't crowded at all. I was undecided about which promotional drink to order. After looking at the menu for a minute I chose the caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino, but unfortunately they were out of the crunch. Which makes it just caramel. I switched my order to the s'mores frappuccino, but the cashier had to double check that they had the graham topping. They did, so I got that. It took a few minutes for the drink order to be ready, not too long of a wait. My cup was gooey with chocolate on the side and he said "sorry, no napkins back here". Boooo. Fortunately they had some near the door, but I didn't get them until my hand was already sticky. Great. Overall the drink was tasty, but I wasn't wowed by the experience at all. read more

So what is this Awesomeness i witnessed, robin and all the other lovely ladeez(great upbeat and pleasant customerservice btw) at that location , put my order of venti smores w/3 shots of expresso blended in ,into 2 seperate cups ,1 venti and 1 grande. Which is awesome because i always felt a lil unsatisfied when i had spent almost 8 bucks on a venti size starbucks that tastes just as wonderful and that i inhale just as fast as a $5.45 Venti. Lol.. Definitely my go to place to study and catch up with friends. You just have to be lucky to get a indoor seat. I just sit outside near the fountain area if there are no seats available inside. Their service is fairly quick and efficient. The cashiers are always friendly and patient. Never had a bad experience here. read more

I waited 10 freaking minutes for one chocolate chip cookie. There were only two baristas working but no customers. I don't see why they couldn't have given me my chocolate chip cookie right after I paid. It only takes 15 seconds to warm it up and give it to the customer.
