We LOVE this location! Absolutely our favorite store in the area. The friendliest baristas that greet us when we walked in. They typically always remember our name and drink too with is pretty special. The store is always clean, packed with regulars and people enjoying themselves having coffee. It's such a good atmosphere. We got our regular iced matcha and it was perfect as always. Also tried the new Oleato Iced Skansen Espresso with a press of olive oil. Yummy!!

This Starbucks is so cool. It's very clean and the workers are awesome. Justin greeted us with a smile and helped me get everything I needed. The drinks were made to perfection. When we left he said good bye and smiled. The atmosphere was very laid back and peaceful in this upscale neighborhood. There was a friendly worker who has beautiful blue hair. Her smile lights up the whole place. Great crew, great drinks, great atmosphere!

I went in here to order a coffee to go. They were very friendly and very helpful. I like this Starbucks because it was within walking distance of the Hyatt where we were staying. It is a very laid back and chill location. They do have interesting signs up in this Starbucks telling you that they may have some products that aren't good for you (that's probably a Cali thing) and to follow them on INST and facebook. The outside of the Starbucks was a bit dirty (the tables) but I'll chalk that up to lack of help.

For clarity, this relates to the Starbucks at Agoura & Westlake specifically. Located in a sizable shopping center, so parking is never an issue. Plenty of outdoor seating, which is nice to catch some sun. Though there are shady spots, as well as just going inside. Very social atmosphere. Plenty of regulars. Placed my mobile order for a latte and egg bites. When I picked it up, ALL the baristas (4-5?) looked up and said hi! Very welcoming! And the food and drinks are always consistent.

This location has really stepped their game up. I think the newer Starbucks down the street took a lot of pressure off them.

The location makes it easy to grab coffee and breakfast without having to go far, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. The pastries were surprisingly amazing and definitely a highlight. I also ordered a latte, which was smooth, creamy, and well made. The only downside is the pricing, as items are noticeably more expensive compared to most local coffee shops. That said, the quality and convenience make it a solid choice, particularly for hotel guests.

Where I think Longevity is lacking though is in their food pricing which I don't feel it's justified, I totally get paying a premium for their coffee. I ordered some avocado toast and a side order of sourdough toast; they have the avocado toast priced just under $15 for only one piece of toast where almost anywhere else in the area is priced at $10. The one piece of sourdough toast with butter was a whopping $8+. It won't stop me going there I just won't order those food items again. It's real easy to get to , located in Westlake off Hampshire blvd off the 101 freeway., absolutely worth a visit. Would have been 5 stars if food wasn't so pricey.

It was such gorgeous green scenery that gave me the Alice in Wonderland tea party vibe; regardless of the seat I picked, either indoor or outdoor patio at the back. I honestly could spend hours sitting there enjoying my read as it felt like I was just sitting amidst a garden or backyard surrounded by peaceful natural ambiance sipping my drink. Selling that distinctive vibe, as expected the drinks came with pretty steep price tags. I got their Cloud Matcha, their version of Matcha Latte with cream top that I customized to get their Salted Maple cream (typically served with different drink). It wasn't like my top matcha list, but decent enough and prolly elevated by the setting. More than the drink, I was prolly more hooked by the flavored cream top which was less common and even available in non-dairy option!

It's just a lil hidden in the corner. I'm glad bc it's def gonna become one of my go-to's now. Ive been here twice and it def gets busy around lunch time, not many seats were available when we went here around 12pm. But I'm glad business seems to be doing well bc it's a cute place. Cozy little spot with great food and bingsu! They absolutely nail the fluffy snow-like texture of Korean shaved ice. Portions are pretty big so I'd say stick to either getting food or shaved ice bc I have a pretty big appetite but couldn't finish either! And it's a lil hard to store bingsu in the freezer since it's prone to becoming completely frozen if you leave it in there too long. It won't have the fluffy melt in your mouth texture anymore. So eat as soon as your can even if you take it to-go (they pack them in drink cups with lids if you order to-go). I've had the matcha, Oreo, mango, and original flavors. They're all good but I'd rank original last bc I was expecting a lore more injeolmi powder like ive seen in pics + the flavors were too subtle for me (I did order with oat milk however so that can be where I went wrong). I'd say Oreo was my fave of all that ive tried. Only the ones with a white base are available with dairy-free options btw, so matcha and Oreo can't be made dairy-free. They appear to have seasonal flavors as well. The panini was very good. My partner called it prob the best smelling sandwich he's had LOL. I'm excited to try their drinks and other sandwiches next time!

I loved my latte, especially the sugar-free vanilla they make on the premises. It was excellent, and I really appreciated that thoughtful option. That said, I was extremely disappointed with the gluten-free raspberry lemon muffin I purchased. I rarely write negative reviews, but this is something that really needs to be addressed. There was so much paper stuck to the bottom of the muffin that I had to cut off approximately a third of it just to remove it. I requested a second muffin, and unfortunately, it also had a significant amount of paper remaining. Food is too expensive today for customers to have this experience. This is not only disappointing but also a potential safety concern. There was muffin everywhere from having to cut off the bottom, and I even had to wash my hands afterward -- a bit much when you're simply trying to enjoy a muffin and coffee on a Sunday. I share this with kindness because I really want to see JOI Cafe succeed. I hope this quality-control issue is corrected because I would love to come back and have a better food experience.
