Cute Starbucks store, service is great and normal time waiting I probably don't wait more than 5/7min for my drinks and it was crowded, you have couple chairs and tables next to the window to chat or work but the most amazing is the stuff, they are EXTREMELY FRIENDLY!! This Starbucks is starting to become my favorite in the area. The Syosset location is good, but slowly started to decline in staff (only certain staff members and their interaction with the customers). The staff and baristas here in Woodbury are always friendly and always consistent. Even if there is a line of people, I can usually get in an out in a reasonable amount of time. One perk is since I come here almost every morning since its on my commute to work, they remember my name AND the drink I normally get which is fantastic! Thanks Rich & Adam! There is some seating, but not too much and a table or two, so if you're not early you probably won't be able to snag a seat. Parking is very easy since the plaza they're in is large and there are multiple entrances as well. They have a great selection of mugs and coffee accessories, and most importantly the place is always clean. In addition a sweetened venti iced tea gets 6 pumps of liquid cane sugar. She only pumped 3 causing me to request more after tasting. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars was because of the music they often play. It's not bad but not that great when I'm trying to concentrate on work or with whatever. We all THINK we know S'bucks, that 'exclusive, elitist, $$$, uppity,' coffee giant! In reality they have the CHEAPEST drinks on Long Island, and as far as I know world wide. Nowhere else can you get a 'plain' cup of Coffee, hot, or cold or cold tea for a reasonable price then do repeated FREE refills as you sit and borrow a $4 WSJournel, or $2.50 NYTimes, or FREE WiFi! I will also add using their tables and chairs for lunch I have brought in as they unfortunately do not believe in Vegan food! If you are into Pumpkin Spice Lattes or Salted Caramel Mocha Frapps, then of course you will be spending more but for an old fashioned 'pick-me-up' NOTHING and NOBODY beats S'bucks and as a 'split shift' worker I have spent MANY hours in many S'bucks enjoying ALL those 'free-bees'. Often only spending $2 by bringing my own cup I STILL end up accumulating more stars than I can use in their rewards program. If they EVER decide to offer Vegan food other than high fat snacks like potato chips I'll be in big trouble. These first 2 paragraphs apply to any and all S'bucks, and I have been in GREAT and far less than great S'bucks in MANY locations in the NEast, and esp. in central LI, NShore and SShore and NONE are better than THIS one. My friend and I wanted to try online menu items that people have recommended. The man at the counter said that the baristas might not know how to make them, but he was willing to take down the recipes and make them for us. We told him that if it was too much of a hassle, we could order regular menu drinks, but he insisted that we stick with our original order since it was no problem at all. He was nice and patient. The woman making our drinks, however, was really ill-mannered. We weren't exactly sure what the order should look like since it was our first time trying it... but we noticed chunks of dark-colored objects floating around... when my friend took a sip, she semi-choked on unmixed dry powder and decided to give it some mixing before drinking it again. The woman stared at us since we were giving confused faces and said (with a sassy, annoyed tone) "Do you even know what your drink should look like?! Have you even ordered this before?!"... We knew she was already annoyed because of the high volume of customers... but we didn't expect her to show us attitude while we were just waiting for the last cup, about to leave. Well sorry that your secret menu items have unmixed powder in them; sorry I'm not a Starbucks drink expert; and sorry that I'm not allowed to try new things. I've never had anything like that so I was just surprised... no need to be rude and pretentious about it... I think it's best if I cancel my membership with Starbucks because there have been too many small negative experiences... but this one has been the most blatantly rude one. I'm done. Conveniently located on Jericho Turnpike in Woodbury Village Starbucks can provide the in and out convenience you need during your morning commute. The majority of the stores in Woodbury Village don't open until late morning which guarantees a great parking situation during the morning rush. Whether you're getting off of the LIE, Northern State or Seaford Oyster Bay this location is your best bet. I've found this location to offer a consistent and friendly experience. I've never spent much time lounging as I'm usually headed to the office but there is limited seating inside. It's not as expansive as other locations and doesn't have a ton of space but there is some room if you choose to stay. read more

I do love a caramel machiatto so I have been bouncing from Starbucks to Starbucks each day to get my fix before switching to water. This location is small and cramped and offers very few options for sitting. The temperature is abysmally cold (and I have extra padding) so my general outfit consists of at least four layers. I have even been wearing my hood indoors because it is SO FUCKING COLD. And I never wear a hood indoors, it's bad manners. The bar area is good for singles like me looking to get work done but there are no outlets. The store is VERY dirty. Staff is not interested in doing basics like sweeping, wiping down tables, emptying the garbage OR cleaning the bathrooms (I walked in once and promptly turned around. I'll wait, thanks). I find this to be unacceptable. In addition to how dirty it is, and how cold, the manager on duty was CONSTANTLY yelling across the store to staff. First, this is incredibly disrespectful to his co-workers. Second, I'm trying to WORK. I understand that this is a place with people and people are loud, but when it should be quiet on the lulls in business it would be nice to not hear someone SCREAMING about what needs to be done. Also disturbing: a woman pointed out that the milk used in her drink was bad (curdled right in the cup) and the worker put it right back in the fridge. I have no idea how this Starbucks location gets so many stars, it is the worst one I've been to and I am a daily Starbucks drinker and have been to countless locations. The waits here are ridiculous, even when you do mobile ordering, you still wind up waiting a while for your drink. I once asked the barista ringing me up about a new drink on the menu and her reply was, "yeah it's good"... no explanation about what was in it or any enthusiasm. Last time I was there (because I was in the area) i pre-ordered a blueberry oatmeal. When I picked it up and opened the bag, it was just the bowl of oatmeal-- no blueberries, no other toppings, not even a spoon. Not sure what's going on with this particular location but I will go out of my way to avoid it in the future. read more
