Place was busy and only one girl out of the 5 employees was actually working and helping everyone. An older lady , looked like management maybe was too busy taking and laughing with the other employees at the drive thru window she didn't even pay attention to the poor girl struggling to get orders out. We watched this happen for 15 minutes!!!! A door dasher came up and the only working girl asked if someone could get the order and 2 people just stood there . This location has a large staff that works steadily but has such a large number of orders that the wait time is unacceptable. We arrived and ordered at 10:10AM on Saturday. At 10:30AM we were told there were still 8 orders ahead of us and it would be another 20 minutes. I asked for a refund which was done within 1 minute. I left with nothing but having killed time. I like to go inside to see what is on the menu because it changes all of the time. I am always greeted right away. I rarely have to wait in a long line. I enjoy their cold brew coffee and also those on nitro. The one issue I had was they were out of a certain flavor used for the foam. But the staff suggested another option they could try. Thank god for modern GPS! I'd of never found this location even though it's right off the freeway. It's a bit convoluted and a lot of turns to get over here, especially at 4:30 in the morning after driving 5 hrs from my last Starbucks fix! It's a haul up the 5, but I made it this far to Woodland CA. I got here just as they opened and all I needed was the restroom and another hot coffee. My driving partner got some coffee as well. My turn to rest and his turn to drive! Service was fast and efficient as it's super early and no one else was in the place. The restrooms were nice and clean and coffee hot! Getting back northbound on the 5 is complicated, so like I said, thanks god for GPS! It'd not a straight back on the freeway kinda deal. But, I'm glad this location was here and open for us. It's the day after Christmas and clearly they are very busy and likely understaffed (no blame there, people get sick etc). I used my gift card to order a pink drink with light ice. Sadly when it arrived it was mostly ice. I felt like a jerk (but also the drink is $6) but after driving away and realizing after ten sips it was gone we returned and I asked for a little more. We went to this locations on 12/26 around 1:40pm, I had asked the girl at the window for her name and for the life of me I couldn't hear and didn't want to hold the line, but she was AMAZING! I took my 8 year old to use her gift card and she wanted to order for herself, pay herself, the whole shabang, and the girl at the window was extremely patient with her and so sweet towards her. Instead of offering solutions, they were talking rudely about me from behind the counter and were sarcastic when they said "have a great day" when I left. My already stressful day, I needed a pick me up and that just made it worse. This is why I usually go to Peet's coffee, they have never treated me like this. They have a lot of work to do. The plus, it's always clean...that's it. After having an employee in line in front of me, she turns around and practically pushes me out of the way. I assume she's an employee, she went into the back room for a few minutes after this. Upon receiving my drink, the same employee was hovering over the bar and told the serving employee she forgot the sleeve. I got the sleeve myself from the sugar/cream counter. After sitting down, I noticed my cup was cover with dirty finger smudges. This is pretty consistent with all my visits here. Even after being open for a few months, nothing has improved. I've experienced very good service here at this Starbucks. The employees have been friendly and smiling, even in the rush of customers eager for their holiday drinks. The drive thru gets pretty long, so I'd recommend mobile orders or walking in and ordering. I've had very fast service walking in and ordering. There are designated spots to stand on, to maintain social distancing, and masks are required. The parking lot has plenty of space. The outside deck area has a few tables and some sagging/old chairs. The crumbs are pretty apparent as well. Just be aware, in case your hope is to sit awhile and enjoy yourself. The day of their special holiday reusable cup release, they had a fantastic system inside for everyone to get their drinks. A designated employee handled all the finished drinks, whether mobile or in-store orders, and smoothly distributed them all. My holiday drink recommendations are the pumpkin cream cold brew (really good with oat milk foam and/or some oat milk in the cold brew itself) or chestnut praline latte or toasted white chocolate mocha (I typically get 1/2 the pumps of syrup in most drinks, since they tend to be really sweet; substituting oat milk is so delicious). The snowman sugar cookie or snowman cake pop are fun seasonal treats for the kids. It's also fun to see what their seasonal red cups will look like each year! Overall, I really appreciate their friendly customer service and the consistent taste of Starbucks drinks. read more

We stop here often on our way to the Bay area. The staff is friendly and the service is always good. However, I was shocked at the filthy restroom. There were paper towels & seat protectors scattered all over the dirty wet floor & the sink had dried pools & streaks of black dirt all over it. So, normally I this location is wonderful! But this morning I ordered my coffee, a double shot over a grande cup of soy milk w a pump of vanilla. Well today, the barista Handed me a tall cup of very dark coffee, and I asked why it was in a tall cup instead of a grande and why it was so dark? She replied w "well we have to charge for extra milk, and you would have to get back I line" I do not mind paying .75 cents more for my drink, but I was disappointed that this time she couldn't do it on the house since the man at the register was unaware as well. Went by on my way to work. This location was on my way so I mobile ordered my coffee to go on my way out the house and swing by and picked it up. When I arrived my order was ready. I just had to pick it up and go. It was nice and hot! They put a stopper in the lid to keep the heat in as well as put a sleeve on my cup so I wouldn't burn my hand when drinking my drink.
