Another Starbucks review - There's something so comforting about knowing exactly where you're headed on a slow weekend long, loooong walk or pick me up between errands, for me, it's the local Starbucks. The baristas here Beth, Laura and Jori are welcoming, and genuinely seem to care. They remember my name and even know I like my cold brew -- extra on the side of cold cream foam!! The drinks are consistently made, which I really appreciate. I like to "try to be green" so brought my personal cup. The vibe inside is cozy with nice hum of background chat without feeling chaotic. I usually take my drink to go, but if I feel like lingering, there's always a comfy spot outside patio under the umbrellas. read more

Extremely disappointed with the way this store handled the PINK Bearista release. My husband arrived before 4:30 a.m. and waited patiently in line. He was the 7th customer, and the store announced there were only 14 cups available, so he reasonably expected to be able to purchase one. About ten minutes before my husband reached the register, the customer in front of him was joined by her child. When they checked out, the child was allowed to purchase PINK Bearista cups despite not having waited in line with the other customers. My husband had no problem with the child joining the parent, but allowing someone who had not waited in line to purchase limited-edition merchandise was unfair to customers who had been waiting since early morning. When my husband respectfully pointed out the issue, the employee dismissed his concern by saying, "What do you want me to do? I'm just an employee." There was no attempt to find a solution or involve a supervisor. This review is not about a collectible cup. It is about fairness, customer respect, and maintaining trust during limited-edition releases. Starbucks needs better guidelines and employee training to ensure that customers who follow the rules are treated fairly. read more

Quick service, accurate orders, friendly baristas, and lots of indoor seating along with a few outdoor seating options. Holiday cups and holiday flavors always make the season feel more special and enjoyable! Unfortunately the sugar cookie latte wasn't my favorite, but they were kind enough to let me switch it out for a white chocolate latte instead. Lots of good options available, none were sold out. Updating my review. For an after school visit on a Wednesday afternoon: My gosh, 1st time visiting after school w my kids. My oldest son wanted to come wait w his friend while waiting for their mom to pick up. I wanted my usual refresher Mango Dragonfruit refresher along w grabbing a Starbucks gift card. It was total mad house chaos. So many kids from YLMS chilling at the Starbucks. Indoor and outdoor patio. Hardly anywhere to walk nor sit if you wanted to enjoy your drink. I suggest not coming here after school. Barista were all so great w handling the massive rush hour. Give them mad props with being so patient. Why I most definitely love my local Starbucks. Just not during rush hours. Lol. They have a pretty decent amount of tumblers & merchandise for sale. Service is always so great here along w receiving the items in a timely manner. read more

Starbucks employees are always friendly and quick. Love the area because it's a nice quiet place to work. Gripe I have is with their ice coffee. I do not know why they always have sweeteners in their plain black iced coffee. So disgusting expecting a plain black coffee to taste something different. So Starbucks have always been a hit or miss for me and probably why I don't frequent them as often as before. Thank you to Nicole and the Starbucks staff working Thursday evening, 5/22/25! I ordered a matcha frap through the app then got into my car to retrieve it. To my surprise my battery was dead - a surprise because I just had the battery replaced in the same week. I called Nicole at this location to see if I could stop them from making the frap, since I was stuck. She offered to keep it for me or make another whenever I could get to Starbucks. I really could feel the empathy through the phone, and for anyone who experiences unexpected car trouble, empathy goes a long way! With a jump, my car was running still within Starbuck's hours. I didn't have faith it would start again if stopped, but called Nicole. She agreed to re-make the frap & even run it out to me so I could keep the car running! The frap was perfect! Exactly as I ordered earlier in the day! I am so thankful to Nicole and everyone at this Starbucks location who not only shared their barista expertise with me, but also kindness. Love this location! Even though they don't have a drive thru, they have several spots right up front for quick pickups if you order ahead through the app. The staff is consistently pretty friendly and they will go out of their way to make sure you're satisfied with your drink or provide recommendations. Both the indoor and outdoor patio seating is great, especially as they often have coloring sheets and crayons for kiddos to entertain themselves with. Best of all, this location is in the same plaza as See's, Sprouts and Target! So convenient! read more

This Starbucks is one of my favorite locations to frequent! It's a smaller store since the plaza for the locals and you really get the cozy, community feel. The baristas are very friendly and knowledgeable and really go out of their way to make you feel so special. One of my favorites, Sarah, introduced me to my favorite drink, the iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso with 2 pumps white chocolate mocha. The manager is also very knowledgeable. My usual Starbucks spot was temporarily closed so I wanted to try a new place that also had a drive thru. Unfortunately most of the Starbucks around me only had in store pickup. I happened upon this location on the Starbucks app that showed two options available: In Store and Curbside Pickup. Due to covid I selected curbside pickup. Drove there and arrived at the specified time. Saw two parking spots designated for curbside pickup. Clicked the "I'm here" button on the app and saw the message that says Curbside Pickup is not currently available. I had to go inside to get my drink. This is highly inconvenient. This location has had a few remodels but the staff is consistently friendly and attentive with the orders. I like the outdoor seating and how it's tucked away in a corner. It feels very much like the local coffee shop. Wow, what a great location! This place was so friendly, especially Laura!!! I went here to use my birthday reward which was for a free drink or bite. I asked Laura what exactly I can get for the "bite" and she wasn't sure and neither the other employees. So she just said to order something and she'll scan it to see if it'll be valid. Conveniently located near Sprouts Farmers Market and across the street from the new 24 Hour Fitness Super Sport, this Starbucks is perfect for a pick me up coffee or tea before powering though grocery shopping or as a treat after a good workout. The baristas here are perfunctorily friendly -- not warm and friendly like other locations I've been to but not rude like some locations either. Maybe the management here asks them not to engage in friendly banter because of the amount of business they do at this location? There's usually a line out the door when I come so this makes sense although it does make it less of a draw for me. Feel like I'm getting shuffled in and out -- not relaxing. Sure, we all know Starbucks. It's where many of us developed our caffeine habits ooo er the decades. What makes this place unique and my new favorite Starbucks in the chain is a barista named ADAM. This guy loves his work and it shows. He crafts delightful beverages, and if you're lucky, he may just throw in a lovely little design on top of your latte. I loved my Pirate Krewe at 662, but now that they've all sailed on, Adam is my favorIte barista Starbucks, I hopE you know what a gem you have here. read more

Enough is enough with Starbucks and their poor customer service. The store was trashed, the bathrooms were trashed and filthy and they simply have lost the touch of caring at all about the customer's experience. At one time they were worth the cost because of their customer service, today it's worth the cost of fuel to find an alternative. The coffee taken to go was so full that it just spilled all over my car and clothes. I drove less than 1 mile, found a trash can, pulled over and tossed it. I spend more than $150 a month using their app to buy my family breakfast and treats, I will minimize that going forward and find a shop who does today what Starbucks was built on these past 50 years. I came here last night with one of my friends and it was really cool and super fun. I came in here and after debating with my friend for awhile about what we wanted to ordered, I decided to try the new Vivanno drink that they have at Starbucks. I'm not sure what I really think about this drink. It's the new drink from Starbucks that is suppose to be like their healthy smoothie. Very interesting. I must stay that they empolyees at this Starbucks are very very patient, and awesome. This girl came up and complained about how she hadn't received her drink after 15 minutes of being there, but if the lady would have been paying attention, the barista had called her drinks about 3 times, before giving it away to someone else. She came up and complained, and the employees apologized and made her a new one. This time, the employee walked around the store shouting and this lady didn't pay attention and then just gave the drink away to someone else who had ordered the same drink. (Now that I think about this, this drink is really popular!!) Finally this chick's boyfriend went up, and yet again, they apologized and made a new one in like 15 seconds!!! WHOA!!! Awesome job, Jason!!!!! Also, this Starbucks has pretty cute curtains that give the place an awesome decoration feel to the place and they have pretty awesome relaxing comfortable chairs. A generic Starbucks. You can definitely come here to get your Starbucks fix for the day, and it will fill it. It's right at the corner of the shopping center, so it's fairly quiet. Good amount of chairs in the cafe for you to do some work or business. Service has been fine. Not the cleanest Starbucks ever, but it fits your needs. We've been coming towards the afternoon, after all of the morning rushes, so it probably wasn't enough time to clean up. Good selection of pastries and other munchable items. No issues with our orders being incorrect. I like their small store/marketplace area, as well. After-Christmas sales are always a fave! Got some cute mugs for 50% off. 1st and last visit to this Starbucks. The Barista that took our order was anything but kind. When it was our turn to order her tone of voice and demeanor changed drastically. She noticed I had several rewards and insisted I use them instead of the money I had on my card. I let her know that I save my rewards for the seasonal beverages. We sat and waited for our beverages (a longtime), and we never heard our name called. As we were sitting we noticed that the Barista was much more friendlier, and a different tone of voice (nicer). We noticed folks that ordered behind us received their orders before we did. I went up to the counter and they were off to the side. Come to find out she took my rewards instead of my cash on my card (RUDE)! When my husband and I were walking out we both looked at each other and just realized we felt as if we were racial profiled. I personally love Starbucks and I'm hooked on their ice coffee! It's so good I believe it should be illegal but that's a whole different story. My go to drink is an iced coffee with cinnamon dolce and easy ice. For some reason a lot of the staff not this one but other locations mixed up cinnamon dolce with coconut milk. So I can tell this is a good Starbucks since they know how to read their markings. Always clean, super fast ,and super friendly! This Starbucks gets five stars from me! read more

I have been coming to this Starbucks for over 10 years...it's my neighborhood Starbucks and closest to my house. All the employees are kind and nice and even with the turnover that comes naturally, they seem to attract very good customer service related employees. However consistently they are out of product. This morning they were out of oat milk and one of the breakfast sandwiches at 10:50 in the morning. So that becomes a little inconvenient because I have to travel to another Starbucks. I would say they're out of product at least once a month. I'm sure this am's outage is partly because business is ramping up now that more people are venturing out of their houses. Just seems to be a fairly consistent occurrence. Definitely won't keep me from going there but it is just an inconvenience. read more
