I left a review on google but this location is so amazing I gotta leave one here to. First I want to mention how the store has really come to be one of my favorite coffee beans and tea leafs. It's so close to home and I feel I have seen real changes at the store I use to come in and the store looked a mess and unorganized. Sometime I would go 15 mins away to get to the next coffee beans. I can honestly name so many of the employees but it's because they are always making the best moments with me. My mornings shine brighter coming into this store and they already know my regular I know it's a little complicated but they get me! Anyways the food and drinks are amazing! I've been coming to The Coffee Bean for a while now, and every visit is consistently great. The staff is always welcoming, friendly, and genuinely makes you feel appreciated as a customer. They work efficiently while still taking the time to provide excellent service. The store manager deserves special recognition for leading such an amazing team. It's clear they care about both the customers and the employees, and it really shows in the positive atmosphere of the store. The location is always clean, well-organized, and inviting. Okay so like I don't do a lot of reviews but I just had the most interesting conversation with the barista here named Heem he wanted to make sure my complicated drink. Was correct I love the reassurance and confirmation he brings. Honestly every time I come here the team seem really happy. I know I've seen in the morning it can get a little busy but they seem to be working hard every time I come in. I love to come in here Rama is really sweet! Andrea the manager I think is always welcoming me in the door and the team is very attentive! Fabi always remembers my drink and Isaac may seem a little grumpy but I got him to laugh a couple of times! There use to be a girl name Jamie and she use to do the best puns she was funny sorry not to see her here anymore. Worse drive thru customer service! Unfriendly, not accommodating. This guy taking the order speaks very muted that I can't hardly hear. When I asked him what he just said, he starts speaking loud like yelling with an attitude while I was placing my order. Very rude! When I got in to the pick up window, first thing I was asked by another guy, if I did placed my order instead of greeting's. I said yes after being yelled by the guy I spoke too. . Then he said "oh".it took a while before he gave me my order. Apparently when it came, it was a wrong one. i got to wait again for the right one to come.This time it was handed by a different person, a lady with a little attitude too. There were 3 people I dealt with this simple order (the guy who took my order, the guy who handed me the wrong drink and the lady who gave me my right order). All of them were unfriendly and rude. These team workers for this day (Friday) are a mess. What is going on with this place? Overall experience with this location; Worse customer service. Love, love their hazelnut ice blended and is usually what I order each time. This drink tastes rich and flavorful and is well concentrated (not watered down). I appreciate their 50% off or buy 2 for $10 promos & points system. While the parking lot is small, I usually do not have a problem finding parking. Storefront is quaint & clean. Update Review: Stopped by recently for refill of my loose leaf tea. I saw this fruity apricot tea so giving it a try to curb my java ! :)) I was immediately greeted entering the store. The staff were friendly and the service was quick -- pick my reusable tin tea and rang up. The shop itself felt clean and comfortable, making it a nice spot to sit for a bit or grab something on the go. Parking was easy since it's in a corner plaza by itself. The only minor comment is if you park near the drive thru line -- during busy times, you'll be stuck until the line moves. Overall, a solid stop if you're in the Yorba Linda area and need a coffee or tea fix. read more

Had a great ordering experience and service at the drive thru today. The staff were very attentive and kind despite needing to handle a very busy drive-thru line and a full parking lot of customers. My mobile order took longer than expected so I needed to wait in the parking lot for the drink to finish up so I wasn't walking the queue, but Raina brought my drink to me shortly after and the entire experience was great. I heard that Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf has avocado toast, so this die-hard Starbucks fan decided to give them a try. Now I remember why I avoid CB&TL. I am a special order kind of person. I'm lactose intolerant, so I can't order any of the blended drinks because lactose is in the mix. And, I can't get the avocado without lemon. The manager who refunded me the day I found out was nice. The other employees that work the drive-thru window acted like I said something offensive when I asked for a bag. I only asked for it because the multiple items I purchased came in cardboard boxes & I knew that they'd likely fly off the passenger seat if I turn/brake too quickly. Starbucks still has my heart. Made a mobile pick-up stop to this local CBTL and it was just as expected. The staff was friendly and got my drink once I got to the front. I wasn't sure where the pick-up area was, but a young lady there walked me over to my drink. I ordered the Mocha Blend...nothing too crazy, but was tasty. I didn't get to stay in their seating area, but it looks like there were a few tables, seats, and was pretty chill...there were a few people there and it was pretty quiet. Service is generally slow each time I go to this location. Today the person who took my order took 5 minutes to even realize I was at the counter because they were in the phone that seemed as if it was a social call and not related to work. When they eventually realized I was there, they took my order. I was using their app to pay for my order and I had a free drink coupon on it. I clicked it to redeem the drink and they still charged me for it. When I questioned this they just said they didn't understand even after I explained the issue. I love coffee bean but it seems like they are so inconsistent at this location with hours. I work early and they constantly close the drive thru in the morning when I've seen like 4 people in there working and no one in the lobby. Defeats the purpose of getting your coffee in a hurry - this used to be my favorite location but the new staff and the constant closing down of the drive thru and not opening on time ... it's gone way down hill the last year. Such a bummer bc it's the closest to my house - 3 stars bc I still love the product just not down with this particular location anymore. First time customer here. The line just taking in orders was 5-10 minutes wait. When it was my turn to put in my order, it took the cashier/manager to take my order with a force smile. She was carrying a clipboard doing her work while taking my order. It took at least 8 minutes to get my drink. And it wasn't even busy. There were 5 employees and all looked confused. After waiting for 5 minutes for my drink, went to the counter and not one employee make an eye contact, as if I am not there. Bad customer service thru and thru. Not coming back. Oh yes, I got corrected from the manager that my order is COCONUT ICE BLEND not Blended that is on the board. And I got corrected again by an employee that it was BLENDED not BLEND. I just recently started going to Coffee Bean. Honestly, I wasn't much of a fan before, but everything changed when I tried their new Pumpkin Spice Extreme Latte. I had always been loyal to Starbucks, but their coffee started tasting bitter and just not the same anymore. So, I decided to switch it up and give Coffee Bean a try. The first two visits were amazing--no long lines, great prices, and that Pumpkin Spice Latte was perfect. The bagel was also a nice bonus. I was starting to really enjoy the change. But then came my fourth visit. I was already having a bad day, and I thought treating myself would help. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a sandwich along with two drinks, including of course the Pumpkin Spice Latte I had grown to love. When I got to the window, I paid and then waited about 12 minutes. The line wasn't even packed, so the long wait was frustrating enough. But what made it worse was that they got my order wrong. After all that time, I drove away disappointed and furious. Even though the staff was friendly, the mistake and the wait left a bad impression. I don't think I'll be going back, which is really disappointing because I'm truly going to miss that Pumpkin Spice Latte. read more
