The staff were friendly and the service was quick -- pick my reusable tin tea and rang up. The shop itself felt clean and comfortable, making it a nice spot to sit for a bit or grab something on the go. Parking was easy since it's in a corner plaza by itself. The only minor comment is if you park near the drive thru line -- during busy times, you'll be stuck until the line moves. Love, love their hazelnut ice blended and is usually what I order each time. This drink tastes rich and flavorful and is well concentrated (not watered down). I appreciate their 50% off or buy 2 for $10 promos & points system. While the parking lot is small, I usually do not have a problem finding parking. Storefront is quaint & clean. I heard that Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf has avocado toast, so this die-hard Starbucks fan decided to give them a try. Now I remember why I avoid CB&TL. I am a special order kind of person. I'm lactose intolerant, so I can't order any of the blended drinks because lactose is in the mix. And, I can't get the avocado without lemon. The manager who refunded me the day I found out was nice. The other employees that work the drive-thru window acted like I said something offensive when I asked for a bag. I only asked for it because the multiple items I purchased came in cardboard boxes & I knew that they'd likely fly off the passenger seat if I turn/brake too quickly. Starbucks still has my heart. Really disappointed with the drive-thru experience at 12:30 p.m. on a Sunday. We were stuck in line for over 20 minutes with no way to get out once committed. Great place to grab a quick coffee and have a meeting. Was able to meet a client at this location and there was plenty of seating outside and enough seating inside. Came around the afternoon and not busy at all. They also have a drive thru which I've used at times and they usually are on point. Made a mobile pick-up stop to this local CBTL and it was just as expected. The staff was friendly and got my drink once I got to the front. I wasn't sure where the pick-up area was, but a young lady there walked me over to my drink. I ordered the Mocha Blend...nothing too crazy, but was tasty. I love coffee bean but it seems like they are so inconsistent at this location with hours. I work early and they constantly close the drive thru in the morning when I've seen like 4 people in there working and no one in the lobby. Defeats the purpose of getting your coffee in a hurry - this used to be my favorite location but the new staff and the constant closing down of the drive thru and not opening on time ... it's gone way down hill the last year. Such a bummer bc it's the closest to my house - 3 stars bc I still love the product just not down with this particular location anymore. I just recently started going to Coffee Bean. Honestly, I wasn't much of a fan before, but everything changed when I tried their new Pumpkin Spice Extreme Latte. I had always been loyal to Starbucks, but their coffee started tasting bitter and just not the same anymore. So, I decided to switch it up and give Coffee Bean a try. The first two visits were amazing--no long lines, great prices, and that Pumpkin Spice Latte was perfect. The bagel was also a nice bonus. I was starting to really enjoy the change. But then came my fourth visit. I was already having a bad day, and I thought treating myself would help. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a sandwich along with two drinks, including of course the Pumpkin Spice Latte I had grown to love. When I got to the window, I paid and then waited about 12 minutes. The line wasn't even packed, so the long wait was frustrating enough. But what made it worse was that they got my order wrong. After all that time, I drove away disappointed and furious. Even though the staff was friendly, the mistake and the wait left a bad impression. I don't think I'll be going back, which is really disappointing because I'm truly going to miss that Pumpkin Spice Latte. read more

Came today for a cherry blossom iced tea and a latte. They were out of cherry blossom tea but they were able to take a little extra time to brew one to order which we really appreciated. The latte was delicious as always. Barista was helpful and kind. The new photo wall is cute. The only reason I came here is because I thought it was Taco Bell because of the purple logo and purple signs everywhere and the sign above the place says Taco Bell. Tropical Iced Tea was super watered down today, which happens about half the time. I understand that tropical iced tea looks lighter than regular black iced tea but half the time your tropical tea is actually how it should be but the other half the time it's like barely tea flavored water. This coffee bean is genuinely the slowest drive thru I've ever been to. I think they may be roasting the beans for each coffee they make I don't understand why they move so slow. I once sat at the window for 15 minutes, THE WINDOW. Between paying and receiving my order it took 15 minutes. I'm currently writing this review because I just sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes before even getting to the window to pay, just for the girl to ramble off the wrong order. Then when I corrected her she said "oh it looks like no one put your order in" huh? How is that even possible in a single lane drive thru, I don't get it. That's not even to mention the fact that I don't even drink their coffee cause it taste like ass, I just come for the bagel but it truly isn't worth it to me anymore, I could make my own bagels from scratch and I'd get it faster than I do in this drive thru. read more

My favorite coffee place! I always order the large hot chocolate latte with whipped cream and cinnamon and every single time it tastes amazing. The employees are so nice and thoughtful, and they're never rude even when they are absolutely drowning in orders. I usually go through the drive thru but a couple times I sat inside and admired the old bookshelf while I enjoyed my drink and it was a very calming experience. I plan to walk up there and study more often, it's so quaint and they have little charging ports for your phone and laptop at the tables. 10/10 place to study, hang out, or just grab a quick drink! read more

This location in particular is in a nice spot with easy parking... and the best thing about it is, DRIVE TRU! The other CB around me do not have drive-thru so this location is easily my favorite. The decor inside is really nicely decorated and is a great spot to study, work or just have some "Me Time" to read a good book. Big plus is that the workers here are really nice from my experience. I love Coffee Bean's ice blended drinks... hands down over SB fraps. My all time favorite ice blended drink is the seasonal pumpkin. (Yes, I'm basic and love pumpkin.. what can I say? lol) Tip: ask to blend in a scoop of cinnamon in it, thank me later. When pumpkin is not in season (boo), I go to the trusty Ice Blended Mocha... also with a scoop of cinnamon (no need to thank me again). On this particular visit (02/10/22), however, looking at the menu I noticed something new that I hadn't tried before... Pure Vanilla Affogato Ice Blended! When I received the drink, it was waterier than I expected an ice blended to be so I worried I wouldn't enjoy it. Lucky, I was wrong and after mixing the drink and letting the coffee blend with the vanilla.... YUM! It tasted like a creamy ice cream drink. Still waterier than the normal ice blended but I'm not complaining because it was delish! Just ordered from here did a mobile order I got 2 ice blends one gingerbread with oat milk half decaf and the other a large hazelnut ice blend pick up time 11:53 I get there maybe a minute late than my pick up time and there's a car in front of me ,I was sitting behind them for a while I see the car in front also ordered ice blends and both drinks had dome lids and they didn't have whipped cream,I pull up,the girl at the window asked for my name I was handed to drinks with flat lids and no whipped cream, I asked the girl at the window if there was a reason on why my drinks didn't have whipped cream and then tells me it's because "it's a base order" like I knew what that meant , I then leave and check my order on my app I didn't request my drinks without whipp, and ice blends always have whipp unless they in out or request not to so my drinks were given to me watery and without whip cream read more
