I was with a group of colleagues, and three of us have Alpha Gal (red meat allergy caused by the lone star tick). Thankfully I desensitized myself enough that I can eat SOME red meat. The other two are highly sensitive. I ordered the wings again and passed them around to share. One of my AG friends ate one and the other asked the waitress if there is cross contamination. We were informed that the wings are fried in BEEF tallow. I panicked because the one friend is so sensitive that she can't even go to a petting zoo with hoofed mammals without reacting. So lucky that she had taken an Allegra that day which helps with the allergy enough that one wing fried with beef fat won't cause anaphylaxis. However, if the other girl had eaten it, she very likely could have had a terrible reaction. It does not state on the menu that the wings are fried in beef tallow. It's very important that allergens such as this are noted. I would never have thought myself that it was fried in beef fat. I would've thought it was vegetable or peanut oil. I would hope that this restaurant will add red meat allergens to their menu as Alpha Gal is becoming more and more common. Better yet, don't use beef products to cook chicken products.

When we opened it up however, it was disappointing across the board. There was no sauce included at all, like not on the food itself and not packaged on the side.
