My hunting cat left us some nasty surprises on the carpet, and there was also a significant amount of rat poop which I was hesitant to clean myself because bleach would stain the carpet, and they took care of it all! See before/after photos for the stains they removed. The price was quite reasonable. One thing to note is that they did raise the price by about $50 compared to the initial quote when they arrived, which I found still to be very reasonable given the state of my carpet, but worth keeping in mind when you get an estimate. They also did not initially clean the area under a small couch, which other cleaners have cleaned in the past (it's quite a light couch, you can push it to the side easily). When I called about it though they came back right away the next day to get that area. Overall great service and value, just make sure to double check ahead of time if you need cleaning under furniture and keep in mind the quote is just an estimate!

He was open and accommodating to meeting, and was willing to give his time for a brief consultation although he normally charges for a full appraisal. Although the meeting in person did not happen, he did spend a long time over the phone describing where the market currently was at, how best I could care for the rug for best presentation, and what I could expect if I were to resale. I really enjoyed his friendly and frank expertise, and the fact that he is a small, family owned business who is still in it because of his Heart... not just because of the money.
