Saw a Cayenne pop Up on FB Marketplace as I was driving home from the airport. Called and spoke to Nema. He was super helpful on the phone. Shot me a link with additional pictures and information. Including a car fax. I drive down the next day to see the car. On the way we negotiated the deal. Car was clean and eve the and the add said it would be. I noticed there were a few recalls that had not been attended to. He allowed me to bring it to a dealership to have the recalls completed and to have the car checked out before I purchased. Nothing to hide. Car checked out. I had noticed some potential oil spots on the passenger seat, be had them cleaned before I got there the second time. TOTALLY DISRESPECTFUL AND DISMISSIVE Illegally sold a car with 1/32 and even 0/32 tire ware, completely dry rotted tires. (California Vehicle Code § 27465) Not to mention, blow suspension components both front and rear of the car. The owner decided to swap some "used" tires on. This guy is giving us 4/32 tread ware. WHAT?! At least he's willing to somewhat help . Cameron was quite rude and even ignored me when I tried to apologize for our in convenience. I gave Steel Chariot $5K downpayment to buy a used Mercedes. Seller misrepresented the history, condition of car including inaccuracy of odometer mileage which was 1111 miles over than what seller stated on Sales Contract, alignment problems, oil change and service was 144 days overdue, but seller informed me car was already serviced. I also brought the car back to seller because he agreed to fix the alignment, and perform complete service. Seller falsely informed me that all issues have been fixed but it was not. Therefore, I brought car to Mercedes dealership for diagnostics and estimates to repair car was $8500 for car to be drivable. Mercedes dealership informed me that alignment was not done since all 4 tires were bad and needed replacement. I informed the lender and lender declined loan funding. I returned the car to seller immediately. However, Seller fraudulently charged me $3144 in fees for sales tax, DMV and other fees, contract cancellation and restocking fees by deducting fees from my $5K downpayment. read more

I hope prospect byers read my review before purchasing a vehicle from Steel Chariot Dealership, they sold us a Jaguar XF 2013 that needed a new engine. Upon purchasing the vehicle we were presented with the inspection reports, they told us the oil was changed and it was not, somehow this vehicle passed8 their smog test which is a mystery. The seller assured us all it needed was a motor mount which is typical of these type of models, hiding the fact it was not a bad engine mount it needed a new motor or rebuilt the existing motor, and a catalytic converter. After 1 month of ownership the check engine light came on, and the car begin to run very rough and loss of power. We took it to a British Precision motors, that's when the real truth came out of the condition of this cars engine. The #2 cylinder bad, catalytic converter bad, water leaked inside the engine because of no pressure of the #2 cylinder and it's bad, basically, it needs an engine rebuilt or a new engine. The inspectors are baffled of how this car passed smog, and most likely the seller knew of this and somehow altered the engine just to pass what it needed to sell as a used car in good condition. The seller assured us that his wife had driven the vehicle for quite some time and loved the car, however, because the vehicle was belonged to the business inventory & assets they were selling it and his wife picked a different car, ALL LIES,,,. Needles to say, we are bringing this dealership to the attention of the better business bureau, State of California, and who needs to know in the business licenses, DMV and so forth, to prompt an inspection and audit of their business practices, and take them to small claims court. read more

I wish I could leave 0 stars. Nema, the owner sold me a 2013 Mercedes CLA250 which I paid cash for. After I drove it off the lot, it started violently shaking on the freeway. He told me to bring it to a repair shop owned by his buddy. The car sat there for TWO MONTHS and they kept giving me the runaround about what was wrong with it. When it was finally released, the shaking was better but not gone. About a week later, the engine blew. When I brought the car to MY mechanic, he documented that there was oil spillage which was covered up. This guy sells crap cars and you will be scammed buying from him. read more
