The have a patio in the back and some tables in the front for more space. Inside you have a bar and it cane be a bit crowded so we sat outside. Got a few dishes to try: Loaded Fries: these were amazing! The bulgogi beef was tender, fries had seasoning on them and the chipotle aioli had some kick to it! Loved these. Crab Rangoon Sticks: these were great as well. It's basically a crab Rangoon filling in a mozzarella stick form and I liked them. Especially dipped in that sweet Thai chili sauce. Wings: I tried both wing flavors and my favorite has to be the Korean BBQ - lots of flavors and the chicken was crunchy as cooked perfectly. The K Spice wings I thought were just okay. To me no real flavor just a plain wing. Chicken Sandwich- this was also one of my favorites. They used the same sauce that was on the wings(Korean BBQ) but added Joppi slaw which added a bit of a crunch, and the chicken thigh was juicy and tender. Back by popular demand and with a vengeance, Stella Blues is here to stay. They had closed for a while due to a fire but recently had their soft opening and are now open for business. My boyfriend and I came last night and were quite surprised at all the changes. To be fair, I don't remember it being as spacious, nor having some of the amenities it has now, but they're definitely welcomed additions. We were greeted promptly upon entry and my boyfriend recognized the bartender, so we went and chatted with her. For starters, they still have the famous grill serving up delicious Korean food and other treats. There's ample space to roam and they even have a pool table in the far back. We mainly stayed in the front. We weren't there too long but did enjoy some tequila lemonade lavender shots. I had never heard of them, but it was recommended by the bartender. Last night , I spent hours searching for the best restaurants in St Louis and I stumbled upon this one. The reviews were amazing and let me tell you, the reviews were correct. Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection. We tried the bulgogi and rice bowl, the charred wings, and cheese fries. We also tried a peach shot, they didn't taste strong but the results were. I normally don't visit a restaurant more than once but I'll be a repeat customer anytime that I'm in town. I also loved the customer service. I found out about Stella Blues through an instagram video. I placed a carry out order with 2 orders of wings, tacos, and a melt. EVERYTHING was delicious. It's an intimate place and the vibe is homey but fun! I was greeted with music and a kind bartender upon entry. The pickup area is at the kitchen. My food was ready and correct. The chef is official!
