Lots of extras in the slow beauty option and what a pleasant surprise to find out it was 20% off for first timers!! I was really impressed with the quality of products they use as well. Love their appointment booking system which sends you text messages and emails to remind and confirm. Owner is super accommodating. Free wifi and a chocolate on your way out...what more could you want. Will be back for sure!!

Numbers are often misrepresented for services and it feels as though there is a mandate to make each ticket come in at $150+. I paid $87 plus 20% tip for caked on toenail polish that is still not dry this morning. I will have to redo them myself today. My nails are fine but this is not a relaxing experience. The location is convenient but I will not be back to this store or franchise. I'm sure rent is challenging to cover in this area but a revamped staff training is needed. Feeling ripped off to be honest and I will not be back.

I asked for a regular pedicure but they pressured me to do gel on my toes too. I know gel is an extra cost but I never would have thought it would cost me an extra $30 on top of my pedicure. I essentially paid another $75 for a simple pedicure with gel. I was caught off guard when I was at the front ready to pay. Unfortunately - I will not be coming back, not because the work isn't good but because the pressure to get gel as well as the lack of transparency turned me off.

My spa day with SUE was amazing. She is a professional at what she does. Her attention to detail was like no other. I will be returning!

I have been a client of Stephanie's for quite some time now and although I was proud of her and happy to hear that she was taking her career to the next level I was skeptical about her new location. However, knowing how hard it was for me to find a hair stylist that executes my ideas exactly how I envision them, I had to follow her and I couldn't be happier that I did. To my surprise her salon is located in a nice modern shopping plaza with parking. She has done an excellent job paying attention to detail and keeping her customer's needs in mind. I wanted to blend the gray into the bottom of my hair to look a bit more natural. Originally, the full idea would have a bit out of my budget, but Krystal came up with another idea to do some 'baby' highlights (highlighting just the top layer of my hair) to pull the grayish color through. So we kept my gray on top, added some highlights on top (which she toned gray, almost blue, kinda cool, certainly not orange!!) and then dyed the bottom of my hair to match my natural dark brown/black hue. Not only is the color amazing (both the gray and the dark brown to match my hair) but one of the best blowouts/styles I've ever gotten, with just 10-15 minutes of drying (I have coarse, frizzy, wavy hair). She gave me beautiful waves in front just with the blowdryer. Amazing. I wish I could have my hair look like this every day. Would absolutely recommend her to anyone. The salon was also very cute and welcoming and there are a few off street parking spots next door. My total even came to less than I was expecting.
