This time we shared a great burger, a nice cider, and some seasonal parm pretzel bites that were actually bomb. This place just never misses. 10/10 comfort + cozy pub energy with some nice fires too! The server Sally was very good, attentive but not strong on follow up...there were 10 of us, from 25-80. we ordered our drinks and most of them came.....i had ordered a Jack Daniels Manhattan...not too complicated....all the other drinks came but mine....i asked Sally ...where it was ...she went to the bar and reordered...i waited another five minutes....finally, i flagged down another server...he came back with it .....kinda....it was in a parfait sized glass....Barbi style...not a lingering sort of drink... i ordered " for 34 bucks, a pork loin". i got a 16 buck pork chop with bone in...terrible meal served on a bed of " mixed vegetables and mushrooms". i could not eat them.....the meal was terrible, my wife got a steak that was so-so at best.....all in all, no one had a good meal... a really terrible experience.....and a shame, its a really nice physical plant...

Warm and totally how you want a home cooked Thanksgiving style meal to feel. Highly recommend both Hart's and Copper Kettle.

I had their Gorgonzola salad with salmon on top and washed it down with their Rags to Riches IPA. Our entire party was quite pleased with the evening. Our only lack of satisfaction was in the lack of the giant pretzels they used to have. No more. Instead, they have locally made ale pretzels which although healthier, are almost impassable with a hard texture that is unpretzel-like. I encourage the Flying Goose to bring back their old-style pretzels or redo the ale pretzel recipe from scratch. Great evening.

The DJ was awesome and people were dancing like crazy. It didn't take too long to get drinks and when we did they were affordable and served with a smile. We had an unforgettable time. I've heard in other nights it can be more low key. The bar itself is gorgeous, historical and large enough to spread out or find a quiet corner.

The waitress stated the coin change machine is wonky and they don't own it. The coin machine worked fine but it was the first game we played, Tokyo Drift, that ate our money. I reported it and seamed like the guy didn't care. He didn't offer me a $1 to make up for it nor did he shut down the machine after my report. I feel like if you have it in your place, you should stand behind it. An issue, it should become yours. 3. The pretzels are terrible. They are like sliced and fried with no flavor. They looked like little hot dogs. We go to a ton of breweries and this is the worst pretzel experience we have ever had. Also, the waitress told us the mustard was the beer cheese and vice versa. My kid was not to happy when she ate mustard! But also, the worst beer cheese we have encountered as well. Her excuse, she has been up since 4am. Well, my husband wasn't wrong. He raved over their beer. Nobody was impressed with their food.
