My family and I go to this Stonefire all the time. We really enjoy it. The last two times we have been acquainted with Henry who works there making sure everything was ok and that our order was all good. Whatever we were waiting for or maybe wasn't right...Henry made right! He goes above and beyond and I even had the inclination to tell him and his manager! They are lucky to have him as he really makes sure the customers are taken care of, and in just two instances, we were very impressed. People like this are hard to come by. I am a frequent customer with you at Stonefire. As someone who spends a great deal of money at your establishment, I need to let you know of a beyond disappointing experience tonight when I had the BBQ chicken chopped salad delivered to my house. It was missing the cucumbers I added (and for which I paid extra) and hardly had any of the other ingredients it is supposed to come with; I basically paid $30 for lettuce! In addition, and this may not be your issue to address, but the courier who delivered left the food on my driveway where anyone could have picked it up off the street after I specifically expressed on the order for them to call or text me when at the gate. The only reason I even knew it was out there was because I was tracking the order closely through the link provided. I don't pay extra for service fees for this kind of subpar service or lack thereof. Again, I reiterate that this is unacceptable. The salad was literally just lettuce and sprinkles of the ingredients it was supposed to have. I am including a picture. You will clearly see that the "ingredients" are practically nonexistent. Please make this right as I'm a recurring customer and order from you all of the time with my boyfriend. I hope this is a one off situation and that you remediate it to maintain us as loyal customers. hello, and welcome back to another review... we were coming here after visiting the Ronald Reagan Library and we were STARVING, so we came here since everyone loves a good classic---stone fire grill Upon arrival, we IMMEDIATELY ordered, our food was as followed: kids pasta with pesto and breadsticks, kids pizza, one giant shareable chicken alfredo pasta, and one extra small pull pork sandwich. this unfortunately, did not fill the 6'2 18 year old muscular man, 173 pound man.. it was also $17 but moving on, everything was DELICIOUS except for yhe alfredo, it was reported by marcel to be quite bland. (you wouldnt believe how much salt he poured in) also, speaking of the salt, watch out when you sprinkle some because it will come POURING onto your plate. We do however, have a recommendation for you; a DRINK recommendation to be specific-- You know him, you love him, here with you is JAD MERHI with his ultimate drink combo. I ordered a tri tip/chicken dinner for 4 last weekend and was surprised to see how the quality has gone down as fast as the prices have gone up. The tri tip was really tough and difficult to chew also had WAY too much garlic. The chicken was undercooked and scrawny. It was $70 before tip and there was not enough to feed three people. Henry K, Giselle, and the SFG Team are top notch! I had placed a lunch order online for a working lunch meeting by using the group order option. There were some issues submitting the order, but Giselle in the catering group helped me almost daily to try to get it figured out and completed. Unfortunately, the system did not work, so Henry K from the West Hills location took the time to recreate my entire order himself! He entered all the options for 8 different orders. The SFG team completed my order on time, had everyone's separate order placed in separately marked bags, and every order was done correctly and as delicious as always. I understand that technology doesn't always perform the way it's supposed to, but when you have a team like this one at SFG, you can rely on the fact that they will do what they can to make it happen. I ordered food in advance so I could pickup in route to a house party we were attending. They quoted 30 minutes over the phone, and when I arrived 35 minutes later and called curbside was told needed to wait 20 minutes because they were busy. Not much I could do, so we waited but nothing came out. I went inside to see what was happening with my order and the restaurant was empty. At this point I had ordered an hour ago and still had no food. They explained their "to go" order were very backed up, so I sat inside another 10 minutes before I was handed my order. Needless to say, we were very late to our party. I would have ordered elsewhere if I was told that my order would take over an hour to be ready. Setting realistic expectations is all customers need, and they did not deliver proper communication or apologies for their actions. I won't be back. read more

They had all 3 registers going - and it just helped everything run more smoothly. The managers were working and handling things with ease. This was on a Saturday night also! Now, is this the best bbq ever? Absolutely not, but it gets the job done for a fast casual type restaurant. Ordered easily online and picked up just as easily. Did wait awhile in my car but can't complain as it was a holiday. Salad with sriracha ranch (pleasantly surprised btw) was simple and tasty, breadsticks are always a plus, lemon garlic chicken was a little greasy but tender, and the tri-tip was just ok albeit a little dry. My wife ordered a "shareable barbecue chopped salad", which came almost immediately, and I had to wait about 10 minutes for my Tri-tip barbecue beef sandwich. When I ordered the Tri-tip barbecue beef sandwich, it did not mention on the marquee behind the counter, that it included melted cheese. Unfortunately, I do not like cheese on my sandwich, so I had to return it, and waited another 8- 10 minutes. The beef was extremely tough and hard to chew. Now I know pesto is on the oily side but this pesto had so much oil dripping I lost my appetite so I think I'll stick with their bbq items instead! The BBQ salad was ok but there were some pieces of very fatty chicken. I do still recommend to give it a try if you never have because they have phenomenal BBQ.
