The skilled operator put the unit on a smaller platform with wheels and used a remote control to drive the unit down our precarious driveway. He said "it sounds like you need the container ASAP so if you would like two of them delivered this afternoon we can do that and deliver the other two the following day". And they ACTUALLY followed through on their promise. They were kind, respectful, honest and prompt. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND UNITS located in Kent, WA.

There is no other surveillance for the outside storage areas. In 2022 the catalytic converter was stolen of our motorhome. The people working the facility really did not care. We just went to get the RV in May of 2023 and discovered that someone had jimmied the back emergency window and had been sleeping in out motorhome! Again, the facility personnel did not care. If you are looking for secure outside storage for your RV, boat or other item this is not the place! Spend a little more money and go elsewhere.

Despite not being temperature controlled, the smaller units are kept quite dry. I had no problems, no moisture issues, no moss, no algae or any other nightmare that could crop up in North-West storage facilities. I kept the usual holiday items, an old comic collection and some other items here. Never had a problem with condensation in the bags, soaking of boxes or any other damage. Overall a perfectly safe and un-disturbed tenancy for my stuff.

Beware of Mileage Overcharges at This U-Haul Location…read more I recently rented a U-Haul from this location and drove less than 20 miles total (verified by my own GPS and route tracking). I returned it without a problem until I saw the charge come through on my credit card which was more than double the estimated cost. When I brought this up, they said it was because the reported mileage was more than 5 times what I actually drive. The staff gave no clear explanation and couldn't help me beyond giving me a 800 number to dispute the charge. Just take care before renting from this business.

The clerk called me and told me I had to return the trailer early because someone booked it after us so we busted our butts to do so, we were going to be 15 minutes late to return it so I called to let them know and the clerk said "oh, well, the people who needed it after you decided to go somewhere else", he didn't call me and let me know nor did he care when I said it would have been nice for him to call me so I didn't have to waste so much gas to get there in time (Driving from Idaho). The clerk didn't apologize for our experience he just acted like he didn't give a care and said "take it up with UHAUL" . The customer service at this place is sorely lacking.
