I also got the banana brûlée matcha. It was good, but the matcha itself didn't taste ceremonial grade. It had a slightly chalky texture that took away from it a bit. One downside was the wait. I stood in line for about 30 minutes, which was longer than expected. Overall, the food hits, especially if you're craving something savory and indulgent, but the wait and the drink quality keep it from being a higher rating for me. I'd still come back, just maybe at a less busy time, so not the weekends at all!

We ordered biscuits and gravy, breakfast potatoes, and their Pig in a Pancake, which wraps a breakfast sausage in a pancake. The food was overly salty and my pancake was very dry. No syrup was brought out; we had to go grab it ourselves. Same with eating utensils, which they now use disposable plastic ware. Paper towels are on each table, the only convenience. We ordered and sat like everyone else. Received our food after the two groups behind us who ordered well after us got theirs. Most were Veterans so I appreciate that and would hope this was the reason. Once our food was dropped the server asked if there was anything else and I said I'd take a refill of coffee (empty). As I observed the room, the tables around us were getting really attentive service. Refills galore, conversation... I had to go to the counter to refill my coffee as I saw a server walk past our table and refill the cups at the window while ours remained empty. I got up, walked past all the servers and went to the counter where I got my first cup of coffee. After a while without anyone checking on us (again, all other tables were getting some really good 5 star service) I went to the counter to get a refill of water (empty) and a young girl who I overheard said she just graduated from high school stopped me and asked if I needed a refill.
