Japanese fusion done right. Such cool variety on their menu, and great service, too. Clearly a place for foodies.

First time here. Food was very good and well made. I got the eggplant sammi and it might have been my first time here but that is my favorite item. Service was kind and helpful.

This cute brunch spot is a warm, cozy hug with Japanese flair. It's easy to miss from the outside, but the aura points for inside decor are off the charts. Made a reservation for 3 on a weekend and we were seated pretty quickly. Tables were consistently full and staff pretty busy, but the seats are spaced out enough that you don't feel like sardines. This is a place to find zen amongst the neutral and cool earth tones while eating food that is both nourishing and tasty. Food is all made to order in the tiny kitchen in back with generous portion sizes. I do recommend ordering a drink and pastries to nibble on while you wait for your entree. We loved the dishware and intentional presentation of each dish. Even the Aeropress coffee came in a beautiful ceramic carafe - although it was a little misleading given the actual quantity of coffee. Staff was super friendly and never made us feel rushed. The menu changes with seasonal themes and produce. Exhibit A, the Spooky Donuts with the cutest glazed spider donut hole on top. Donut was just alright, but we did really enjoy the sesame chocolate glaze. Exhibit B, Autumn Beans with pickled apricots and carrots that we saw being brought in fresh by one of the staff. The colors in each dish are vibrant and wholesome, with gentle seasoning. I often hate myself after eating a big brunch of skillets and waffles - not so here, where I was comfortably full without being nauseous from grease.

Wow, that was an amazing lunch. The food was spectacular and healthy. The femal staff were friendly, helpful, and upbeat. It is a bit loud in there but they were kind enough to allow us to move to a less loud side. The decor was very cute. There is even a small patio with a pooch parking area. I had the bean soup with a lovely taste of pesto. Amazing. My friend had the Colorful Colorado that he was was really good. The plating on the dishes is exquisite. Oh, and the iced macha with maple syrup and soy was great. Highly recommend!!

Excellent brunch here! Creative options with an Asian-fusion twist. Wonderful ambience too, some outdoor seating and open indoor seating. The servers were super sweet and helpful! I absolutely loved everything we ate, especially the almond flour coffee cake. Definitely plan to come back.

Cute hip location that blends brunch with Japanese style. I got: Apple and cheddar scone - tasty! Not super flavorful but fluffy Tomato panzanella salad - so good! The croutons were amazing Oyako-don - also so good! Highly recommend

We walked in on Friday and unfortunately it was about to be 2PM and they couldn't seat us. (Sooooooooo sad) but a gentleman approached us and said that he could make a reservation for us for the next day. (That was really nice to offer) the next day we came one and all i have to say is this is how my favorite restaurant. The food was spectacular! The autumn beans had so much flavor it was incredible! The drinks were fantastic and the service was amazing. The whole vibe from the food to the atmosphere was amazing. I will be a regular here because it's really really really worth it.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! Diverse menu options, excellent drinks, and fast service any time of day. Stowaway is the perfect casual brunch spot but also works great for a mid day snack/bevie. I love this place for taking friends from out of town because the food is fantastic and there's so much to see in the nearby neighborhood. Cannot recommend stowaway enough!

The service was great, the vibes were high, the food was delish! What else could you need? Y'all this was literally the best waffle I've ever had! The subtle salt on it is a game changer. Make sure to order one for the table to share. I really loved all the art they had displayed through out the restaurant. The coffee and donut were just * okay * to me but everything else was great!

I used to live in Denver and this was my go to spot for brunch. I love it so much. I get the Japanese breakfast every single time. Except this most recent visit, they were out of the salmon but substituted it with the chicken per my request. It's such a cozy environment, great tunes, and welcoming service. I think I've been here more than five times and visit Denver often so I always make sure to have a reservation (highly recommended). The restaurant is in the RiNo Art District, a prime location that is walkable with cool street art and the Denver Central Market nearby so be sure to take a walk after.

I am usually not a brunch girl, or am I? I have been converted, this is the BEST brunch place I ever tried. The place itself is super cute, the service is very quick and efficient. The food was absolutely delicious. I wanted to go there again if it wasn't closed the next day but this is a MUST. I absolutely loved the scram breakfast sandwich and the strawberry yuzu waffles! The duderino is such a delicious take on espresso martinis. Overall I highly recommend! 1000/10

I ordered an iced London fog and opted for coconut milk, which is not typically available as a milk alternative. It came with vanilla syrup by default and was very good. I also tried the bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich on an English muffin. This was the only disappointing part of my visit. It seemed like a premade sandwich that had been reheated, so the bacon was soft rather than crispy, which is my preference. Overall, Vibe Coffee & Wine is worth a quick stop, but it is especially nice as a place to relax, hang out, or settle in and do a little work.

I especially appreciate that they stay on trend and offer seasonal specials. At first glance, it appears to be precisely the sort of neighborhood spot one hopes to see succeed. As both a customer and a resident of the neighborhood, I've spent enough time here to appreciate what Darling does well and to observe where it consistently falls short. Unfortunately, the experience begins to deteriorate once one moves beyond the espresso machine and observes how the business interacts with the community around it. To be clear, the vast majority of the staff are pleasant, capable, and professional. My frustrations lie almost entirely with management and the culture they have cultivated. For several years, the same three employees have routinely used the marked Loading Zone and No Parking areas as personal parking. The road in question is neither a private lot nor an employee amenity; it is a narrow public roadway already burdened by limited space and residential traffic. Yet it is treated as though it exists primarily for their convenience. One begins to suspect that parking regulations are viewed less as rules and more as gentle suggestions intended for other, less entitled, people. What makes this particularly frustrating is not the parking itself, but management's response to it. Residents, property management, and the HOA have repeatedly raised the issue through every reasonable channel available. The response has ranged from indifference to outright dismissal. In the process, management has done far more damage to its relationship with the neighborhood than a few illegally parked cars ever could. The weekly run club presents a similar issue. What could be a positive community event frequently spills into the roadway, obstructing access to residential garages and creating needless congestion. It often feels as though the surrounding neighborhood is expected to simply accommodate whatever inconvenience accompanies the event. Likewise, the brief experiment with live DJ performances produced noise levels more appropriate for an EDM club than a residential neighborhood. On one memorable afternoon, the bass was sufficiently powerful to rattle nearby buildings and transform an otherwise peaceful weekend into an involuntary concert experience. People gathered in the courtyard to see what was happening and had to shout to even hear one another. The crowd inevitably overflowed into the street as well, continuing a pattern of treating shared public space as an extension of the business. What I find most frustrating is that none of these issues are particularly difficult to solve. They merely require a willingness to acknowledge that a neighborhood business has responsibilities to its community. There is also the matter of one particular staff member who has been associated with the cafe for years. What I find frustrating is that her conduct consistently undermines the otherwise positive experience. On numerous occasions I have repeatedly overheard her loudly complaining about her coworkers, customers, and her life in areas where patrons could easily hear. She has a generally dismissive and rude demeanor with customers and her peers. Whether intentional or not, it creates an atmosphere of negativity that feels entirely at odds with the welcoming environment they seem to be trying to cultivate. It is a performance so consistent that one begins to wonder whether she has ever had a good day. The contrast is especially striking because the rest of the staff seem perfectly content to do their jobs, treat customers respectfully, and go about their day without creating unnecessary drama. The difference in professionalism is striking. It is particularly disappointing because the business itself has so much potential. The coffee is good. The space is beautiful. Most of the employees are friendly and professional. The problem is not the cafe...it is the apparent belief that being a neighborhood business somehow exempts one from being a good neighbor. In the end, a coffee shop's relationship with its community extends beyond latte art and exposed brick. Courtesy, consideration, and basic respect for the people living nearby matter as well. Until management recognizes that, this will remain a place I admire far more in theory than in practice. Perhaps the most telling detail is that despite having an attractive space, a desirable location, and a generally excellent staff, the space is often surprisingly empty in the evenings. After observing how concerns from residents have been handled over the years, I find that far less surprising than I once did.

The arrangement of effectively decorative crt monitors in the front is lovely. I could see it maybe having some problems if its busy when it cones to seating though. Following this I ordered the lavender Vanilla Matcha. It is similar to a matcha latte with a slightly salted lavender creme at the top and vanilla syrup. This doesn't appear to be on the standard menu overhead but im unsure if its a limited offer. As a lavender fanatic I think its pretty good. The matcha flavor could maybe be stronger? Apparently a dye is used for the foam to make it purple which is pretty though I would prefer it without. Overall, I intend to return to try more of the menu.
