Hands down the best restaurant in town. We try and go at least every Saturday. They aren't open long and sometimes open later than it says, but they are truly worth the wait. My father in law came to town and frequently visits Philly. He said it really tastes like it is from there. The bread is also amazing. So side note : I went to waxahachie to pick up car parts and the guy pulling the parts needed more time. I asked where I can go to eat and he sent me to downtown Waxahachie. No regrets there. Found Straight from Philly on Yelp with amazing reviews and I'm so glad for all the people who pointed me his way. I think I met the owner and he was very nice and let me pay my bill after I eat. That's a rarity for sure nowadays. Had me feeling special. Food was delicious and very hot. Just the way I like it. The lady behind the counter was very nice and handed me a cup while asking if id like a drink while i wait. She didn't have to do it but she did. When bringing me my order she let me know that she put some fries in the bag and im glad she did because they were outstanding, the philly was phenomenal!
