As we pulled up, the owners, Jack and Kyla, were leaving on a supply run. They immediately got out of their car to greet our group of 10 people!! Once inside, the waitress, Adrianna, took our group order and there wasn't one mistake on such a large order!! Wow!!! Her patience and professionalism was superb!! Now the real point of this review: The FOOD! OMG!!!!!! As I write this review, I think my mouth is watering!!! I had the Holy Aioli burger! The best beef burger I have had in years - if ever!!! The flavor superb! My taste buds were dancing! And I am not a "foodie"!!!! The sweet potato fries done perfectly and my strawberry pomegranate drink - yummy! Bottom line: I can't wait to make the drive from Los Angeles just to experience this place again...soon!! This is a must dining experience!! And I wasn't paid to make this review!!! LOVE IT!!

They offer various bun options if you're not down with those crack like yummy Hawaiian rolls they use here(what a concept) and everything is available in a bowl as well, if you're on the no bread route. The loaded tots are fabulous for a fatty outing!! Very friendly staff, especially with the recent addition of TAD! He is a gentleman who is wonderful at his job, you can tell he's got some food service years in him. He goes above and beyond, this location is lucky to have him. The owners here are very nice and hard working as well, support this local business SCV! Dog Haus is definitely my go-to for cold beer and delicious food! Their always busy with to-go orders and that should tell you something. Great product here and even better service.

Service? What Service?? Drove through this Jimmy Dean's on…read morethe old road to get a char grilled chicken sandwich, one of my favorites for many years. My "lack of service" experience began at the drive-through order box. To be fair, there's a loud air conditioner next to the drive-through making it harder to hear. There's also a car wash next-door, adding noise. I asked for a chargrilled chicken sandwich, she replied back a tropical chicken sandwich, I said no a chargrilled chicken sandwich. She replied back "thats what I said". She repeated it again, sounding like a tropical chicken sandwich, which is another choice on their menu, but I cut my losses here. Decided to ride this one out at the window. Now, at the window, 2:30 PM, this female ( wore glasses, dark hair pulled back) attendant was on her headset, obviously listening to somebody, as she was talking to me, so clearly distracted. Took my credit card, gave it back with no interaction. No smile, she acted as if I was bothering her & the last priority on her mind truly. Then gave me my food with NO thank you, no smile, as a matter of fact, a grimace face the whole time! I remained there after she walked away, since I decided to get ranch dressing too. When she came back to the window, she acting annoyed that I was still there, I said "I'd like some ranch dressing, please". She replied, "75 cents" ". I said, "sure no problem" & gave her the .75 cents. She then gave me the dressing without thanking me again. She had three opportunities to thank me but elected not to do so. She didn't smile once, and remained listening to her headset. Call it a sticking point BUT leaving restaurant establishments feeling neglected and miss treated is NOT ACCEPTABLE! There's an obvious lack of monitoring employees by the afternoon shift manager at this location. I felt her poor attitude and even anger. shift Managers need to be watching their employees consistently & provide real - time customer service training, with consequences for not providing it. I left there so annoyed! After two days, I'm still annoyed enough to write this review. She was rude and I found this unacceptable in a service business. I probably won't go to that location again. She lost my business for them.

This was my first time eating Five Guys and I know it won't be my last. I appreciated all the extra condiments inside my burger. The fact that it's written on the board also made it convenient. I especially liked the green peppers and jalapeño peppers inside the burger. The Cajun fries were salty, I'll admit but it hit the spot for those late night cravings. Most food these days go for about this price, so I'm not complaining. We also came in near closing, but the workers didn't say or do anything that made it seem like we should leave asap. It was an enjoyable first time experience.

I ordered a banana shake for $7 and a hamburger for a whopping $13. Now, I know in n out had a 4x4 for about 8$ and there burger is definitely a better burger at a lower price and to be honest, in n out burgers aren't the greatest. Both places don't fill me up. I was still hungry after. The burger here itself is two small patties, toppings like tomatoes lettuce, pickles and onions and grease. When I picked up the burger with the sesame buns, I thought to myself I could make this myself for less than 2$. The taste was average and oily to me. It was dripping with grease down my fingers each bite which was four by the way. Then the burger was gone in a few minutes and just like that, I was still hungry. For $20, I didn't expect an average to below average experience. The service was bad as well. I didn't like the attitude of the workers at the front and there was only one other customer other than myself inside and somehow, it took over 17 minutes to make my order where other places it usually takes less time. There were two workers there. The price is a major red flag, charging $13 for the hamburger alone without any fries or a drink is absolutely insane. Luckily I don't eat French fries due to avoiding cancerous foods especially after the fries being cooked in peanut oil. Overall, five guys is a 3/5. I'm generous usually, but the experience and moreover, value of the product I ordered was not worth it in my opinion. From experience of eating all types of hamburgers, this one was average at most and honestly, I can create a burger that tastes better myself by going to the grocery store and buying quality meat that's grass fed and it will taste better than this. The shake was watery and to be honest $7 was high especially for the size of the cup. I have had shakes in my past and they were better tasting and not as watery. Inside the place, it was nice and clean, but I just didn't like the wait and the food itself was not as good as I wished it would be.
