The bar bartender Mitch was rude not polite and snappy. I wasn't even trying to be giving. Attitude and he was acting like I was nuisance also the drinks were lame honestly don't plan to return .. like I don't even have expectations but atleast be polite .

Thank you Tom and StreetBar patrons for keeping it LGBT+ welcoming.

My first time back to the street bar in years this last week. There is karaoke and a very fun, happy crowd. It was a nice balance between people from Palm Springs and a few people from out of town very diverse with handsome young men, sexy, quick well experienced bartenders, and a very well established monitor a good looking guys willing to have conversation and share a joyful experience at the StreetBar. Thank you, Tom an amazing and handsome Bartender! Bartender time reminded me of mutual friends, Frank and Annie Rodel... iconic LGBT Bar owners from the San Fernando Valley and the city of Ventura, California. I realize the challenges in keeping our LGBT plus bar and community gathering places, safe and enjoyable. Thank you to all of the Bar owners, bartenders, and patient Bar patrons... they keep places like the StreetBar and Franks bar Paddys LGBT+ Party Spots.

Great Kareoke night on Sundays. This is a very friendly, and welcoming bar. The chocolate Martinis are phenomenal as is the service and cost. What a difference from the bar three doors down! Only thing they can improve on here is the cleanliness. Bathrooms were kinda nasty

This was easily our favorite bar in Palm Springs, gay or otherwise, bar none. Bar none? Bar plenty. Yes, Jamie W and I were doing a bit of a late afternoon bar crawl on Arenas Road which if you don't know, is Gay Central in PS. It's only two sides of one block where at least a half-dozen gay bars dominate the area. We only hit three of them, so we weren't that focused on pure debauchery or impure for that matter. I knew I was going to like this bar almost immediately because the bartenders looked pretty close to my age. So did a lot of the customers with just a sprinkling of twinks probably here on sponsorship if you know what I mean. It was fairly crowded but not impossibly so. We were able to sit comfortably at the bar where friendly locals chatted us up. We felt right at home. Drinks were sure reasonably priced at Happy Hour, just $8 each. Jamie had a Margarita, while I went for my standard Espresso Martini (photo: https://yelp.to/SlN2hmOqyF). They hit the spot, and that was just for starters. DRINKS - 5 stars...convivial libations well priced AMBIANCE - 5 stars...just the right mix and setting for us SERVICE - 5 stars...they keep on top of things TOTAL - 5 stars...just a friendly spot we will return to RELATED - Exploring Palm Springs? Streetbar on Arenas Road is the neighborhood bar for locals and travelers! It's inviting lighting, square bar, various tall booth tables and patio seating make for some great leisure exploits inside as well as overlooking the street of fellow local bars and businesses, including Hunter's next door, Dick's directly across the way as well as Chill Bar and Quad's. The seating goes fast both inside and out, but the drinks never run out... Nor do the tunes. Karaoke Nights are abundant, but that like the bar itself fills up quickly as well... You can sign up near the stage toward the back half of the main bar area, which also has a row of chairs on every side. They do accept card or cash most days or nights, though during pride and major event weekends it was cash only... ATM in back just across from the stage. Bartenders and barbacks are nothing but friendly and witty. You enjoy drink specials daily, though Ketel One seems to be the consistent $7 base of choice... See various days of the week for additional fan favs. Great entertainment, including live performers, drag queens and more. I'd say it's a good mix of people, but definitely older gen jolly. One of the most inviting queer spaces on Arenas, hence that line that seems to form when they're at capacity to get in... If you know, you know! Usually not too bad of a wait at all... The line (when present) moves at a good pace, with some beats in-between. Great AC and great energy all around. Q-Tip: While they don't have an active website, they do have a very active Facebook w/ frequent updates. Easy street parking for streetbar throughout the area, limited handicap spots as they go quick and a free parking structure just a light up at Indian Canyon /Baristo Rd

Happy New 2024 Year Palm Springs!!! Complementary food, complementary French, champagne, DJ spinning some bomb-Ass tunes all night, and a very happy crowd. Cons: The most expensive well drinks we found on this trip to Palm Springs, bartenders who think that a Tequila Soda is Tequila and Seven up, a decent but far from elevated selection of spirits, staff who would rather greet and hang out with their friends who are there, and a strange mixed identity where you listen to sports fans screaming at TVS about a game that is on while the DJ is playing a decent mix of dance tunes which can be a bit jarring. That said, if you are fine with Spirits that just present, or just want a G&T while you dance it out, this place will fit the bill.

Seemed to be a younger crowd than some of the other places on the street. The three of us found a spot at the bar, but the music was so loud that having a conversation was nearly impossible. The drinks were strong. I ordered a Bullet Old Fashioned ($16.50) and my wife and brother had a Titos Madras ($11.50/ea.). We also ordered a shot of Jägermeister ($11.50). They had male go-go dancers around the main dance floor, providing a little extra visual stimulation over all of the regular customers out on the dance floor. Male and female waiters, but an all-male bar staff the night of our visit. Overall, I didn't enjoy it as much as our second stop, the Chill Bar, which was across the street, but I might go back again when it isn't so crowded.

The first visit, there was a line to get in and from there, a massive line trying to get a drink at the bar. So come early to avoid that. We just wanted to lounge for a bit and grab a drink after dinner. Showed up just after 8:30 which is still early but very easy when we arrived. There was already a good amount of people inside when we walked in. The nice thing, you're able to walk up to the bar and grab a drink pretty fast. It's cash only so be prepared. Inside isn't that big, where the dj booth is. I don't even think it's a dance floor but it could potentially be. They have two bars on either side. But the patio area is where the party happens. It's massive with a good amount of hi top tables with chairs. Also nice to have the fans and mister going in with the heat that's starting to greet us in the desert. The vibe is super laid-back but still has that classic Palm Springs energy where everyone just seems genuinely happy to be there. It's one of those places where you can show up not knowing what to expect and somehow end up staying way longer than planned. The crowd felt really welcoming, not cliquey at all, which I always appreciate because it makes it easy to relax and actually enjoy yourself. What stood out to me most was how unpretentious everything felt. The bartenders were friendly and quick without making you feel rushed, and the drinks were solid and reasonably priced for the area. There's a nice mix of people, from locals who clearly love the place to visitors just passing through, and it all blends together in a way that feels effortless. The music hit that perfect balance where it keeps the energy up without being overwhelming, so you can still talk and laugh without yelling over it. Overall, this is definitely a spot I'd recommend if you're looking for something a little more low-key but still fun and memorable. It has personality, it doesn't try too hard, and it delivers exactly what you want out of a Palm Springs night. The showgirls were all amazing and excellent song choices. Costumes were quite nice and very elaborated. The hostess was a major doll and it happened to be her birthday that night.
