They have a nice list of about 20 different toppings- from fresh berries to cookie crumbles, candy, or sprinkles. Their most unique offering is a cotton candy sundae, which is a sundae built in a nest of cotton candy. I tried soft serve ice cream stands from Loveland to Erlanger this summer participating in the 2026 Cincy Ice Cream Battles, and none of them topped my own neighborhood Kosmic.
