There was an event at domino park. Came here around 8pm with friends . It wasn't as packed as I thought but there was no Air conditioner only fans on the floor it was very hot but also not a lot of places near by to just grab something quick. Went to Stretch Pizza and shared a whole pie with 2 friends. We decided to get a half plain half pepperoni which was plenty for us three to chow down. Waited about 10 min and the pizza was hot and delicious! Great undercarriage and flavor on the crust. Toppings tasted fresh and the tomato sauce had a bit of tanginess which I liked. The pizza is ok but the wait time is ridiculous. I've gone 3 times and each time - for a plain slice - it's taken at least 10 min in an unbusy environment. Newly opened location from the Upper East Side Stretch Pizza, they sell a variety of slices and squares ranging from buffalo chicken slices to classic nyc slices (cheese, pepperoni to unique flavors like everything bagel). It's right in the Domino Square building, on the back corner facing the Domino Sugar building. Pizza was pretty good, good variety and reasonably priced, around $5 per slice and $8 per square. Personally liked the squares more than the slices, with the sausage and peppers being my favorite, but the buffalo square was good. Pizza is a bit more on the unique side rather than classic. Counter service but they bring it to your table and it went by quickly. Since it's new it's not too busy so overall good ambiance. read more

Toppings were fine, but I think the pizzeria could go all out with the toppings similar to a pizzeria like Cuts and Slices which executes a bready crust with uncommon toppings. Service was reasonable for a slice shop. Definitely a more hip atmosphere than most slice shops. They were blasting Spanish hip hop at the time. They have beers, cocktails, and wines. So glad to have this place in the neighborhood! I went by the other day and got a pepperoni slice as well as a square buffalo chicken slice. Everything came out very fresh and I love that they add extra toppings, like fresh cheese and green onions right before it comes out to you. Hands down the best pizza I've ever had. The dough is light and thin, providing the trademark NY pizza experience, but the real magic is the sauce. It's slightly sweeter with a hint of flavoring that I can't quite explain, giving it the best flavor I've had. It's better than other places in the area by a landslide. Yes, even Joes. I got every slice just to try it because I heard they had some insane slices. I was not let down. The pepperoni was my favorite. The pepperoni itself was crunchy enough to be satisfying but not so much that it was dry. It went perfectly with the immaculate sauce. In a close second is the sausage and pepper pizza. I honestly have no idea what the sauce that they put on top of it was, but it was the perfect addition to the sweetness of the peppers and the kick of the sausage. The meat was cooked to perfection, and mixed with the cheese, it made for a unique blend of flavors that only New York can offer. In third place, a classic that never fails to amaze in New York City, Cheese. The only reason it takes third was because of how good the other two were. This is by far the best cheese pizza I've experienced in my time in the city, and definitely a go to recommendation. In fourth place, the mushroom pesto. I have never really been a fan of white sauce pizzas. However, I actually really like this one. This white sauce is slightly sweet, with a perfect green sauce that complements the taste and texture of the mushrooms with the ricotta cheese. I would definitely get this white sauce pizza, especially if you're looking for something with more of a pasta undertone. Finally, the everything bagel. This pizza was incredibly unique, with the sesame seeds on top and a sweet white sauce, different from that of the mushroom pesto. While I did not like it as much as the red sauce pizzas, it was still delicious, and definitely the craziest pie of them all. If you're looking for something unique, I highly recommend trying this pie, as it is nothing like you'll ever have tasted before. The service was incredible. Dylan was able to serve each customer quickly and effectively, while doing all of it with a smile on his face! Seeing him flip the dough and dance along to the music in the background just added to the awesome atmosphere, along with his excellent choice of music in the restaurant. I was Vibing the entire time that I was eating my delicious pizza. Furthermore, the restaurant is right on the water, and getting out of an amazing pizza experience to go see the New York skyline at night was almost magical. It felt like it was straight out of a movie, and I couldn't have been happier with my overall experience.
