Mushroom Pesto - Small PieMushroom Everything Bagel - Small Pie
    Leemor Y.

Grabbed a couple slices for dinner one night. There wasn't any wait when I arrived. I ordered the mushroom pesto slice and the everything bagel. It took a little while to get the slices (it seemed like they were still working a few kinks out, being newly opened), but I enjoyed the music that was playing. The pizza itself was solid. I preferred the mushroom pesto. The dough was very good, but otherwise nothing to write home about. I would go back if I were craving a slice close to domino, but I probably wouldn't go out of my way.

Newly opened location from the Upper East Side Stretch Pizza, they sell a variety of slices and squares ranging from buffalo chicken slices to classic nyc slices (cheese, pepperoni to unique flavors like everything bagel). It's right in the Domino Square building, on the back corner facing the Domino Sugar building. Pizza was pretty good, good variety and reasonably priced, around $5 per slice and $8 per square. Personally liked the squares more than the slices, with the sausage and peppers being my favorite, but the buffalo square was good. Pizza is a bit more on the unique side rather than classic. Counter service but they bring it to your table and it went by quickly. Since it's new it's not too busy so overall good ambiance.

pretty good pizza with interesting flavors! the uniqueness of the flavors was a pleasant surprise and unlike typical ny pizza the crust held up well. overall pretty good! service was quick later on a weekend night.

Pretty interesting menu - wanted to keep it basic due to it being my first time here - Had the pepperoni and my friend had the spicy sausage. Not too bad honestly. The girl at the register was helpful and knowledgeable with helping us navigate through the choices we made. It was overall a good pizza experience and I would eat it again.

The pepperoni square blew me away!!!! Soooo good. So crispy, amazing parmigiano on top, no words.... The staff were also so friendly!

Had this three times since its grand open. Great for a quick bite. This is pretty decent pizza within the park area. I like that they add basil to their regular slice after the oven, and additional parm on top. Toppings are quite abundant. The interior looks clean. Staff are pretty efficient and nice.

So glad to have this place in the neighborhood! I went by the other day and got a pepperoni slice as well as a square buffalo chicken slice. Everything came out very fresh and I love that they add extra toppings, like fresh cheese and green onions right before it comes out to you. Both slices were great, but the buffalo chicken was the standout. The sauce was so so good and you can tell the chicken is higher quality than most. Will deff be back to try the softserve!

I passed by this place all the time but never knew the lore of this place until I stumbled upon an article that said 6 of the world's best pizzas are in nyc and stretch was one of them. While my friends were in town, we tried some slices. We really like the integrity of the pizza and the dough has a very nice texture. I'm so glad theres a good slice shop on this side of willy b!

We were seated towards the back of the cozy narrow dining room and immediately greeted with a smile from the awesome waitress Cherry. She was very helpful and informative with the unusual tapas menu. We ordered a selection of items, and each dish was so good! Starting with the brussel sprout starter, which was crispy, bright and delicious. we then ordered tteokbokki, described as a rice cake, but much more like little bowl delicious rice gnocchi with a creamy chase sauce. We followed with jjambong gambas, a creative and tasty shrimp dish, and the seafood ramen, very spicy and a real treat. If you get a chance, do not miss out on this sweet spot. Incredible food, astounding and attentive service, and all in a magical cozy dining room.

But don't let the basement level dissuade you; they really turn their location into a strength. There's a covered "outdoor" section with lots of natural light, and the inside is spacious and modern, with a semi-open kitchen that makes it feel like you're in a place twice its size. The tapas we tried were great. Patatas bravas were crispy on the outside, with a fluffy inside, and maybe a touch too much salt. The hamachi crudo was excellent, with a unique coconut and mango sauce that gave it a touch of sweet to go with the zest. And the pulpo was great, the octopus was well prepared and the sauce was hearty without dominating the taste. The half chicken was the most memorable dish; our server recommended it, and it's clear why. It was unbelievably juicy and tender, with plenty of lemon flavor in every bite. Lots of meat, don't expect a small plate like the other menu items! All in all a good experience in a nice atmosphere, definitely staying on the list for tapas in the future.

To find Debajo you have to find the staircase leading down as this is below ground level - hence the name. MUST GET the patatas bravas - just enough to share between three people but might want to get two orders if your party is more than three. DO NOT GET the queso - it's literally a couple thin slices of cheese, a tiny bowl of almonds, and some tomato mixture. You can add bread for like $7 on top of the original $16 price - actually ridiculous for what you get. The roasted duck breast was flavorful and tender, and the bavette steak was even better. Really great to share as well since they're cut up already. Good vibes in Debajo - would definitely come back again. It was clean and very chic.

There were a lot of textures and flavors going on when you ate everything in one bite. I would have preferred there to be more actual beef tartare, but my friend enjoyed it. Dolsot-Al-Bap with Uni ($20+$18) - hot stone bibimbap with flying fish roe, shellfish paste, sea urchin cream, and a side of uni. This was my favorite dish that we ordered. It was so flavorful. If you let the rice sit for a bit, you can enjoy a bit of a crisp. Crab Bibim-Myeon ($33) - Korean glass noodles, doenjang, crabmeat, shrimp, tobiko, zucchini. We had the impression that it was supposed to be cold when I ordered it, but it's a hot dish. We were not the biggest fan of this dish, though the presentation is nice. As soon as I entered, I was greeted by the owner, Lorena. She was very cordial, attentive, gave magnificent recommendations, and added to the enjoyment of the meal. I started with a glass of Red Sangria and was blown away by the size. The glass was almost the size of the Bryant Park fountain, the Sangria was sweet and refreshing, and the fruit was abundant. I ordered two tapas: Croquetas de Jamon Serrano (Ham Croquettes) and the Albondigas (Meatballs). The croquettes were nicely presented, I enjoyed the sauces that adorned each croquette, they had a slightly crunchy outer layer, and the serving was four. The meatballs were amazing. Each ball was flavorful, the serving was EIGHT!, and the accompanying sauce was succulent and was enough to fill every piece of bread. For dessert, I had the EZ Flan. This Flan was LARGE enough to share, thick, and the sweet syrup at the bottom of the plate was delicious. The final item was a Cafe con Leche (Coffee with milk). EZ Paella skyrocketed to my #1 choice for tapas and cannot wait to return with friends, so they can echo my adoration of this eatery.
